I have only been here a short time but this is the best place! The staff is so caring and attentive to my needs. The food is amazing ! The management go above and beyond not only with the residents but staff as well. I would recommend them to everyone

I went to the open house for the remodel ribbon-cutting. This place is amazing! The remodel is top tier, with so many amazing facilities and options I didn’t know were offered. You can tell [name removed] puts her heart and sole into making this facility a place of comfort and happiness for all of the residents as if they were her own family.

I recently took a tour of the newly renovated facility and was very impressed by all of the new updates and renovations to the building. Everyone was very welcoming and excited to see new faces. Would recommend to any family looking for a place for a loved one, everyone is treated exactly like family.

The Villas was one of the best looking facilities I have seen! It has been recently remodeled to keep it fresh and up-to-date for the residents. The staff there was very accommodating and you can tell they really enjoy their jobs being able to help the residents.

I had the opportunity to tour this facility at their open house/ribbon cutting last month and was blown away! The overall appearance and flow of the build was amazing. I have a new view and perspective on these type of homes. Amy Strake was welcoming, warm and you can tell her and the rest of the team take pride in their job and their residents.

I came to Chapel Hill to visit my Aunt last Tuesday evening. I was expecting our typical visit in her apartment. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that a local choir was performing and Auntie had saved me a seat. What a wonderful performance. That’s what I love about Chapel, There is always something fun going on!!

Toured the community for our parent who is living alone. Greeted by [name removed] who received us with a warm welcome. We discussed our family meeting and needs. We toured a few apartments, as well amenities for our family member. We were greeted throughout our tour by several different employees, and residents who appear to be enjoying exercise in the lobby. We received further information. Definitely a nice place for anyone to live, and what I can share is, out of all the different places we have seen, this was the warmest environment. Although not new, and smaller than most, definitely felt like a home for all.

Look into this community. People are nice and helpful. activities are great. Easy to come and go! So many activities.

When it comes to the activities I am not sure on what they have, all my loved one wants to do is read a book. My only complaint is about 6 months into our loved ones stay, there was a rate increase of [removed rate]. They said it was from rising costs to them and I expect that is actually true. I feel like they should not have been taken by surprise as they seem to have been and I've been left with a feeling of uncertainty as to if this was really a deliberate bait and switch.

My wife and I had been enjoying a very happy and comfortable life style when she suddenly developed a medical condition that required us to seek a facility that could provide her with the necessary physical and medical assistance for everyday living. We were fortunate to discover Worthington Manor and were quickly amazed at the amenities and resources it offers. She spent the first two months as a respite resident until we could make arrangements for me to move in with her. It has turned out to be a wonderful experience for both of us. The setting for the facility in a quiet, wooded area is serene. The building itself reminds of a luxury hotel. It is bright and spacious and offers recreational and entertainment amenities we never expected. Of greater import is the top notch staff of dedicated administrators, caregivers, med techs and support personnel that provide excellent care and assistance. Worthington Manor is a wonderful community for Mom or anyone needing assisted care.

In addition to 5 stars for the basic features, CCH should get 5 more stars for the sense of community among the residents here. I am a member, not just an occupant. The people who live here are interesting, accomplished and friendly.

The best thing about the Esplanade is the staff. The staff are truly caring human beings who place the comfort and needs of the residents of the Esplanade above all else. I visit my mother at least two days a week, sometimes more, and I am always so pleased watching how caring and thoughtful the staff is. In addition to the wonderful aides and med techs, the Esplanade has a great activities staff who prepare daily activitites for the residents as well as a great medical staff. The nurses are truly wonderful, treating each residents as if they were their own relatives. I cannot recommend this facility too highly. Oh, and lest I forget, the food is pretty good. I often taste what my mother is served and I have never been disappointed.

I love the Esplanade, they take such great care of my mom. The staff are warm and amazing! The management staff are always available and responsive. The care is top notch! My mom is so happy there. She loves the activities and staff. They make her favorite salmon any time she wants. Best decision we made!

The Esplanade is a very warm, caring and excellent facility for anyone with memory issues. The facility is modern, clean, light and very well maintained. The staff is friendly, caring and supportive. They are well trained to meet the needs of the residents. The kosher food is varied and the dining experience is like having every meal at a good restaurant. There are many activities and special events. Residents are the top priority and receive the care they require.

My mom is a resident is Smithfield Woods and I cannot say enough good things about the facility! It is always clean, the staff are friendly and give great care. My mom really enjoys the activities and especially the movie theater! The food is amazing and the staff are always accommodating when I want to join her for meals. Tucked away off the road this community is a true gem!!

[name removed]: Our Life Insoured Director, [name removed] is a wonderful person. Hr keeps us busy and entertained. Today, I was having a problem with my oxygen and [name removed] came by my apt [removed] and called the company so I could get help he also make sure, even out of Is duty he make sure no residents are left unattended. He is very caring and loving it's a great pleasure have [name removed] with us, he is the best

We are so thankful that we found Esplanade of Woodmere. It’s such a clean beautiful facility! They take great care of my mom. Staff are responsive & caring. The activities are wonderful, the food is delicious! We couldn’t be happier!

Mom loves it there. She is in the building with the lesser support but it's right next door to the building that has nursing staff. Her apartment is very reasonably priced compared with some of the other local places. They have a lot of activities including regular exercise, twice weekly shuttle for shopping, and the dining room is open for every meal, one per day of which is included in her rent. They all got their flu and Covid shots free at the facility. It's in a beautiful wooded setting and it's a good location for taking walks - paved paths around the buildings plus sidewalks along the neighborhood streets. The staff has been great, she enjoys interacting with her neighbors. It seems very pleasant.

I visit my dad, who has been here a few months, fairly often. Every time, if we pass through the lobby or the patio, we have to say hello to other residents, because they know my dad and like him! The staff, too, are very personable and genuine. This is rare and very special indeed. I’m glad my dad is surrounded by people who genuinely care about him.

That might sound like an exaggeration, but it’s not. As a 35 year medical malpractice trial lawyer and mediator, I have come across literally hundreds of these facilities. Worthington Manor and its staff are several cuts above anything I have seen. I placed my mother in the facility a few days ago having done all of the research and toured the facility. Just an incredible place with an incredible staff. Any family member that I have that needs these services will be placed in this facility.
