I've had very good luck here. Everyoen is very nice to deal with. Overall a very good rating for Homestead. The staff are all very accomodating.

All staff is very nice and treat me as family. It has been tough getting used to the assisted living coming from independent living but this community has eased the change. Looking forward to warmer weather so I am able to utilize the outside walking path and garden.

Facility was clean and pleasantly decorated, looks fairly new. [name removed] was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and kind, explaining the concept and providing a complete tour of the establishment.

I recently move here and it was the best decision I ever could have made. The staff here go out of their way to make sure all my needs are met. The food is wonderful and I’ve already made a lot of friends. I would recommend this place to anybody.

For several years I have enjoyed visiting my friends & on occasion family members at Brookstone. Building appears clean and busy with staff and residents enjoying each other’s company. Food is plentiful, plus they offer a delicious all day menu to choose from. Multiple activities are available, plus they always throw in interesting outings. Nursing staff does a great job of motivating residents to stay active & healthy! I have spoken to the Executive Director on several occasions. Very nice and so very positive. Refreshing these days. Thank you Brookstone for all you do!

Overall experience has been a 5. Cleanliness and friendliness both also 5. The rest would all be 4's. My Mom doesn't really require much care, and the administration has been pretty good but a couple hiccups along the way. There are activities but my Mom isn't overly social. I think it's a value, and they worked with me on pricing, but at the same time it's a little more expensive than her former facility. It is a clean and peaceful spot, and the staff is very friendly and responsive.

[Name Removed] was great and got us an appointment within an hour of calling to see the facility. She answered all of our questions during our tour. She was also quick to respond to my emails with additional questions after the tour.

Smithfield Woods is an excellent place! The first time we visited Smithfield Woods, we knew we'd found the right place for my Aunt. The staff were caring, professional and answered all of our questions. They didn't put any high pressure "sales tactics" on us at all, and we're extremely transparent about costs and what we could expect from them. We walked in not knowing what to expect, and left feeling relieved and positive about the experience. I would recommend Smithfield Woods to anyone looking for a place for their loved one as well!

My first impression remains my overall impression. It is absolutely stunning to walk into The Landings at Gentry. Reception was spot on, my tour started with a sit down lunch with greetings from numerous residents who were dining. My tour guy answered my question and concerns with a fresh professionalism. The sales manager then took me to three apartments and overall I felt I could make this my new home. I’m going back with my son to get his nod of approval this week.

Every month they have a family Bingo. It is such fun for the residents and their families. They have a wonderful staff. They offer such great activities and the staff are so patient and just nice to everyone. I appreciate them very much.

I just walked in to check out this location for a possible new home for Mom. No appointment, not knowing what to expect. Was introduced to the Director of the facility. She took the time out of her busy schedule to give me a quick tour and give me helpful information about the facility. It was a very impressive facility. Clean, beautiful setting overlooking a panoramic view of Lake Champlain. The tour really helped make our decision easy for our family and my Mom. Thanks so much!

I found Homestead to be a great facility. [name removed] was well informed and you could tell she took great pride in her job and believed in what she was doing. The place looked very clean and well taken care of.

Staff has been kind and supportive, very caring. The quality of care is excellent and they always make sure that my brother is well cared for. They have many activities and events. My brother enjoys the menu as they have an extensive and nutritious variety. He is very happy with his apartment, very spacious and bright. The cleaning staff keeps a daily routine of cleaning his apartment and laundry service.

I have been at MerryWood for almost 15 years. The minute I walked in the door I knew this is where I want to live. The people here are like Family and the staff works so hard to make things perfect for us. I think that we have the best Activities group because they take us on many trips. They also have activities here at MerryWood that are really good. Also, they bring live entertainment particularly the Bluegrass band they had a couple weeks ago. I can say that I am very happy with Merrywood and hope that I never have to leave.

A wonderful, warm, inviting, clean atmosphere. The entire staff was engaged with the residents. Smaller setting than many of the larger residences I have toured.

[name removed] is amazing! She really helped us through making a difficult decision. The staff is super friendly. The facility is set up and organized very well for the residents and the visiting family members.

Great - my mother and I have toured this facility before and really like it. The only issue we have is the location of the laundry in the floor plan my mom likes.
