I went to Brookstown to visit my great aunt. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was nice out so we got to sit outside together, which was nice. We both love all things plants so sitting outside and getting to look at all the pretty flowers that are blooming made for a great afternoon.

5 across the board to start. We are about 6 weeks in now and seems like some staffing issues and some of the food has dropped a little but overall very happy and my mom is well cared for. Love the rooms- space & storage and the dining hall environment is lovely. Also best priced option in the area. Also they were very welcoming and supportive through the process.

From beginning to the end of our tour we felt welcomed. Claremont Place is very clean and seems well run. We focused our tour to the memory care unit. There were plenty of staff and residents. I hope this is a good and best choice for us.

Staff is knowledgeable and understanding. Residents are very friendly and welcoming. Although it might be an older building, that is a bonus as the rooms are much larger. Parking is a little bit limited, but if your parent should no longer be driving, that turns out to be a benefit.
