Very friendly sales staff. We felt very welcome. Very easy move-in process, straightforward with no hidden fees. Great incentives. Nice community with great amenities, convenient location. An extremely satisfying experience.

The staff of Atrium, specifically in memory care, are amazing people. My mother lived there for almost two years, and the caregivers became like family to us. The memory care director is a beautiful human who cares for you loved one like they are her own. The caregivers know each resident, their preferences, their specific quirks, and how to best engage each person. This quality is priceless. The management works tirelessly to create an upbeat atmosphere, and the nursing staff is responsive and skilled. The in-house therapy staff from Empower Me (physical/occupational/speech) greatly improved my mom's quality of life. They are nimble when working with a resistant person, and nearly always find a way to get someone involved. i was always able to contact someone if needed, no matter the hour of day or day of the week.

I like everybody here they are all so sweet and nice.

I really enjoy Glenwoods staff, they do an excellent job. All the girls that help me do a great job.

The staff are all amazing. They go above and beyond with the residents! The meals are amazing along with the cooks! The care received is amazing! Everyone is very friendly and willing to do whatever is needed to make the residents happy and feel loved!

My mother has been at The Landing of Sidney for 4 months. She has wonderful care and attention from all of the various staff front office. Nurses aides dietary etc. They all greet her by name when they see her in the halls and common areas. I am amazed at how family oriented the facility is with many activities for the residents and their loved ones.

I am satisfied with the staff the food is always very good.

This place is amazing. We love Mandy. She is always so nice and very helpful. My dad has lived there for over 5 years. It’s been so nice. We are so thankful for the staff and the peace of mind. We recommend The Glenwood to everyone.

When I came too Holly Brook my grandchildren said "Nana it's like being on vacation the rest of your life. The apartment are beautiful cleaned and well maintained. We can close the door and be alone or find company and time. The caregivers are very loving and kind. They come to our quickly when payed. The food is wonderful. The attitude and atmosphere very happy and carefree.

I recently toured the facility for my husband. [name removed] gave the tour and made me feel so comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and took her time to answer all of my questions. The facility was clean and everyone was really friendly. We were able to see several room types, which all seemed spacious and comfortable.

My mother was in the Meridian memory care area for about 9 months. She passed in[date removed]. The staff was friendly and professional. The common area and my mother’s room were always spotless. Mom enjoyed the meals greatly. The only problem we encountered was bathroom breaks. The bathroom is in her room, but the rooms are locked during the day. Staff was always willing to open the door for mom when asked, but my mom was not good at communicating her wishes. It frustrated her that she couldn’t use the restroom without notifying an aid. This resulted in her using adult Depends most every day. The family was always welcome and every holiday had a special family celebration. If I had it to do over, I’d still pick the Meridian as a clean, safe place for mom.

Recently toured the facility for my dad. [name removed] and [name removed] were so helpful and made us feel so comfortable! The facility was very clean, organized, and well laid out. It instantly felt like a place I would feel comfortable making a home for my dad. All of the staff that we came into contact with were friendly and willing to answer any questions we had.

I have been taken very good care of here. I have always been afraid of being alone and now that my husband has passed I feel safe at the Landings and know someone is always here for me. I’m glad that we had made the choice to move here.

The atmosphere is so welcoming and the facility is beautiful. They have really great events throughout the year that involve the community. They also do fun themed dinners for the residents frequently. This place comes highly recommended.

Staff are all very welcoming and kind. Building is clean and smells nice. Decorations in the building were very nice. Grounds well kept. Calm atmosphere. Food looks delicious. Residents rooms are a nice size.

I would recommend the landings because I have enjoyed being her. I’m ok here it’s my home. I lived on my own and was very lonely. I now have great friends and others to talk and joke around with!!!!

I have no trouble with staff of kitchen help or residents. All real nice.

The staff is wonderful. The facility is very clean. All the meals have been wonderful. My husband really likes it. Very homey feeling. The residents are kept busy.
