The staff are patient with not only the residents, but the family and friends of the residents. They will "go above and beyond" to provide the highest quality of life to every resident, regardless of what level of care that resident needs. They do the same for family members when they keep us informed day or night of falls or issues, or even providing a care item when needed. My family member (91 yr old cousin) loves the fact that it does not feel like a nursing home. It feels like an apartment to him, with the added bonus of a caregiver available, if needed, 24/7!

My grandma moved into the villa at Saint James. It was wonderful. Before moving, she was living alone in her house and all of her children that were were still working. Would stay a night each week. When grandma finally made the transition to assist a living, it lifted a burden off her children and the grandchildren. We were finally able to visit instead of being a caregiver the housekeeper, the fixer-upper, she loved visiting with the other residents, the activities and the dining room where she got to eat with her friends. The Villas at Saint James gave my grandma extra life. That I don’t believe she would’ve had if she just stayed at home.

Have you ever been to a business where you are immediately treated like family? The community at The Villas at St. James is wonderful. It feels like home and everyone is outstanding. You can feel the love and compassion. Bravo!

I love living here. Everyone is very friendly. I enjoy the staff and the people who live here. There is always something for us to do. It was a hard decision to leave my home but I feel safe and know that someone is here if there is a problem

The staff is wonderful and doesn't let my mom be stubborn and refuse help. The studio apartment is plenty big enough and very nice. They keep her room clean. And she enjoys the food. And she has been to the concerts they have and played Bingo to.

This facility was very clean and very comfortable. The staff are so very nice and always have a smile on their face. They care for everyone and everything. I would recommend this facility to anyone! Very pleased!

This facility is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and staffed by a deeply caring team. During my visit with a family friend, it was clear that the residents are highly satisfied and thoroughly enjoy their community. The facility is always hosting Bingo Nights, meal days, and a host of special events that are open to the public.

Everyone at Brookstone has been very kind and genuine. Brookstone has a very welcoming senior living experience. I know my dad was always an early riser and there was always someone there with coffee and conversation.

This is a wonderful facility with very friendly and caring staff. The activities are well thought out and engaging. Residents here are truly happy and well cared for; treated like they are part of the staff's family.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this nursing home. The staff are kind, compassionate, and truly care about the residents. Everyone is treated with dignity and respect, and it’s clear that the team goes above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming environment. My parents loved it at Brookstone. Brookstone’s staff is amazing and they always treated my parents with respect and compassion! I love how they made my parents feel safe and cared for!. There is always events going on for the residents and their families! My parents loved bingo on Wednesdays and on family nights. I would recommend Brookstone to care for any of my loved ones!

When I walked in, it wasnt like I expected. It was incomparable to other homes I've been to. The environment was warm and inviting. The residents seem happy and content. The staff was friendly and caring for the residents.

From time to time over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of visiting many locals who are currently living at Brookstone of Aledo. I have always found the facility to be welcoming, warm and very friendly. Looks clean and smells clean. Always someone around if needing assistance. I went to Brookstone of Aledo to visit my grandmother and grandfather. The facility was very nice and clean. The staff at Brookstone of Aledo was extremely nice and willing to answer any questions that we had and were very helpful.

[name removed] does a wonderful job taking care of my grandfather and the other residents. She’s always there when they need anything. Only like some of the other place we had him in before we moved him to here.

Brookstone is a very exceptional place. Very easy to access the facilities, very clean and the staff is caring, friendly and very helpful to the residents. Staff is also very quick to assist you. The rooms are set up well for a person to get around and still bring things from home to make them feel like they are really at home
