The complex itself is very well laid out. It doesn't look or feel like a retirement/nursing facility. More like a resort hotel. It is by far the cleanest facility I checked out. The admission staff are kind, caring individuals who are genuinely concerned about the well being of their residents. [name removed] and [name removed] were the best, and could not have been more accommodating in helping be get my husband admitted and settled.

The entire staff- caregivers, housekeepers, activity director, food preparation staff are all excellent and dedicated. Very clean living space. Love when they host holiday parties for the community there for families to visit as well.

Amazing place, workers are always friendly and treat the residents like their family. Facility is always clean and tidy. They are constantly involving residents in with the community around holidays by bringing the community in to celebrate with them.

I had family that lived there it is a very welcoming place been there for lots of activities they have threw the year. They really go above and beyond they treat everyone like family they have a very strong staff and managers. I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs a place to call home.

A great place especially if you live alone and need help and support in every day living.

Facility was very nice and clean. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, prepare and serve a delicious dinner. It looks like there are plenty of daily activities for the residents to participate in.

This place is amazing! And [name removed] treated us like royalty. We came to visit our uncle and she was kind enough to prepare us a steak dinner. Absolutely outstanding service - thanks much! We will be back to visit soon.

[name removed] and other staff totally accommodated our visit with a special meal arrangement. They went way beyond the normal to make our little family dinner be a very memorable experience. Our uncle has come to the right place. And thank you all.

The facility is extremely nice and homey both the assisted living & memory care facilities are well designed and they have plenty of care assistants and staff present. The staff is oden to feedback my mother would enjoy living here.

Super kind staff, greeted me with a friendly face. Extremely helpful, as well as hosts events that allow for community involvement to share with loved ones that live there. Truly a great place to visit and have loved ones.

I went to Brookstown to visit my great aunt. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was nice out so we got to sit outside together, which was nice. We both love all things plants so sitting outside and getting to look at all the pretty flowers that are blooming made for a great afternoon.

The staff is amazing! They make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk into the door! You can tell how much all the staff cares for the ones they take care of. Nursing staff are always willing to help. The food is fantastic, and I love that they have an all day menu.

Visited Brookstone and it was a beautiful place and very clean. There were freshly planted flowers outside and also fresh flowers on the inside. All the people who live there seem very happy to be living there.

Many opportunities to enjoy life without having to worry about repairs and Maintaining household repairs. Always people coming and going nice chances to socialize with many others. I enjoy having the ability to either enjoy my own peace and quiet or gather with others for activities.

This building has very friendly staff, easy to approach, they have a variety of items to choose of their dining menu, there’s always something going on in the activity department, you always see the managers out & about

5 across the board to start. We are about 6 weeks in now and seems like some staffing issues and some of the food has dropped a little but overall very happy and my mom is well cared for. Love the rooms- space & storage and the dining hall environment is lovely. Also best priced option in the area. Also they were very welcoming and supportive through the process.

A lot of the staff are Haitian women that speak French to my Mom and she loves that. They have many activities for them as well as people that come in and play music which mom loves that also They really only have one hot choice on the memory care side and if the residents don't like it they give them a grilled cheese

The facility is very nice. The food was very good. The activities were wonderful. The staff is also very nice. She said it was a pleasant experience. The facility I noticed was very clean and I did not smell any urine.

They are a great team!! We love the staff??. They treat Mom like one of their own. She really enjoys the entrees and desserts. The cooks are excellent in trying different recipes. They always encouraging in her therapy with her family walking the hallways.
