The facility has lots of light in the building! It is a friendly/upbeat atmosphere. A lot of laughter and good humor. Many group events as well. The apartment sizes here are very spacious and they have many great amenities provided for the residents. I would highly recommend The Bridge at Hickory Woods to those looking for independent living.

My family and loved one have had a great experience with the community. The staff are kind, caring, and helpful. Everyone is friendly. The community has always been clean when we visit. We suggest you ask about the occupancy of the community to make sure the community is more forthcoming on that. Also, we heard the community is willing to negotiate; however, we did not.

When it comes to the cleanliness there was a food due to rain and the fans they put in were very small and therefore it took a long time for everything to clean up. There is no direct care since for our loved one it is not assisted living. The transportation was cancelled for a doctor's appt, but overall the activities that are offered are good. We would recommend Garden Plaza of Aurora to other families.

Shuttle bus has not worked since my mother moved in. They do have town cars with drivers but no bus prohibits larger group outings. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Apartment size is huge for a studio. Facilities are very clean and well maintained. Place has a lot of history but nothing looks old or worn. Food is good but maybe a bit under seasoned which is to be expected for elderly residents.

Definitely I will give it a 5 for everything , for cleanliness, the staff is always friendly with the residents and the families and helpful, no complaints at all about them , the care , meals are good, but to be honest sometimes my aunt miss a little of the Latin cuisine , the activities she goes a little but no complaints at all. My aunt mentioned me that she will love to have more time when they take them shopping, that's all. We are happy and satisfied with the service , care and protection from Harbor Place. The community is secure with excellent personnel from the office to front desk and the rest of the staff. Recommended one hundred percent .

My mother is a current resident at The Garden Plaza at Cleveland. Everything has been great with our experience here so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and value for cost are also great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

5 stars for everything. The staff are friendly and engaging with my mother. The food is good and the portions are ample from what my mom tells me. The facility is clean and organized. The facility has daily activities for residents for physical exercise and mental exercise through games. There are also services such as a hair dresser and a visit with a podiatrist.

The interaction has been excellent with the staff. They do a wonderful job with the food. The activities are really good. We are very happy. My loved one was not getting care that was needed at theprevious place. This is a smaller community, and it's closer.

We had a great tour experience with Pointe Frontier Retirement. All of the staff we encountered were very helpful and informative. The main reasons we did not choose this facility was because it was more expensive and also the facility itself we felt had a weird floorplan/layout.

We picked this community, because of the appearance, staff,and cleanliness. My loved one likes it. It's always a little bump, but good. I would absolutely recommend it to other families. I think it is a good place.

The only negative I have is that they raised Moms level of care from 1 to 2 and then to 4 in a little over a month with no notice. So her level of care rate went from $[removed]. And the billing is changed mid month. So far we have been very pleased with them. The rooms are beautiful and very well maintained. Staff is very attentive. Moms meds went up but I don't have a problem with that as they are using local. Andover Court does not presently take Medicaid.

At The Garden Plaza at Cleveland, everyone on staff is so very friendly and willing to help at any time. The housekeeping is first-rate and all of the housekeeping staff members are great. The food is okay, some meals are better than others. They have been struggling a bit with serving meals because they don't have enough servers, but they are working very hard to hire more people in order to serve the residents in a more timely manner.

The staff at Bridge at Hickory Woods are all extremely friendly. I would say the two things that this facility does the best at would be the meals and the activities as well. I would definitely recommend The Bridge at Hickory Woods to others, we have been happy with our choice.

My dad was very impressed by his tour with Bridge at Ocala. They were very professional. The place looked great from what we were able to see. The only downfall was the location. His friends lived in Brentwood so he wanted to stay closer to them since he is still pretty independent.

I really like all the different activities they have going on for the residents, I am kept very busy. Based on the experience I have had so far with The Bridge at Cherry Hill I would definitely recommend this community to other families.

We toured The Bridge at Greeley when looking for Assisted Living for my loved one. This facility was great! The cleanliness, friendliness, staff, and atmosphere were all great. Our tour guide was very good, also.

This is the fourth community my loved one has been in, and this is by far the best community they have been in. My loved one is interacting more than I have seen my loved one when at the past communities. The Bridge has been able to assist with setting up physical therapy. My loved one is using a walker for the first time without assistance, and this is due to the follow up of the caregivers and other staff members. While visiting I have always seen the residents happy. This makes the family happy to see our loved one engaged and happy and socializing. All the staff members have been very engaged with my loved one, other residents and victors.

The staff at Heatherwood Retirement Community is amazing. Everyone knows your name. They have a variety of activities. My mother is thrilled here. She's happy again. They have Independent and Assisted Living at this facility. The staff is attentive. I highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

My interactions with all of the staff has proven to be excellent. They are very helpful to me as I live far away in another state. I would recommend The Bridge to anyone looking for assisted care in Ocala, FL.

We toured with Garden Plaza and had a great experience. It was just that my loved one was not wanting to move back to South Florida, so we kept her near my other family members.
