When visiting the community I did sit down for lunch and join my loved one for an activity! The food was wonderful and the service was amazing. The activity was so fun and the activity director does an amazing job creating the daily activities.

Right when I walked in I was greeted by many staff in the community! They helped me sign in and pointed me in the right direction. When leaving they asked how my visit was which was nice they followed up. Great employees, residents, and overall community.

All the staff from the cleaning crew to management are the nicest and most helpful people. They work very hard to make sure your loved one is taking care of. If ever there is a need, the staff responds quickly and with their best effort.

What we like the most about Arabella of Red Oak is that it is new, clean, great food and atmosphere. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

A 5 for each category! Their willingness to go that extra mile to make everything special and to make everyone feel at home. The food was great and they had a Baby Grand piano I played each day. The shuttle service made getting around allowed residents to get around town. Oh yeah, the menu and food was outstanding. I'd still be there if the altitude hadn't made it so difficult for me to breath.

The brooks has given my mom a new start. She loves it. She enjoys the meals friends. and all the activities.

Modern decor and grounds are well-kept. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Activities are resident-based and offer a variety of options. Food is tasty and mostly resident-based. There is an extensive welcome packet that allows residents to share their favorite foods, music, color, activity, etc. with the chef and social director. They also recognize the residents who are military veterans. The community is very close to a fire and police station so the wait for emergency services is minimal. Being near George Bush Tollway offers quick access to entertainment, dining establishments and doctor offices/ hospitals. We are very pleased with Ariel Pointe.

We are enjoying our time at The Hamptons. The staff is helpful and friendly. The food is good. There's plenty of storage in the apartments, large laundry room, full kitchen and plenty of living area, it's comfortable.

From the front lobby receptionist, caregivers, med techs, dining room servers, housekeepers all the way to the maintenance workers, the staff is like family. They always greet the residents with warmth and enthusiasm.

I have had to move my husband to Memory Care and saw a lot of unsuitable places before I found Double Creek Their Memory Care unit is small, only 10 or 11 people, with 3 or 4 caregivers. The caregivers are kind and compassionate and seem very connected to the people they are looking after. Most importantly my husband seems very happy there His bathroom could be kept a little cleaner (it is clean but sometimes a little smelly) but all around it is a great fit My concerns were that I wanted my husband to be safe and well looked after, and happy and Double Creek fulfills this entirely

Staff is very friendly and try's to greet everyone by their name. Yes I would recommend it

Fabulous staff! Very caring! Great food. Attentive to each person and their needs. Facilities super clean and conducive to walkers and wheel chairs. Activities are creative and perfect for the age group. Maybe best facility in America.

The Memory care manager, [name removed], is fabulous - extremely caring, works hard to engage residents and make them feel loved and seen. Several excellent caregivers working with her. [name removed]was our personal favorite! Executive director, [name removed] is very good as well and is in touch with her clients families. She encourages family get togethers and social functions. Food service is good and they try to adapt to the residents wants and needs. My dad loved the food. We had 24 hour access to dad. The only staff we had issues with was at night. Laundry service was not the best. Dad complained that if he yelled for help they didn't come very quickly. Overall it is a wonderful place. Beautiful setting, engaging/loving personnel. We would choose it again.

I would rate Ariel Point a 5 in all of the categories. (The expression we use is that is like taking a cruise, only without the water.) Really like how friendly everyone is, and how everyone is flexible and goes above and beyond expectations.

They are happy to answer questions and helpful. The one thing they could do better is give an orientation to new residents so they are aware of all possibilities for them such as when is laundry day and cleaning day. Where are games kept etc.

So glad we didn’t move out!!! With the constant management turn over and lack of communication, lack of care, medication issues we have contemplated moving out multiple times. THINGS ARE CHANGING!! The new management is wonderful! They respond and they care! Staff are receiving more training ! The manager is a nurse and gets right on the floor with staff to learn the issues and give tools to fix them. She goes above and beyond with med management, even going to pick up my script! The new sales director cares not only about new move ins but making sure he works with the director to help everyone here have the best care! AND entertainment! He even brought us ELVIS! This team is a dynamic duo and are making great changes! So happy we stayed!

It is a great place for a lonely Senior, with a friendly and helpful staff, lots of daily activities, a nice dining room and bistro, and a lovely pool. The activities include everything from billiards to church, to exercise classes, to movies, to games, to a book club, and more. There is even a group therapy support group once weekly.

All are a 5, but the food is a 4...but they are thrilled to not be cooking! Legacy Oaks has been fantastic! My parents have been there for one year. We would 100% recommend this community to other families.

The area that could use improvement would be in the salon. It would be nice to have someone in there with a kind, outgoing personality. When that is a little more nurturing to her customers. Thank you

Care giving is a calling. Everyone who cares for my mother does so with compassion and empathy. All the residents are called by name and are known. Friendships develop and the Midlothian community comes in with songs and activities. We are grateful to have this community to come along side us in caring for our Mom.
