I think the staff is caring and attentive. I feel very comfortable when I walk in and visit my loved one. I think the owner is very impressive. I was very satisfied and continue to be satisfied. The owner is engaged and on top of things. I am overall very satisfied with my experience.

My father in law is doing well at this care home. They keep the home clean and well taken care of. We liked that the caregivers have worked here for years. They really seem to like their job. They are pleasant and patient with him. The food looks good and healthy. They always have something going on including music and a clown that comes in. I would recommend this care home.

It's been okay. Very clean. Very friendly. Care seems to be okay. Owner is the only staff. Food seems fair. There are no activities as the people there could not participate in anything. I guess the value is okay. My mother took along time to get settled in. She has had to be medicated at times to calm her down. I would say overall it's a good place.

My tour of this community was a nice one. Everyone was very kind to my family, and I. The community was clean, and everything went well overall.

[name removed] met my father weeks in advance, agreed to his stay, had me sign paperwork and accepted my $[removed] deposit knowing I was leaving the country. I believed his care was settled. Days before his stay, I realized [name removed] had never initiated an intake to review his medical history, medications or care needs, so I called to address it. During that conversation, she was shockingly rude and dismissive and suddenly began questioning whether she would take him at all—despite having met him weeks earlier and having ample opportunity to raise any concerns. Five days before my international trip, [name removed] decided not to take my father. What I find completely inexcusable is that SHE NEVER TOLD ME. I learned from the placement professional who referred me to her, whom [name removed] told she would call me. She never did. I have since learned her reputation within the industry is extremely poor. I wish I had known sooner. I am simply grateful I discovered this before entrusting my father to her care.

My Mother was in this facility for less than a month when she passed away. That was in June. I still have not received a refund and it has been more than 6 months. I have called many times but was given one excuse after another. I would not recommend this facility since they seem to be working on a shoestring and if they cannot afford a refund then they cannot have enough resources to take care of their patients.

It has been more than 6 months and I have still not received a refund. I have called many times and was promised that the check was in the mail but it never came. I cannot recommend this facility to anyone since they seem to be working on a shoestring and do not have the financial stability to properly conduct a business.
