The staff always greets anyone at the door with a welcoming hello and a glad to see you smile. Any staff member is always available to help or answer questions. They make each resident feel right at home. No one is given the impression that they are a burden. The facility is always clean with a home like atmosphere. We have to say the meal menus are great! We hear that the food is very good as well. The activities are well thought out to keep everyone active and social. We are very pleased with our mother's care and never have to worry about her wellbeing at all times. The nurses do a great job making sure each resident is getting the best possible managed care. The cost is reasonable for the care received. The management shows to be very efficient.

Everyone has been very accommodating. Her caretakers seem to do a great job.

My experience has always been good, so 5. Cleanliness and friendliness is a 5. Quality of care a 5. Like the staff. Mom says the food isn't always good. Could have more activity. Too much money for what she has. Yes, we would recommend Brookdale Inver Grove Heights to other families

What we like the most about the community is that it is a smaller community and that they seem to really care. Yes, we would recommend The Opal to other families based on the experience.

Brookdale is a nice-sized care facility with the feel of a home. Nicely decorated for the season. The staff were friendly, and engaged in the care of the residents. [name removed] gave me the tour after spending a good amount of time and interest learning about the person I was seeking a place for. Her level of care and knowledge is high. I felt comfortable being there, seeing the care given to the residents.

Everything is a 5 best experience ever. The head nurse [name removed] really advocated for my mom. The aides were kind and knowledgeable. The food was great! Events for family were an extra perk

They are kind and compassionate. They take the time to get to know the residents. You can tell that they want to be there. The room sizes are adequate. The Brookdale facility in Onalaska (Wisconsin) is a small one but I actually like that. It feels more home-like.

We wanted a friendly warm inviting place for my mom. As soon as I walked through the front door I was greeted by [removed name] the marketing director and [removed name] the executive director. Question were answered and a tour. It felt like home. My mother is moving in, she didn't like the big communities to sterile she said.

I appreciated the time Jessica spent to show me the facility and to explain how it functioned. I could see that the staff shared respect for the residents by how they greeted and treated each other. The members of the staff that I met seemed to enjoy working together. Were I to need a space in the future for my husband, I would definitely choose Brookdale in Onalaska.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with The Opal at Bluewater Bay. I only wish we had found this assisted living facility much sooner. The environment established by [name removed] and her staff is always welcoming for residents and family alike. Opal has a very at-home feel, is very clean and tastefully appointed, and the staff’s care for your loved ones is genuine. Living quarters for residents are all functional and modern, and promote a sense of independence and dignity. Meals in the dining room are well thought out and inviting, while patient care, laundry and room cleaning service are performed diligently and with a smile. My family will forever be grateful to Opal for making our Mom feel so welcomed and important, and for comforting our entire family through her time on Hospice. I honestly do not know what we would have done without them.

Mom was admitted and immediately placed on "imminent" status bt Hospice. She wasn't eating or able to participate in any activities. Unfortunately she passed away less than a week after arriving at Reflections. I wish we had moved her sooner. I know she would have enjoyed this facility very much. I and my family were very impressed with the facility and staff when we visited and my interactions with both administrative staff and clinical staff was nothing short of excellent. The Director, [name removed] , was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I highly rerecommended Reflections Memory Care of Port Orange.

Have a resident at Opal, he is happy there, the staff are friendly and very helpful when u need anything, the atmosphere is beautiful! They have laundry done for them 3 meals a day plus snacks, activities for them

My uncle has truly found a wonderful new home here. The staff is incredibly welcoming and go out of their way to make both residents and family feel comfortable and cared for. They remember names, take time to check in, and always seem to have fun activities planned. I’m so grateful for the kindness and sense of community they create!

Everyone at Belvedere Commons were very helpful and kind when moving my brother in. [name removed] was wonderful to work with, she always greeted us with her beautiful smile. They took excellent care of my brother also.

What we like the most about the community is the staff and yes we would recommend Belvedere Commons of Seneca to others based on the experience so far.

This is our first experience and it seems like a nice unit. With her being in respite care it's different than if she were long term. Overall very friendly staff and clean facility!

I feel extremely blessed to have been told about Reflections. The place and the employees were fabulous. The facility was immaculate. Unfortunately, my sister's condition progressed, what I would call quickly, yet at any stage, all the employees, in all of the departments, were just amazing. The hospice facility made [name removed] feel so comfortable and included. The staff shared laughter and kindnesses, which made me feel comfortable in leaving her in their care. All facets of this facility, left me in awe, from their Executive Director, who was my saving grace, to the grounds keepers who made both of us smile. And again, I am more than happy to pass along my sincere recommendation for this facility.
