My mom moved back to her home about 6 months ago. She wanted to be in her own home but I was very sad to see her leave Dunwoody Pines. It is a great facility and I would recommend it to anyone.

The overall experience at The Clairmont has been very positive. The food and activities are excellent. My Mom feels like it is her home.

Facility did not look like an institution. The staff was kind, compassionate and caring. Everything was very clean and there were a lot of activities for the residents.

Very impressive. Location was nice. Rooms are not large but very clean. Dining room and other common areas are great. Prices include everything which is really nice.

Excellent, detailed, and friendly tour of the entire facility. Thoughtful layout of community areas, with modern conveniences in every private room. Particularly liked seeing the existing residents at lunch, enjoying their food, laughing with each other and the staff.

The smell was pleasant. The other communities that I visited did not smell so nice. I would not have wanted to stay there.

The facility is well-appointed, in a desirable location, and has wonderful perks for residents. The open dining room, without restricted meal times, is open and airy. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Very happy with the whole community, building, amenities, and management. I would definitely recommend Dunwoody Pines to others who are looking for independent living with a great support staff, emergency support, and available add-on amenities.

The Cardinal Court facility that my husband toured was very nice. The people there were very friendly and knowledgeable. The place was clean and secure. Looking forward to my MIL respite care.

I was welcomed and treated with respect and warmth. I felt that the staff wanted to understand what my needs were before we began the tour. Even arranged for a lady to give us a tour of her apartment.

The guided tour of the facility was first rate, with a careful description of services provided. The facility itself was immaculate and well lit. Those living there that we met were friendly and all endorsed the facility as first rate.

[name removed] was excellent and answered all my questions. The place is clean and it is apparent that they are doing a lot of work to update the whole facility.

We had an appointment, and were met by two lovely people for the tour. They were knowledgeable about activities, pricing, availability. I was there with my siblings, looking for a place for our eldest sister.

PV Estates is very modern, clean, and looks professionally run! It’s practically new. The location is right next door to medical builds and just a good walking distance from Mile square Park. We were greeted by very friendly staff as we entered the main entrance. [name removed] was our host and extremely professional, warm and witty and on top of his game. We had no questions and understood what Park View offered. We enjoyed meeting him. (Very nice brochures, BTW.) We were very grateful that he was available as our appointment was for the next day, actually. He squeezed us in. Thank you. When we visited, available rooms for our mother were limited and didn’t have enough sunlight for her liking. It did give us the feeling of a hotel with tall ceilings. IMHO, the interior paint scheme was too gray. Otherwise, we would recommend Park View. It has all that most residents would ever need!

My mother and I toured Deep Park and was impressed with the public spaces, resident engagement and amenities.

All of them are 5. The staff are all wonderful, caring people. They keep the entire complex, very clean and maintained well. The food is really good too. I am so glad this is a place we chose for our mom.

The staff was friendly and professional. The facility was clean and the residents seemed happy. One resident stopped me to tell me that he had visited many places before settling at Waterford, and he felt it was the best decision ever. Recommendations like that speak to the good care residents receive. The only complaint I might have had was the dearth of visitor parking. The nearest parking I found was nearly a quarter mile from the facility.
