I haven't eaten there yet but dad isn't loosing weight, so? It's not cheap. Their Facebook page is real not staged. The staff seems happy and it shows. The facility is always clean all the residents are always out and about. He has only been there for two months but it is a controlled chaos especially during sundowners time ??

A Place for Mom what fantastic in helping find an affordable place for my sister. When I speak to her, she is happy there.

They genuinely love and respect my mom, and they treat her with kindness and dignity. I used to go in every day and do her hair, make sure she clean and dressed nicely and had her shoes on, clean her room, etc. Now all that is done before I get there. The staff treats us like family. The activities are great ... they keep her busy... she hangs out in the nurses office and they put her to work! The directors are always accessible. My mom is doing as well as she can be under the circumstances and her family has peace of mind ... something we never thought could happen

Totally wonderful facility! They are a facility that specializes in dementia. Staff is well trained and treat all patients with dignity and respect. They have engaging activities throughout the day to keep patients active. The chef is phenomenal - some of the best meals I've encountered in a facility. End of life care was compassionate and attentive to family

Check the review…it says it all. My mom is so happy there. She was sick the second week and staff was very accommodating and attentive. I would highly recommend park view estates. She is enjoying her experiences there and says she feel like it’s home. She’s very happy.

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable about the Village. The tour of the grounds was very informative. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a beautiful place for your family member.

Overall 5; Cleanliness 5 (except the dining room floor); Friendliness 5; Quality of care- I don't have enough information to rate this. My parent is still mobile, communicative, and showers & users the bathroom without assistance. Admin staff 5; Food 4 for breakfast, lunch & snacks, and 3 for dinner; Activities 4 (except when they do not happen as calendared); Value for money-I would need another place to compare in order to fairly rate this. I have been impressed with the staff's flexibility, my ability to visit late at night or early in the morning, our ability to bring the family dog on visits, the staff's effort to connect with my parent, and the ability to provide my parent's personal favorites (Cheetos & beer). I am disappointed at the percentage of residents that are non-verbal, not mobile & seemingly not aware of others since it is not a nursing home. I was anticipating a more social community with interactions for my parent. I have been disappointed that my parent cannot choose where to sit for meals. My parent is very social and would enjoy eating at a table of others who can communicate. Cleaning staff 5; Nursing staff 5; Kitchen staff 34 (I don't understand why my parent is forbidden to get coffee independently and to have additional helpings of a desirable dish.

My wife loved it here and I would recommend it above all others! First off, the floors throughout the facility made it easier for the residents. Dementia patients have trouble when the floor tile or carpet is different. The building is shaped so that the residents can walk around the four hallways and it leads them back to where they started. They have a courtyard that visitors can take their loved ones outside and there is no fear of them walking away. There is a main TV room that some of the residents use. There is a second one that is quieter. They have a large activity room that is used daily for activities and parties that all family members and friends can attend. They only handle memory care patients and can recognize when there could be a problem. My wife would give big hugs to every staff member there. They have a quiet center near the main desk that some residents took advantage. They have the residents work together to grow their own plants. The food is incredible. They host a family support group that helped get through some difficult moments. I don't think everyone takes advantage of this, but it was so important.

The facility is very clean looking and smelling. [name removed] is amazing and is a huge part of the reason we chose The Clairmont. Thankfully my mother is very independent and does not need much, but anytime I talk to her she seems very pleased. The food is excellent, the staff are wonderful, and Mom occasionally gets passes to allow friends from outside to join her which is amazing. I don't know a lot about the activities as my mother doesn't take full advantage of them but they sound great.

When my husband and I moved into Garden Way, we had just ass our house and he was still receiving treatment for his career. We chose Garden Way of the three places where we has put down reserve payment because he liked the atmosphere the best. I liked our two bedroom apt free are it would allow him a private bed and bath dating his recovery as well as his place in the master bedroom and a comfortable couch in the living room. He leased all three places! The staff was amazing in their support of him. (homemade chicken broth extra help with cleaning etc his coffee ground moved into the dining hall. He went to a lot of experience classes to rebuild strength. He found his independence again as he moved into remission. He loved that he could go and do anything that was available reeled be independent again, He was remission for a year and a half before his illness returned and took him. I did not quite know what to do next but found that we really has become a part of a family and they have taken we under their wings! I am so involved in everything my husband and I did together please so much more. As the sign in the lobby say A place to find people who become friend who become family! I moved next door to a one bedroom and I am totally happy in Garden Way in Eugene OR.

I was impressed when I moved here that so many of the staff and residents seemed to make the kind choice, when one has to be made. It makes for a caring friendly community. I do enjoy liking here and do recommend it.

The facility is beautiful and very well maintained. Everyone on the staff is friendly and very focused on keeping the residents safe, happy and healthy. They have great activities for the residents and include the families in many celebrations for the holidays. The costs are reasonable for the care provided. The residents rooms are spacious and cleaned weekly if not more often. I also thought it was important for the rooms to each have a private bathroom and shower

We picked because of the location overlooking golf course. Most attractive compared to other options. Nice entry, large rooms, washer, dryer in apartment and access to meals.

The staff at Cardinal Court is amazing. They truly seem to care about the residents. I visit at different times and days during the week and have always felt that the staff is providing the best care for all residents every time I am there. I'm so glad A Place for Mom recommended Cardinal Court.

It was close to my brother who was [name removed]POA. And the facility looked very nice plus it was one of the ones A Place for Mom recommended

Moved my parents to Maple Brook Terrace 3 months ago. The experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Their apartment is spacious for a 1 bedroom, with more than ample storage. The staff are very friendly. There are a multitude of opportunities for socializing daily, as well as weekly special events. My parents adjusted quickly and feel very safe and an integral part of the community. The entire family is pleased with their new living situation.

Pre Covid, I was meeting weekly with a small group of women about 6 or 7 of us. When it came time for me to look for a retirement place, I thought back to that experience and remembered that the people I met in the hall always looked happy! I have found that to be true. There are many activities to keep us occupied and support if someone needs help.

I would highly recommend Brook Ridge Retirement Community. They were satisfied with the community living and the fellowship with their neighbors.

I am in my 8th year and am very happy.
