The apartments are very well appointed with quality equipment's and appliances with excellent housekeeping services and with well trained staff who are very friendly and helpful. The food service is on a par with a "fine" service restaurant with an excellent chef and cook staff and friendly well trained service.

Love that place. The staff is exceptional. They are helpful and they communicate very well. The faculty is nice and quiet and is placed in the woods. The food is well prepared and the menu is always different. Overall we have been very happy with the experience of being there.

Our experience at Cardinal Court was amazing for my mother. The only thing that was difficult is seeing all those living there with declining cognitive abilities sitting by nurses station. I also wish that there was a key fab to open door to the residents apartment. The staff was amazing though. They seem to be short staffed and not too many activities. We keep my mother busy though.

It's great my dad's there for a year now. He's very happy there. He has a lot of friends. The people that work. There are great. It's been a great fit for my dad.

It is very much like a family there. The staff and residents actually know each other and care for each other. My mom was allowed to put up a nice fence to create a "backyard for her and her dog. She is very happy there!

Everyone was extremely friendly to my mom while she was there. She had a studio apartment and it was not a bad size for her needs.

My mother was only there for 61 days. The staff was great and tried to make her feel welcomed. In her mind she never belong there and pushed them along with her family away. I am truly grateful for everything that they did and tried to do. Another comment would be that the staff is great to work with. They truly care about the residents and the needs of the resident along with the families. The process would have been harder to deal with if it were not all of them caring so much. A big thank you needs to out to all of them.

My husband and I were quite though in our shopping around for a place we both liked and offered activities for bath of our favorite pastimes after we decided to sell our home and downsize. We also wanted to he in the general area of our daughter and her family. We have been so pleased with our final choice. All of thee employees here are so friendly, including the dining room staff. I often say that I am so happy here that I plan to stay until they take me our in a pine box.

We like pretty much everything here! The staff are very professional and extremely polite. The includes the management. dining room servers, maintenance, housekeeping. The level at conversations with other residents is surprisingly high. There are a lot of smart, engaging. Curious people here. It didn't take us long to develop some good friendships.(About once a day I hear my wife say.) I love living at Maple Brook.

Great location, easy access, easy parking, the facility is not too big, but offers nice gathering spaces throughout, simple exercise room, but is used by the residents. Overall, the residents are happy and supportive of one another, which I think speaks a lot to the overall atmosphere that The Continental provides. There's a grand piano which also encourages gatherings and music listening. It is a little bit dated, but it is still nice and comfortable and provides a great home environment for my dad. Also, after doing a lot of research, it is a great value for what he is getting. The only problem with this facility is that he cannot upgrade to more care, if his health was to decline and needed it, but there was always home health providers that we could contract with if needed.

My mom stayed at The Clairmont for just over three years until her health started degrading. But she loved her time at The Clairmont so much! The staff, the community atmosphere and the overall welcoming of this place made it a wonderful experience. My mom, my husband and I highly recommend The Clairmont to any senior looking for a wonderful community to join.

My mom has adjusted to transitional assisted living so well. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. You can tell the staff truly cares about each resident. Her room is always so clean. The meals are delicious. The nursing staff keeps me informed and takes such good care of her. She loves the outings and all the daily activities. She gets the specials attention she needs to thrive. We are so grateful.

Having lived in three independent living facilities this rates a 10 in all areas. A member of my family was on the executive staff of the Ritz Carlton. This is similar to staying at the Ritz as to the questions you asked except here you make close friends as it's like a neighborhood. There are wonderful activities, day trips, lovely restaurants to enjoy, parties plus fresh food from our amazing chef, I am always happy to come home Maple Brook Terrace and my friends.

I would give them a 5 on everything. My mom is very happy and complimentary of the staff and cleanliness! Their chef is excellent! I've eaten there myself several times. Since moving my mom in to Creekside, I discovered a dear friend and coworker of mine has had her mom there for 2 years, and they, too really like it. We've all planned lunches together since then. Creekside is a sweet little gem. So glad my mom is happy there.

It is by far the nicest home I've been in. The staff is great! The rooms are large. Outside areas the residents have access to without asking permission. It is the nicest home I've been in by far. My mom is very happy there and she went into it very skeptical. They definitely want her over and our whole family. It has been a really good move for my mom. The staff and residents have all been wonderful. The building is very nice very well kept and sparkling clean. The food is quite good. We have meals there quite a lot with my mom. They do a lot of family activities, especially for the holidays. It's a very welcoming environment.

So my mom moved into quail and within 5 days got very sick she was in the hospital and then went to rehab so was out for approx 20 days. When she returned which she is now under hospice care. The lodge has been wonderful to me. They helped me find caregivers that I could afford and is delivering her meals at no cost. They are there whenever I need something. I find them amazing and would recommend them. I also should thank a place for mom as you guided me there

My brother has a beautiful apartment with lots of window space in both rooms. The food is excellent (menu choices, well cooked, all healthy). The residents are mostly lively and involved in the multiple activities that the facility offers. The staff is truly caring--I visit often, so I've come to know many of the staff members, and I'm always impressed with the warmth and attention of the team.

Summerfield Estates has been great. Our Dad is really happy there. It's been a great experience all around.
