After touring many places, I chose Grand Villa for my Grandma. At that time it felt the most like home, from the residents I saw just living their lives and the service that we received from Dawn and her team. It seemed like a great fit. Now its been a month and Its been nothing short of amazing for her. They have a nice "restaurant" for her meals, the WHOLE team is so helpful and they have enough activities for her to remain busy while also not be overwhelmed. I am so very glad that we chose Grand Villa for her new home!

Staff is very nice and caring. The food is very good and they're on a schedule. A lot of activities.

As a professional in Senior Living for 18 years, I can say The staff at Grand Villa Boynton Beach truly make the community “home” for many grateful residents. The staff and residents were extremely warm and welcoming during our visit. My client and I spent a lot of time with Elaine and the Executive Director Felicia, discussing the care needs for my client’s mother. We both felt completely comfortable and our concerns were addressed with ease and empathy. The community is not too big or too small and there was a great energy and liveliness during our visit. I highly recommended visiting Grand Villa Boynton if you or your loved one is in need of a friendly, caring and active environment!

My mom is a resident at Grand Villa Palm Coast. The staff are professional and friendly. She has become more engaged with activities than she has at other prior facilities. She seems to feel safe and well taken care of there which has been a big relief!

I am a resident of your quiet, clean, and friendly facility, I've learned to call my home. I went away for a while and was so unhappy I just wanted to come home and was welcomed back with open arms. However, some things have changed that I don't understand. Before we were able to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee and smoke. I understand and agree why the porch was off limits to smokers but why the courtyard? Smoke dissipates immediately in fresh air and is not a hazard to non smokers. Where they put us is a danger, especially to those in wheelchairs as both ends are on a slope and could easily be rolled off also at night it is open to the street where anyone could walk up to,. there are homeless people that could easily invade the area and our safety is not being considered. In the courtyard we are safe any time of day or night. I am only asking for a small part of the yard be open to us. Maybe 5 feet from the back door to the first light post, I don't think that is asking too much.

Very pleasant environment, upbeat, clean, friendly, helpful efficient staff, lots of things to do. Administrative Services ([name removed]) has been extremely helpful as is [name removed](Nursing). The Nurse Practioner ([name removed]) has also been extremely helpful in coordinating medication orders. My loved one is very happy there.

Excellent customer service, knowledge and kindness. I really would like my mom to be able to live at this facility

I don't normally write reviews, but I did want to help other families looking for a place for their loved ones. The moment I walked in the Receptionist was smiling and asking how she could help. What a great first impression! Throughout the tour, staff acknowledged me and welcomed me. Even the Director stopped by to say hello and offered her card. The community itself was clean, bright, and easy to navigate. Music playing, residents out and about. My experience was exceptional.

I've been a resident for just over a year and the experience has been more than what I expected. I had done several tours of other communities, and they did not even begin to live up to what Grand Villa offered. My son lives close by and visits me regularly. I love that! I am also close to the beach and that is very important to me. The property is immaculate and the staff is kind and so helpful.

Friendly staff, quick to respond, pleasant atmosphere

This is the second stay for my father at Hallowstone. The first time he was at a less than desirable facility in the area. It was around Christmas time and we were eager to get him moved. We were able to get a room for dad at Hallowstone, it was a Christmas miracle. Mom and Dad then moved so that they could live together. Later, mom was diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer. The facility they were staying at would not accept her on hospice. Once again, I contacted Hallowstone. [name removed] and [name removed] were able to find two rooms for Mom and Dad. They were next to each other and Dad could visit Mom each day and night while she was in hospice. After mom passed, Dad has continued to stay at Hallowstone and has been there for about two and a half years. If you are looking for a home for your loved one, Hallowstone is it. My dad and our family have been treated with nothing but love and we consider them all, staff and residents, our second family. We are truly blessed.

[name removed] was an angel, she was so imformative and attentive. We felt right at home. I would recommend her to anyone 10/10

Mom moved to Grand Villa when she decided it was time to move to a facility. She's been there couple years now. The staff takes very good care of her, she's happy, and I feel like I'm part of the GV family too.

[name removed] is a lovely person for starters. My mom said the food was great. The staff all hugged her when she left. My mom probably did not participate in any activities but they seemed to have a lot of them. The other residents seem a little worse off than my mom so there seemed to be a problem with people coming in her room. However, she needs to remember to lock her door. Lol

[name removed] was very helpful from start to finish She was incredibly informative and a great ambassador We got a good tour and and help in regards to getting her room set up Activities she showed us were fun All the things that were showed us happened Helped us with issues that occurred after we checked her in

They are so good to my mother and they take such good care of her. Room sizes are a bit small activities are sufficient they have multiple activities for different people and my mom said the food is delicious

I toured this community for my grandmother, it was a very clean community, and all the activities they have for the residents are cool and seem really fun.

Met with the sales director regarding availability of apartments for my Uncle. She was very helpful, supportive, kind, compassionate. Very pleased with our meeting. She answered all of my questions. I toured 2 apartments.

I am very close to my grandfather, and I am very happy he is in such a good place. I try to visit as much as possible, and each time, everyone has been very nice. My grandfather likes to introduce me to his friends and it's great to see he is not alone. Honestly, he looks much better too!
