Everything smells clean and looks clean. The food is delicious. Dad gets to go on weekly outings. Staff cares about the residents. [name removed] is an awesome director. [name removed] is incredible as MC coordinator.

So from a visitor standpoint, and I come once a week to see my friend and help her with anything she needs I have had really good contact with the staff. They're always willing to help me out and show me things that I didn't know like how to check in and that kind of stuff. They're always very pleasant and the activities Director and the executive Director I think her name is Katie has been super friendly and been able to share with me. Any issues or concerns they might have had with my friend. As far as activities go, my friend has joined into a few of the activities and she really liked them a lot. I did not get to stick around or be there for their ax throwing competition, which cracked me up because I'm sure it was an axis, but I didn't ask what it was. It just seems like they're very creative with the things they want to do with the residents. My friend is in a one bedroom apartment and it's pretty roomy I think. She liked to make it more of her home so we put down some throw rugs that were taped to the floor so that she couldn't trip and we hung some curtains and just made it more pleasant for her, she really likes the housekeeping as well. They do a really good job and the ladies are very friendly and talk to her.

I think the staff are excellent, very friendly and caring. Very clean and nice place. Food is good most of the time and other times it's lacking. Example Mac and cheese homemade instead of boxed

Autumn Wind Senior Living has been so good for my Aunt [name removed]! From the minute you walk in the front door to all the staff being so positive, accommodating and helpful!! I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a home for their loved ones!

Mom is very happy with the apartment. Maintenance is taken care of quickly, the housekeeping staff does a wonderful job. The food is very flavorful and a good variety is offered. Every member of staff we have interacted with is friendly and helpful. It has been a really good experience overall. I would absolutely recommend Ariel Pointe.

I was extremely impressed with the facility and staff. They set the bar very high for any senior living environment.

The facility was beautiful. They have a lot of special amenities for the residents. The dining facility is top notch.

The Ledgestone facility has all the amenities that a senior needs for feeling like you are home. Their activities, the staff like [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] have been great to make [name removed] feel welcomed to the assisted living.

The staff was always professional & considerate. Even though my mother did not partake in all the activities provided, she enjoyed the ones she participated in. The variety of food was always delicious. The facility was always clean & housekeeping in the generous rooms/apartments was provided. All in all, it was an excellent experience for my mother to be at The Brooks of Cibolo.

Staff is excellent. Many activities, by very appropriate, fun and open to all. Food is fantastic. Clean facilities. Cannot find anything negative to say about it.

Very clean and modern facility. Staff were very informative about services and prices. I did not choose facility due to cost and not having a single resident room available. I would recommend. Companion suite one side was very small for the price.

Walking in to Ariel Pointe is very bright and cheerful. Very clean, staff/care is very nice and caring. Lots of activities and off site outings. Our apartment is a two bedroom and perfect for us. The food is good, like any facility there are some meals that are better than others.

The facility is beautiful. Bright and airy. Staff is caring and very competent, especially [name removed], who I believe is the director and also Robb Sames. The apartments were nicely sized. Plenty of activities. I feel like my in-laws were well taken care of here.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The home was clean and the residents there looked happy. There are beautiful courtyards that I know my sister would enjoy. The rooms were well-maintained and spacious.

Only eaten there once - was OK, & mom hasn't complained, just started engaging - still TBD, 5. I'll be visiting mom tomorrow afternoon, hoping to get her down to 'Wine Wednesday. We would recommend The Brooks community to other families.

The staff is amazing. They would check on my mother when I couldn't get her on the phone. They were ALWAYS friendly. The overall place is very well kept and clean.

They have friendly and helpful staff. The food is good. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a community. Staff is very helpful or cheerful. If we have a problem they jump right back on, I.e. my TV stopped, I called the front desk, and they had someone up here in my room in ten minutes.
