We have been very pleased with Savannah Grand thus far. It has been a little frustrating not being able to see my mother because of the Covid-19 pandemic and the community being on lock down, however we are ok with it because the staff is keeping her safe, which is the most important thing to us. All of the staff here are great and helpful. They have been particularly good about keeping the staff happy, which reflects positively on the residents. The activities director has gone above and beyond the call of duty to keep the residents happy. Even with the limited ability to hold activities as the result of the community lock down, the staff is still doing a great job keeping everyone entertained. The people who are working there are doing everything they can do keep the residents busy. At one point, we asked my mother if she wanted us to come and bring her home, but she said she was right where she needed to be!

The apartments are a nice size and they are kept clean. The common areas are clean and comfortable. There are plenty of daily activities for anyone interested and it's a good way to get to know other residents. The staff is caring and very helpful and ready to assist in any way. Savannah Court Minden has been the best choice for my Dad.

My loved one lived in the memory care building for 2 years until his passing. The staff was kind and caring. Management was always available and cared about families.

I toured this facility for my mother in law. During the tour you could be the genuine relationships that the staff form with the residents. They listen to my concerns and what we were looking for in an assisted living community. I would highly recommend Savannah Grand of Bossier.

Our mom was at Savannah Grand Cottage. We loved the care that was provided for her while there. She was not an easy person to care for. Very demanding and bossy, but the RCA's and staff handled every situation that arose. We are thankful we had Savannah Cottage to help.

My father is a resident of Savannah Court. He loves it here and has made friends. It is such a relief to know he has 24 hour a day access to whatever care he needs. He loves the food!

SC Minden is great. My mother loves living there and she is well taken care of.

Staff was wonderful to my grand father. They attended to his every need. I even found night shift reading to my grand father even though he couldn't react or respond. Excellent care.
