This place was a mom & pop operation. [name removed] was the director and manager of the place and his wife [name removed] handled pretty much all the hands on care providing for the residents. As far as I could see the entire staff , other than [name removed] and [name removed] , consisted of one teenage girl whose emed to spend most of her time sitting quietly in the living room staring at the enormous flat screen tv with the sound muted or texting on her phone although I know she did assist [name removed] with various tasks like at meal time and other stuff also. And strangely, when questioned, this girl didn't seem to know weather or not she was a nurse. But this house was a very large and beautiful house, it was always immaculately spotless and somehow always seemed very peaceful and the place seemed to run like clockwork and the residents seemed to be very happy to be there. It was the last place my mom ever lived and I don't think she or I could have asked for a better deal.

I was very pleased with how the Bay Bridge family home felt, [name removed] and the team were great with my Mom. She was treated like a member of the family. Any concerns were addressed immediately. We were able to bring in pictures and furniture that made Mom feel like she was in her own home. The home is in a great location with a beautiful water view. The food was basic but anything Mom requested was provided. From cookies, to mid day snacks they met her requests. I would highly recommend this facility.

It was a great place. They were so caring and took great care of my husband. So thankful I found them. Wonder care, can't say enough good, and nothing bad.

The provider is very committed to the health and safety of residents. The caregiver is an absolute treasure. Meals are adequate for mom's needs. She has never been particularly interested in food so simple, basic meals suit her fine. Others may expect more. There are no real activities here but again for our needs they are adequate.

[name removed] was such a caring person, she took great care of my husband. She always treated him with respect and compassion. [name removed] was excellent at keeping me informed of everything regarding my husband. My children and I are extremely happy with the care that was given to my husband during his time there.

Titlow Adult Family Home is very very clean, and everyone there is very friendly. The owner will go out of his way to ask our father if he needs or wants anything special and he will go out of his way to get it for our father. The lady who takes care of our father does a wonderful job, she is amazing. He has yet to complain, and even though this home does not have activities, they will still get the residents out walking and hang out on the deck when the weather is nice. We just had a really great feeling about this place and have never looked back.

They were great! They did a wonderful job, Bay Bridge was a really great fit for us. The staff and everyone there were super nice. I don't have any complaints or concerns about the care or about anything.

They seem to be a very caring staff and I would recommend them. It's a home with a view and nice light coming in. It's very well kept. The care is excellent. They're really friendly, outgoing, and seem to have an excellent interest in my mom. She is doing just fine there. They don't have any activities there but that's not important to us because she's 98.

Mom is doing well since we have moved her here. I really like the place a lot I feel very comfortable with her being here. The staff is wonderful very nice and friendly it is a very homey environment. Mom comes out of her room to watch tv and do some activities and sit down at the dining table for meals. She doesn't care for the food but that is just her personality I"m sure it is fine.

They are extremely friendly and my husband is happy with that. The care services seem to be okay. They don't do any activites that I know of. It would be nice if they did. My husband is in a wheelchair and the only activity that I've seen is they sit him in front of a tv. It would be nice if they did some strengthening and physical therapy with him. I'm thankful that they've accepted him there. Everybody is very cordial. It's clean and he seem very happy and pretty well adjusted. They have help on hand all the time, even all night long.

I looked at this place and thought it was okay. I personally feel the same about all these places. If you have a family member living there you have to check in to make sure everything is getting done.

We toured this home today. The residents were friendly and the caregiver was very helpful and kind. I don't like the fact that the carpets are old and quiet wrinkled & stained, and the residents cannot access the deck without accompanying caregiver.

The day to day gals working there were very nice, but the owners had no interaction with the residents and it seemed like it was just a business for them. Our loved ones were not really given any emotional support, it all seemed pretty clinical. Lack of communication, no warm interactions at all. When we moved our loved ones out they did not even say goodbye. Seemed like it was all about the money.
