My mother has been a resident at Claremont Place for 5 yrs. She feels safe and well taken care of by the staff. It is a relief for her family that she is in a good place and happy. They communicate well with family and are forthcoming with any changes or updates.

Love that they allow me to call bingo. Have made a few friends that understand me and my sense of humor. My family visits often and feel comfortable doing so. We are having our 64th anniversary party here and the community is allowing us to use the space for our family gathering which I am grateful for.

The two biggest things that I’m so happy about is I feel safe every day and I love being social meeting new friends and talking with everyone during meal times. Love that nursing staff is here if needed in case of emergency.

My aunt lives at The Villas. We recently attended their open house for their remodel. It was fantastic. The remodel looks amazing. As if the community was great already, the remodel enhances its charm. It feels like home. The whole event was perfectly executed. The food was great. The entertainment was outstanding. Thank you to the villas team for always making everyone feel welcomed!

My Mom loves all the care and attention she gets at Claremont Place. The staff is very friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure that everyone is taken care of! It is a very clean and cared for facility!

[names removed] and the rest of the medical staff pay attention to individual routines, preferences, and personalities, which makes the care feel personal and thoughtful. Our parents are consistently greeted by name, with a smile, and with an understanding of what makes them feel comfortable and at ease. That level of attention has made a tremendous difference in their confidence and daily happiness. The community itself is beautifully maintained, clean, and welcoming.

Our loved is so happy and well cared for at Claremont Place. The staff is caring and professional. There are lots of fun activities and events for the residents that keep them engaged and active. Many include families. We feel so blessed to have found Claremont Place.

The staff is over all respectful & friendly. Very responsive & cooperative from a business side as well as care for the residents. From a personal experience very creative in getting my sister out of her room for meals & meeting with relatives & friends. In short, a facility that is easy to recommend !!!!

I recently toured Smithfield Woods, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and very well cared for. The staff members I met were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer every question without rushing me. The residents seemed comfortable and engaged, and I loved seeing the different activity spaces and common areas—everything was clean, organized, and thoughtfully designed. The apartments were bright and spacious, and it was clear that safety and comfort are top priorities here. Overall, my tour left me with a very positive impression. Smithfield Woods truly feels like a supportive and welcoming community, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone exploring assisted living options.

The faculty and staff are very welcoming and helpful. All willingly answer all your questions. The apartment sizes are based on the needs of the applicant. The amenities are all offered to each resident.

I took a tour of Harbor Villages in South Burlington with Executive Director; she was and has been wonderful. I have also met with a lot of staff there and they are not only kind and compassionate but long-time employees, which to me says a lot. I then brought my mom to see this place, and she loved it right away. Since moving in my mom has made new friends and everyone there has been so kind to her, and she is now busy doing activities. The apartment we looked at was very spacious and clean and surpassed our expectations. Before moving into independent living there was a staff nurse that performed a wellness test to make sure, she was able to live independently. I was so impressed with the amount of caring Harbor Villages has for its residents. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone 55 and older looking for a place to feel safe and cared for.

My parents moved into The Villas earlier this year, and we truly couldn’t be more thankful. The staff have shown such kindness, patience, and genuine care. The Villas became a home for them and a comfort to us.

The villas at St. James is a great place for any elderly family member to call their home! They provide all 3 meals a day and always have some type of activity going on to keep your loved one busy. My grandmother has lived here for over 2 years and says she wishes she moved in sooner! She loves all of the staff and her fellow residents.

I had a very great experience with this facility. The staff is hard working to meet the needs of every individual and will make everyone feel at home. You can tell they really care about giving their residents the best place to live.

When my mom moved into Harbor Village , we were hoping to find a place where she’d feel safe, comfortable, and cared for and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. From the very first day, the staff welcomed her with kindness and patience, helping her settle in and feel at home right away. The community is always clean, and full of life. Mom especially enjoys the daily activities and outings, which have really helped her stay active and social. The dining options are great too, she’s always telling me how good the meals are and how friendly the dining staff is. What really stands out is the sense of community. It’s clear that the team truly cares about the residents, and they treat families with respect and open communication. Knowing that my mom is in such a warm, supportive environment gives our whole family peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend Harbor Village to anyone looking for a place where their loved one can thrive and feel genuinely cared

We have recently moved our father into Harbor Village in South Burlington,VT. The entire process has been seamless and our father has settled in beautifully. We had our first interactions with [name removed], she was very helpful in answering all our questions and putting us at ease. [name removed] helped us fine the perfect apartment for our father . His unit is full of natural light, high ceilings, a full kitchen with views of nature. The flexible dinning hours along with well balanced nutritional meals have been very beneficial to our father. The entire staff have been very welcoming and quick to address any questions. [name removed] the Director of Nursing has been very intentional in setting our father up to succeed. She has coordinated with the family to make sure our father has the best care but, still allowing him his independence. We are looking forward to watching our father become an active part of the community. Thank you to everyone at Harbor Village for making our dad feel so welcomed.

My mother-in-law was taken very good care of. She was extremely apprehensive about going for two weeks while my husband and I went on a vacation. when I got back she let me know that she was very thankful for the research I had done to find such a wonderful place that took great care of her.

My wife and I along with her mother took a tour of this facility. We were shown many gathering places used for eating, playing games, for socializing and many other types of activities. We were shown the apartment style rooms in the memory care section of the facility as well as other areas in the assisted living section. All areas we visited were clean and well taken care of. The occupants appeared to be having a good time while participating in their activities. We received many waves of welcome from them during our visit. Prior to taking the tour, we met with the sales coordinator who was very nice and answered all of our questions, we had many. We were very satisfied with our experience at The Meridian at Brandon.

A while back my mom and I visited the Villas to talk about my great aunt who lives in Missouri. The person we talked to [name removed] was very knowledgeable and so much help. She answered our questions put her mind at ease. I made the whole experience very pleasant. We absolutely loved the Villas however, after speaking to my great aunt, she will not leave the state of Missouri, even though it would be right down the street for myself and a few blocks for my mom she refuses. I could only hope and pray that someday we can change her mind. If I had a loved one that needed to move into assisted living, I would hands-down pick the villas of Saint James.
