The facility is a nice place, older but going through updates. It is in a secluded part of Smithfield which is very nice. I didn’t really see any activities but it was later in the afternoon. The units that were shown were neat and clean.

Everyone I felt with were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The facility is well maintained. My aunt didn't have any complaints about how she was teated during her stay. If the need comes for her to have to stay somewhere they would be my first choice.

While I see need for improvements in some areas, Meridian at Carolina Lakes keeps trying their best to meet all the needs of its residents. Their level of care and staff is most important and I rate them high for meeting all our needs for care and gives us, the family peace of mind.

It is a 5 in each area! Like staying at a five star hotel. Room is spacious and clean, food and it's availability almost 24/7 is good with themed dinners, happy hour daily, usually with guest musicians, pontoon rides on intercostal, lectures, yoga, craft activities, and staff is kind and attentive.

Pinnacle, from the first approach looks like a high end hotel. When you enter the front door the impression is continued. The lobby is very attractive. There are several upscale items. A fountain, reception desk, the theater, a bistro. The staff is kind and professional The whole place is immediately clean. There are lots of activities. We are very comfortable here.

Great Manager & Great Facility! The staff is all so friendly & always willing to help whenever needed. My mother in law really likes the friendships she has made with the staff & residents at the facility.

Initially worried how we would feel placing family in a facility. That being said we found this to be a wonderful fit for all of us. The care is excellent and personable and there are activities to maintain engagement and involvement from the family. We are so pleased with the quality of life and care for our family member that all of our fears have been laid to rest and we have shared our positive feelings about the Landings with friends and other family members.

The staff at The Landings of Sidney cares for each resident as if they were a part of their own family. I know my loved one is taken care of, and I don’t have to worry about her safety. The facility is clean and the food is delicious! They have a wonderful activity schedule to keep the residents busy also. Multiple times a year the residents can go on different trips whether it be a Dayton Dragons game, Air Force Museum or even the Zoo!

I joined my mother for the family dinner. The food was exceptional. The entire staff worked very hard to make sure everything was nice. Decorations, friendly, festive. A great environment for both residents and visitors.

My father and many church family members are residents of this facility. This facility is friendly, staff is caring, and place is clean. It is nice that the facility provides so many activity for the residents.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brookstone Living! From the moment you walk through the doors, you can tell that the residents are genuinely cared for, valued, and treated with kindness and respect. The staff goes above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment that truly feels like home. Everyone is incredibly compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of the residents. It is clear that the staff puts their hearts into what they do, and their dedication does not go unnoticed. They take the time to get to know each resident as an individual and make sure they feel supported, included, and cared for. Brookstone Living provides such a positive atmosphere for both residents and their families. I moved into the landings at Gentry park, which is the independent living building that they have here at Gentry park. And it is quite good, it's taken some adjusting moving from a home, but it's very friendly. There's lots to do, and it provides a lot. Most of the things I was looking for so I would put it on your list to recommend in future.

The best in the area! Always engaging with residents. The staff are always putting the residents first and you can see that by the smiles on their faces. A place for you to be a family instead of caregivers, when that time comes.

My mother is extremely happy to be there and so are my sister and I. There are plenty of activities for the residents to participate in. We go to the family dinner once a month. The food and the company is always enjoyable.

The facility is clean and looks appealing. All of the staff that I have encountered were friendly and enjoyable to interact with. The meal I ate was served looked appealing and was delicious. Keep up the great work.

We really enjoy visiting and our Mom does not want to move. Our Mom likes the people and the activities. We have a peace of mind with our Mom here at St.James. The staff is very accommodating and caring.

The staff is on top of everything. They are always cleaning the halls, the residents' rooms, according to my brother, who is a resident there. His bathroom is always kept clean and his bed is made on a daily basis along with his other areas are vacuumed regularly. The food is exceptionally delicious. The meals are on a gourmet level, but they also have simple dishes if you want to eat light. There is always some type of activity that fits a resident's activity level and also have some sort of entertainment weekly. It's a very bright and happy place and everyone is very supportive and attentive to the residents. My brother enjoys going to their library and also going to their movie night. He especially enjoys trivia day, which I believe is daily. They also hold meetings for residents who wish to express any concerns, comments, or questions about the facility.

After touring several communities I chose MerryWood for my sister. After two months we couldn’t be more satisfied. The buildings are clean, bright, and the apartment floor plans are great. The amenities are plentiful: a dining hall which serves three meals daily and a variety of activities and outings available throughout the day every day. The most outstanding thing about MerryWood is how very friendly and helpful everyone is, staff and residents.

I was unable to live in my home anymore due to some issues so this is the best place for me. The staff here is wonderful and makes you feel like family. The other residents are also very nice and meeting new people makes living here that much more enjoyable.

I love living here, I miss my freedom of coming and going but since I am unable to do that on my own this is the place to be. The staff and other resident make living here enjoyable. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
