This place is beautiful! The staff and residents are super friendly. My father moved into this facility in [date removed] and we truly have no complaints. He has a one bedroom apartment that is very comfortable and cute. I told myself if I needed to live in a facility, I would choose this one. The staff with A Place for Mom was very instrumental in helping me find this facility. Kudos to [name removed]for the information, scheduling, calls, follow-ups, and just a listening ear.

I toured most all places in town and this was by far the nicest facility. The combination of old world charm and brand new apartments made it rise over even more costly options. I was touring for a family member but if the timing was right I could see myself being very comfortable living here. There is a welcoming warmth to Garden Way that needs to be experienced to understand. Even a shy, scared or withdrawn family member would feel at home here in no time. The staff are professional and very friendly.

5s all around. Quality and variability of the menus, the friendliness of the staff is something are things I like most about this community. I'm paying $[removed],a month here. At [community removed] I was paying $[removed],, which I rate a two across the board. Summerfield I whole heartedly recommend. [community removed] I would not recommend. Small things make a difference to. Summerfield has soup and salad bar with large selections. Also there chairs have ball's on the front legs, which makes scooting easy. [community removed] has neither.

The cleanliness is a 5++++. Even my mom talks about how clean it is. All staff checks in and gets to know us as family. My father in law was also at Cardinal, just passed away from a stroke. Staff was so amazing. Even though they hadn't had a long time getting to know him. The food is amazing and kitchen and dining staff do an amazing job getting to know residents, who liked coffee or tea. I love the activities and activity staff. The value for cost is a 5++++ I feel Cardinal is well staffed and I love how all staff is trained to engage with residents

My father transferred to Whitetail after having been in two previous facilities that were awful experiences. It honestly seemed too good to be true; it was only a bit more money for a dramatically different experience. All involved are friendly, kind, outgoing, and patient. It's genuinely homey, attractive, cozy. Always clean and always smelled good. He had several little trips to the ER for recurring nosebleeds and they always had him accounted for and on top of getting him a return to the home, which another DID NOT on two occasions (nor was I contacted about him being sent either time). I always arrived unannounced and would always find him clean, dressed, up and about. They handled his hospice care with attention and kindness, to us both. They even gave me the model suite to use during the 3 days of his transition and I can say as somebody who lived there for 3 days, it was the same as by day. His outside hospice nurse told me it was her favorite place, the best place in the city.

My mother visited three different facilities and the Verandah is the only one she got excited about. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The apartments are homey and roomy. We had lunch there and the food was so delicious. The chef even came out to introduce himself to us. We had to work some things out to get my mother in, but we are grateful to God that it all worked out. [name removed] was wonderful to work with!

One year ago, I reached out to A Place for Mom to help find a new community for my mother, and they recommended Quail Lodge. We have now been at Quail Lodge for a full year and couldn’t be happier. We are extremely pleased with everything—from the delicious food and welcoming atmosphere to the comfortable living spaces. Most importantly, the staff is absolutely amazing. There are endless activities available each day, allowing residents to be as active as they wish, or simply relax in their apartment when they prefer. Choosing Quail Lodge has been a wonderful decision, and I have absolutely no regrets.

Everyone we have worked with has been helpful. I highly recommend The Gardens at Brook Ridge.

The staff have been very cooperative, friendly, and helpful. I get quick responses to emails. They seem to have several fun activities even though dad has no interest in participating. I have not had their food, but their menu has a nice variety and is better than I could provide at home. He has a suite which is very large. Regardless of when I show up (without warning), dad is dressed, clean and his room is clean. I think overall it is a beautiful place, it is always clean and smells nice. If any resident seems to have an issue, a staff member is always quick to provide assistance.

I only spent an hour at this facility, so my review is a shallow look at best. But, that being said, I really liked what I saw. The facility has caregivers that appear to really care. I saw lots of activities for those the residents. I like that the caregivers are actively engaging folks’ brains so as to enjoy a higher quality of life for the duration of the patient’s lives there. The place looked clean and the people giving the tour were warm and understanding. Unfortunately I couldn’t afford to keep both of my parents there, so had to seek alternatives.

I toured the community as a member of the [removed name] with [removed name]. I have been in many communities over the years, but Maple Brook is in the top. The staff is attentive, caring and ready to help. The food is amazing in the restaurant; there is a ton of activity going on and the residents are active, engaging and enjoy being there. As a vendor, I appreciate the staff and the relationships that I have been able to build inside the community and the engagement I have received from the residents. I look forward spending a lot of time there adding value and watching the staff and residents engage. I would and will recommend active seniors to Maple Brook Terrace as I know they will receive the highest level of service and compassion and will be able to find a home that suits their needs. Maple Brook Terrace is a premier Independent Living Community in Greenville, SC. They know how to do it right.

[names removed]hosted us,. They answered all our questions and showed us around, We felt very well served in our visit. The residents we interacted with seemed very well pleased with the facility and the personnel.

My other siblings and I accompanied [name removed] on his tour of this facility. We were all very impressed with the overall feel and condition of the facility. [name removed] was thorough and kind in her presentation of the grounds and the details of the process going forward to secure a place.

My family enjoyed our time with [name removed] touring Magnolia Place. She was very knowledgeable and transparent about their community and what they offer for residents. We appreciated the extra details to support individuals with dementia and communication with family.

Cleanliness and approachability. Very good food. Horrible bus. No more than 10 people can go on a tour/excursion. If wheelchairs are needed then that takes up a spot too. It's hard to see out the window because the bars between the windows really block your view. They also don't play a lot of classic movies

I am a recent resident of Maple Brook Terrace, moving here from a local Over-55 community. As I had just celebrated a major Birthday, my son felt I had earned a more comprehensive lifestyle, including healthy meals and transportation. My friends were concerned that I would be less happy at a new place at this age. Wrong! At Maple Brook Terrace, I have found lovely new friends and a warm, caring staff.

Not all independent living communities are right for everyone. I have tried a few and if I could put all the good parts into one it would be a perfect place. Well, Maple Brook is as close to perfect for me as it can get. While still in a city it is more in a country setting ,yet stores and everything you need is close at hand. The property is well maintained inside and outside. If you like walking outside, you can walk the whole complex on a sidewalk! I can only comment on a two-bedroom unit so I’m telling you it's huge. The kitchen has tons of cabinets and storage is more than enough. Nice size closets and the guest bath has a wall of cabinets, more than I need but nice to know I have if needed. When I came for a tour, it seemed everyone who walked by said "hi" and believe me they are very friendly here. There are enough types of activities to pick from, something for everyone. You can exercise your mind and your body with yoga or trivia at Maple Brook Terrace.

We moved my father-in-law into this facility and I have not seen him this happy since my mother-in-law passed. He is constantly busy and meeting new people while experiencing adventures. We are so thankful and grateful. Honestly, the best move we could have made for him to be this happy. The staff is spectacular.

When I visit senior communities I spend time talking to the residents to hear about their thoughts and experiences there, and the residents at Maple Brook Terrace love living there! The facility is beautiful and well maintained, there is a wide variety of activities to pick from, and the residents truly enjoy being together - this is exactly what they are looking for in a senior community and I highly recommend Maple Brook Terrace!
