It's absolutely the best! My dad loves it there. The community was so welcoming. The activities director has several activities every day. My dad started a band and they do sing-a-long even 2x/mo. They have 3 meals a day and the food is quite good. For the monthly price you get, wi-fi, cable, housekeeping once a week and they make the beds, golf and clubhouse and more. The best of all the ones we looked at.

It's a very friendly place to be. The food is good and there is always something to do. If you are looking for a nice place to settle, this place is old, but the rooms are big and the closets are great.

I wish I had found this place earlier. This is by far the best place for my wife. The staff is exceptionally kind and takes excellent care of her. I no longer have to look for assistance, which is a relief. This facility finally gives me a piece of mine, and I don’t have to worry anymore about her care.

The staff and residents are so welcoming here so it felt like home from the first day we arrived. No chance of getting bored as there are activities to suit all tastes. Delicious food is served in a beautiful dining room with stunning views of glorious countryside . We are indeed very happy here!

Great people and a smaller group of tenants so feels more focused and loving. A place for mom gave me me and my family hope for a peaceful life in the twilight years of my parents

This is an independent living facility. Quality of care is a confusing question. Medical services are on site, but each individual makes their own decision about what they need. This facility does have a Health and Wellness event once a year to educate the residents. It's very well run. Very informative. We are very happy we chose to be here. We love being in the main house, and enjoy our independence and yet we belong to a community.

My sister is no longer at Magnolia Place. She was there for three months. I moved her to Assisted living at [community name removed] because she was a lot more functional and mentally aware than any resident at Magnolia Place. She is happier now and at more or less the same level as the other residents. It means the world to her. Magnolia place was just fine as far as caring staff and great services. I had no problems with the facility. Excellent Place for those who need that level of Memory Care. The one thing I wish you would tell family and care givers who are looking at facilities for their loved ones is: Look at the condition of the other residents. Not just all the things that the facility offers. I learned it is the one thing that will surely predict whether someone belongs or will be comfortable at a particular care home.

The facility is geared toward advanced dementia. Not a good fit for early-mid dementia. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families. For advanced dementia patients

The staff have been wonderful. They are very welcoming and seem to enjoy being there. They have made this life transition much easier on my in-laws and we are grateful.

They are independent care so they can not pick you up if you fall. Other than that it is a great place to live.

Dunwoody Pines is a really great place. Unfortunately my mom fell and only got to live there for two months. She's in an assisted living facility now. The food was great and the people were terrific too!

Waterford Terrace fulfilled the areas my sister-in-law needed help with: 3 meals a day, light weekly housekeeping and medication help inexpensively available. It is a perfect fit for her. The staff is VERY helpful, the food is good, other residents are friendly. A tour person at another facility almost talked us out of visiting by saying, "you realize, Waterford isn't assisted living." We thought oh, no ; we need assisted living. But we had time to check it out and were sure glad we did. The cost is much less and the apartments are much nicer.

We moved my mom into Azalea Gardens in the middle of May, due to a move, and have not had any regrets with our choice. From day one, the entire staff has gone out of their way to make my mom feel comfortable and welcomed. Each time I visit my mom, she is clean, well dressed and happy. Ideally, she would prefer to live with her family, but her needs have exceeded our abilities to keep her safe and clean. I highly recommend Azalea Gardens to any family who is looking for memory care for their loved one!

There is a constant flow of activities. The staff are gentle and loving. They know the residents personally and treat them with respect. The director makes herself available to answer questions or to address my concerns.

The office manager and executive director run the community immacuately. I’m proud to call this my home and my family is glad I am here. I am well taken care of and have nothing but good things to say about living here

They have gluten free options, and now have all day dining, and 5 day a week transportation. Management is so good and amenities make it all worth it! my parents love it here dearly and the staff is well trusted

The staff was amazing there the director I can't remember her name, but she was really accommodating and helpful everybody there seemed very happy and my mother-in-law was super happy there. The place was very clean. We loved being there unfortunately her situation got worse, and she needed more assistant living

We have had nothing but positive people They are caring , helpful, supportive to all of my parents needs. They make sure my dad has a menu to pick from. He is a picky eater. They are awesome. Always ready help.

I have lived here at Capital Place for over a year now. I came here because I was lonely in my house after I retired. At Capital Place, I have met and made many friends. There are many activities here like board games, performers, exercise, book club, name that tune, happy hour and much more. Every day there is great fun and even your family can come enjoy. Every week, cleaners come and make your apartment nice and clean. Bathrooms are immaculate. My experience at Capital Place has been a happy one and people here are happy.
