5 everywhere. [name removed] is wonderful but she could do a bit better for returning phone calls. Staff seems to be excellent, same with food, based upon reports from the tenant. Facilities seem up to par.

My mom really liked that the property was a newer build and that each unit included its own washer and dryer. The pricing was reasonable, and the property was clean and well maintained.

The facility was clean and cared for. [name removed] was very thorough in providing information. So far it has been more expensive than the others we've been interested in.

Room size is great with jack n Jill shared bathroom. The building is spotless and there is never any odors. Staff is always friendly and attentive. I am very happy with my decision to have my mom stay there.

I toured this facility with [name removed] and then my mom had her tour. We were both very impressed with the friendliness of both staff and residents. They have so many activities to keep my mom busy every day. She will be moving in next week and my brother's and I look forward to her meeting new friends and being very happy in her new apartment.

The hallways are spacious and not cluttered. The facility always has staff available interacting with their residents. It is secure. I feel that my sister is safe and not alone. I definitely would recommend Whitetail Springs.

Receiving frequent updates from staff on my Mom's well-being. The facility is very clean and active. I love that the residents are encouraged to be out of the rooms, into the common areas, interacting with one another. Lots of attentive staff.

The people are so great! When it comes to the food there could be more of a variety and more on the anytime menu. Yes, I would recommend it to other families!

I found the facility to be a good possibility. It's the customer service of A Place For Mom that leaves a lot to be desired.

The people are amazingly helpful and caring towards my mom. The food could be improved, it just tastes like regular cafeteria food. All in all, I think this is a wonderful choice for seniors.

Cardinal is so welcoming- it feels like visiting family when I visit. Especially love the outside areas where residents can walk around or be outside. Also an interior covered patio with a fountain

Now that there's a new unit, I'm definitely leaning towards this location. I loved the location, lunch was great, the activities and outings sound great.

We have been very pleased so far. They have been extremely friendly and go out of their way to be helpful and make sure my mother in law has been comfortable

Parkview has a very nice feeling to it that I noticed right away. It is beautiful and seems to be well taken care of. I hope they will be as good as I think since I plan to move my mother there.

I was very happy with the rental price—it’s very reasonable and manageable for both me and my father. We chose a studio, which turned out to be the best fit for his needs and our budget.

Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, very caring and provided much information and guidance through the process. I started the process scared and panicked and I was provided with everything I needed to find a place where dad is now safe and happy.

My Dad is 98 years old. His care needs are very Specific. We found Dunwoody Pined to be excellent in all areas of Support. The on site Home health care services were a must for us. The Director and staff were also excellent. We took the opportunity to have Lunch on site and found the food very tasteful. Overall we were quite pleased and look forward to beginning our stay with Dunwoody Pines.

Food is great - staff fantastic, great value. I would recommend to others.
