I would say: The staff, from the management, to the desk, to the maintenance is wonderful and friendly and helpful. The head nurse is a treasure! I would also say it is expensive but about the same as comparable communities.

5 for all! Our loved one loved being there He loved their staff members, the food that was prepared and well just everything. Based on the experience we had with Remington Heights, we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

They are extremely nice and helpful. They just need to cook food appropriate for elderly. It so much grease and frying and vegetables cooked to mush. Maybe having a boiled potato once in a while would be nice. It's a great facility. They just need a good cook on there that cares a bit more. The Sunday brunches are a hit.

The staff feels like family to us. When it comes to the activities, there are always multiple daily activities and entertainment on Saturdays. Throughout the year various activities were performed by residents. Some examples are a talent show, choir and Christmas pageant. I'm rating the value for cost a 4 because when she first moved in to the assisted living the cost was inclusive of all care levels. Several months later it changed to a rent for the room and charges based on care level.

I would recommend The Bridge of Charleston.

Meals seam to be sent in from someplace else. Some of moms complain is low staffing. Don't know if this is common or low pay rate. Really like being able to come and go into building with out being a staffer to unlock the door. I like Mayfair's location, easy to shopping on Sawmill Rd. Using my name is fine.

My mother has since passed away but the facility was very accommodating to her needs. Yes, we would recommend Cherry Creek community to other families, they were lovely

What we like the most about Westside Garden Plaza is that all the people that work there are so friendly. Food is good. Front desk ladies are very helpful and knowledgeable.

The Bridge is a phenomenal facility! I wish I could move in too

I am very happy here at Pointe Frontier Retirement. Staff are very professional and helpful! The room sizes are adequate and amenities are really good!

I would tell them that we were very lucky to find this place . Help and information on the veterans discount was vital in getting mom such a nice place. A Place for Mom helped a lot and I would refer them to get info from them. I saw your add on tv and thought why not give them a call. I would tell others to consider the Bridge for their loved one my brothers, sister and I are happy and do not worry about mom's needs getting met.

[name removed] loves the food. She has put on 18 lbs. When it comes to the value for cost, this one is hard to say. We were at Hickory Valley just last week because she is going to run out of money in the next couple years. She wants things like hearing aids and she goes to Walmart with a group from the Bridge and spends all kinds of money. We are looking but haven't told her.

The landscaping of grounds is beautiful. Staff is super. Residents interact well with each other and seem very happy there. Countless activities! Apartment sizes are very good. And they have nice porches with great views!

The staff is wonderful. The food is good, there are lots of activities, and the grounds are well kept. The only complaint would be that sometimes the washing machines do not work ( according to my mother in law). They do have a beauty and nail salon, but it is very difficult to get an appointment ( according to her) so we just take her somewhere to have these done. The monthly fee was increased this year by about $200/month. Hoped that won't happen every year. We were told when looking at this facility that their rent had not increased as much as some other places , but I have nothing to compare that to. All in all, it was the best move she could have made.

The Bridge at Ocala was an outstanding place for my brother. I will rate them all 5. I have never experienced such a caring group of staff people. They always excelled at making to family feel welcome too. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

I would highly recommend Highland Cove for assisted living they were fantastic. Staff are very caring and helpful and I enjoyed working with them. The food is really good with lots of choices available.

Andover Court was terrific for Mom. Unfortunately, she just lived there 6 weeks before she passed in the hospital; they properly called the ambulance when she needed medical assistance, and she died about 24 hours later. Very good experience. We have already recommend this community to other families and we have continued to recommend them.

My wife and I would move there in a minute - we are both old enough. The food is excellent and the overall atmosphere is great. They do not have a pool, bowling alley which is not a requirement for most residents. Bingo is ongoing and other programs. [name removed] is in "assisted living" only because if she falls, highly unlikely, the nurses can pick her up as required. Independent living facilities cannot do anything except call an ambulance. Transport to doctors, shopping are provided. Overall, this was best choice for the price. Highly recommend.
