Very helpful staff feels like a family environment, staff really goes above and beyond.

I would give everything a 5 at this time. I have never walked in this place and thought that I had made a mistake putting my mom there. The staff is always friendly. My mom appears to be well taken care of. From what I've seen of the food service, the food looks delicious. I also like that, they get the patients up out of their rooms. They have activities for them to do and light exercises.

I love it. People are caring. She has history of bed sores and the turn her in bed every 2 or 3 hours. They change her clothes every day. They care about her. The administrator is very nice and caring.

This is really a nice, clean facility with a great staff. They work very hard as a team to make sure things are going smoothly and they meet the needs of my wife. Anytime I had a concern regarding my wife, they addressed it immediately and professionally. When the wall plug wasn’t working properly, maintenance showed up within 30 minutes and replaced it. I’m very pleased with the genuine care shown to my wife during this difficult time in our life. It’s also affordable and the food is great. I definitely recommend this facility.

They are a smaller facility so feel more like a family. Any problem she has they are right there to help me solve it. The apartment is a little larger than others we looked at so she feels more like she's in an apt rather than a facility. It was the right choice for her. We've had a couple issues with a staff member but it was looked into immediately and resolved. She enjoys the dining...again a smaller group so more interaction and enjoys the food. Mostly basic southern home cooking. She's not too involved with activities as she's 96 and tires easily but they are fairly varied with something for everyone.

A good place to take your love one. They took really good care of my dad for 3 years my family an I was very happy with everything. Everyone is so friendly . It’s always clean and smells so good . Very happy

The Columns of Bossier is a great place for your loved ones , everyone is so friendly & nice , the building is beautiful & clean with a pleasant atmosphere. Staff is always around when you need them they were everything we needed . I’ll choose the Columns over and over again.

They were great. They make every effort to meet the needs that your loved one might have. When you discuss any issues or additional things you need they do anything within their power to accommodate you. I would recommend them to others looking. The director here is also excellent.

The team is great. They are kind and caring. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had .

I toured this community several weeks ago. It was nice and clean and everyone was very nice and friendly.

I market Savannah Court and can always speak with the E.D. and her assistant, all very great.

My husband and I lived there for several months after surgery. It's a great place and if the time comes, we'll move there.
