I've been here about 4 years and I like all of it. I'm very happy here. I do recommend this place, definitely. I don't have a favorite thing here because I love all of it. They do a good job, the food, the entertainment, all of everything.

Went in with my mother and took a tour and the staff was really friendly the sales manager gave us a really good tour and the rooms are nice there fixing up the place and looks nice so far.. I’ll be coming back soon for a 2nd tour my mom loved the activity’s they do so differently coming back thank you valley view….

I don’t rush to write short-term reviews for long-term situations, so I’m sharing this after my loved one has been a resident here for nearly two months. I could go on and on about how pleased I am as a family member committed to ensuring my loved one’s well-being in every way. However, her own words to me perfectly capture why I’ve given this facility the 5-star rating that I have. She called me recently and said, "You know, when I first moved here, I tried finding any and everything I could find that was wrong with this place. But you know what? I can't find one thing. The people who work here are so kind and go out of their way to make me feel so important. I've met some nice people around my age, and they always have stuff for me to do (even if I don't feel like doing it sometimes )." She ended the conversations by thanking me for choosing this place. And that was enough for me to know that I had made the right decision. No place is perfect, and there is ALWAYS room for improvement, but to EVERYONE who works to make this facility what it is...THANK YOU!

The staff and food are phenomenal the activities done everyday are amazing. Bus trips , crafts, family night, all different types of bands music, food The memory care coordinator is amazing. The place doesn't smell like urine. The staff treats patients and their families with total utmost respect, accommodating, with calming colors.

Great staff, clean facilities, good activities and great activities director. They seem to be very caring. Would highly recommend, especially the memory care.

I have been living at Valley View Independent Living a little over 6 years. Everything is well taken care of and continues to improve. The apartments are very pretty and include all we need for our every day living. The employees, from building manager to custodian and kitchen and serving personnel are so thoughtful, kind and helpful. I feel very blessed to be able to reside in a place like this. Be prepared for a pleasing experience when you come here as a resident. Also if you’re a family member you’ll be very satisfied your relative chose Valley View.

I absolutely appreciate everyone's attention for detail and care when it comes to taking care of my mother! I appreciate all of the fun activities provided daily. Especially when I visit on weekends.

The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make sure to meet your needs. The facility is bright and cheerful very clean. After researching several facilities in East Texas, my family decided to place our loved wine at Arabella in Longview. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is a perfect size with many layouts available.

I truly do rate all areas a 5 as it is great here! Staff go out of their way to ensure you have whatever you need. Environment is positive and friendly. There are more activities than you could do with Something for everyone if they want.

5 +++++++++! The people that work at The Grandview of Chisholm Trail are the most positive, gracious and caring people I've met with in the assisted living community. Every need is met! The dining room, the food, and all of the facility is top notch! With activities to keep your loved one busy and entertained is such a blessing. The library, the movie theater and so many activities for everyone to do. I would recommend this facility for anyone needing special care.

I am very pleased with this home. They treat my father with dignity and respect. They are kind, helpful and make delicious meals. It is clean, the views are beautiful and they have good activities and a great happy hour. They seem to genuinely care about the residents and building their community.

Legacy Oaks Midlothian has everything we need for this in our lives; good food, great community, social activities, service activities, house-keeping provided, exercise classes, weekly church services, and daily devotionals. The staff is friendly and attentive. Ideal location, small town but close to hospital and shopping.

All good so far. It is Seemingly well managed and generally courteous and helpful staff. Good service in regard to housekeeping.

I have enjoyed watching my dad make new friends. He isn't sitting at home alone anymore. There is always someone for him to chat with. Also, his apartment is very nice - the perfect size for what he needs at this point in life

Great food , had it myself, friendly people , friendly staff Mom loves all the help , beautiful outside setting area , all my Moms needs are met and she is quiet happy , makes me happy knowing she's in good hands

Everyone was welcoming and very nice. They check on my sister many times a day and take her concerns seriously which makes me feel good about her being there. The facility itself is beautiful!!! It's clean, so well decorated, the art and sculptures are gorgeous! The home is small enough to get to know people and feel very comfortable. The food is very good and the selection at each meal is excellent. I'm extremely happy with Long Creek and thankful to A Place for Mom for leading me to it.

We have been very happy at Ledgestone. My parents have been there one year, my mother has dementia and my dad could live independently if he wasn't helping with my mom. They seem overall very happy.

All employees of Clear Fork are kind, loving individuals. I was so happy to have found a place where my mom was safe, fed good nutritious meals and living in a beautiful, clean environment. Special stars are [names removed] and many many more.

The cost stuck out over other places. Other families might want to ask; Is smoking permitted? Is transportation to appointments available? I feel your service went above and beyond expectations! This placement was in a different state and the connections to facilities were awesome. My brother in law is content and safe. I encourage any of my patients families to use your services.
