I’ve been very happy at Harbor Village One of the biggest highlights for me has been the food! The meals are delicious and well-prepared. There’s always a nice variety of options, and the menu changes regularly, which keeps things interesting. I really appreciate that the dining staff . The portions are just right, and everything is served fresh and beautifully presented. Mealtime has truly become something I look forward to each day.

The place is friendly, clean and organized. Each floor has its own nursing stations and on the corridors there are monitors on the wall with information about the residents. The rooms for residents are spacious compared to other places. I had a good impression about this place and would recommend it to others.

I was invited to have lunch with my neighbor who is interested in moving to the pinnacle. Everyone was so hospitable and friendly. They made a special Romainan lunch for my neighbor and the chef and staff did a great job. The Pinnacle is a beautiful property.

Being a veitnam veteran, I have been to and have seen many different places, but this one is very nice. The staff treat me well. My laundry is done. I get 3 meals a day and even some treats with the different activities. I have lots of people to talk to and even some fellow veterans. We had a Valentine Day party last week and it was very nice and fancy. Everyone is always smiling and seem to be happy!

I think that this is a good place to be. I enjoy living here. I've made a lot of new friends and have even ran into some old ones. The staff are very good to me. I enjoy meal times and being able to chat with my friends. I also like being able to pick what I want to eat at each meal.

Overall, I think this is a great place! I truly enjoy living here. Therapy is very good and I like the fact that they are located here, in house. Activities are excellent. All the staff are friendly and very good at what they do.

I wanted to share what a professional and friendly experience I had at the Peninsula ALF. My initial meeting with [name removed] was truly comforting and informative. He understood my needs and listen to my concerns. He has a great personality and caring attitude. After a tour of the facility and finding a space that worked I knew I could place my mother there. The CNA and nursing staff are skilled, patient and work hard to provide the best care. They communicate with you provide personable assistance. I like how clean the facility is and access to the outside for fresh air. Overall I am pleased and look forward to the future at the Peninsula.

Very clean, welcoming. The apartments looked nice. 24 hour coffee bar and library for those who can’t sleep. Definitely a first choice if we need a care facility.

Overall I like it, even if I cant be at home. The food is great and my apartment is kept clean. I get a real sense of safety here. I feel free to talk if something is bothering me, but I have no complaints. The workers are all nice, [name removed]& [name removed]are both nice. The recent dinner club for Valentine's Day was simply beautiful. We had salmon, asparagus & caprese salad and it was so good.

I am very glad to be here. After my accident, they talked about a nursing home, but I came here to Holly Brook for respite and I have my own apartment, instead of being bunked with two other people. When I first moved in, I had a problem with how the laundry was done and mentioned it to a staff member and it was fixed immediately and now they do my laundry just how I like it. Also, my phone at other places wouldn't work correctly, but here, it has worked just fine. I know that activities are available to me and I do participate in some, but I have paperwork to attend to because of my car accident.

My mother recently moved to the villas of Hollybrook and we couldn’t be more pleased with the facility and members of the staff. She has been made to feel welcome and safe and they have many things that she enjoys doing. You couldn’t ask for a better place.

We recently moved my mother here. She is doing great and absolutely loves her new home. Best decision for her! The staff is amazing! So attentive and welcoming. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a place for a loves one.

The salmon was perfectly cooked and as good as you would find at any fancy restaurant. The chocolate covered strawberry cake was very good. The dining area was very nicely decorated for Valentines day and there was even dinner music. Very elegant!

Absolutely by far the best place for your loved ones. My mother-in-law lives here and it has changed her life. The environment is uplifting and the atmosphere is amazing. We could not ask for a better place for my mother-in-law.

Very nice holiday activities. Activities are planned to include families to visit. My granddaughter loves to come play bingo with her great grandpa. We have been to Thanksgiving dinner, Valentines dinner, trick or treating.

Dad is really enjoying his time out there. The staff is very nice and helpful and he really likes the food. He's been participating in a few of the activities they've done he likes when they bring in the bands and you know musical groups, and he goes together with some of the other residents and they play cards a couple times a week so he's developed some friendships and he really likes it out there. The roomie is in is perfect for what he needs. It's very spacious. They keep the facility and his room very very clean and I just think it's a really good place.

My mom loved it! She made friends, the staff made her feel at home and they kept me (daughter) informed.

We were met by [name removed] who showed us the common spaces as well as a few apartments. We then sat and had a very good discussion about what makes Chevy Chase House stand out. I was particularly impressed by the physical therapy program and how the PT professionals work closely with a personal trainer. The location is fabulous and the retention rate of the nurses aides and management team was excellent. We have not made a decision yet but Chevy Chase House impressed us.

The Peninsula have been wonderful. I truly enjoy the food. The staff is extremely kind. They truly make an effort to resolve my meals. I am grateful to call this place home.
