The staff was always professional & considerate. Even though my mother did not partake in all the activities provided, she enjoyed the ones she participated in. The variety of food was always delicious. The facility was always clean & housekeeping in the generous rooms/apartments was provided. All in all, it was an excellent experience for my mother to be at The Brooks of Cibolo.

Staff is excellent. Many activities, by very appropriate, fun and open to all. Food is fantastic. Clean facilities. Cannot find anything negative to say about it.

Very clean and modern facility. Staff were very informative about services and prices. I did not choose facility due to cost and not having a single resident room available. I would recommend. Companion suite one side was very small for the price.

Walking in to Ariel Pointe is very bright and cheerful. Very clean, staff/care is very nice and caring. Lots of activities and off site outings. Our apartment is a two bedroom and perfect for us. The food is good, like any facility there are some meals that are better than others.

The facility is very nice and open. It’s great that the building is single story. The staff are all very nice and helpful.

The facility is beautiful. Bright and airy. Staff is caring and very competent, especially [name removed], who I believe is the director and also Robb Sames. The apartments were nicely sized. Plenty of activities. I feel like my in-laws were well taken care of here.

The staff is nice & thoughtful. They genuinely care. They have a great variety of food. It's always spotless!!

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The home was clean and the residents there looked happy. There are beautiful courtyards that I know my sister would enjoy. The rooms were well-maintained and spacious.

Only eaten there once - was OK, & mom hasn't complained, just started engaging - still TBD, 5. I'll be visiting mom tomorrow afternoon, hoping to get her down to 'Wine Wednesday. We would recommend The Brooks community to other families.

The staff is amazing. They would check on my mother when I couldn't get her on the phone. They were ALWAYS friendly. The overall place is very well kept and clean.

They have friendly and helpful staff. The food is good. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a community. Staff is very helpful or cheerful. If we have a problem they jump right back on, I.e. my TV stopped, I called the front desk, and they had someone up here in my room in ten minutes.

Staff is all extremely polite and for the most part very friendly. If they’re gonna put out a menu have what’s on the menu don’t give me a menu and then say no we don’t have it.

Everyone was great and helped us understand what was available. Our friend decided on moving in there right away.

I had a great tour of the Hamptons at Greenbridge. I was impressed with the activities schedule for the residents and the menus/food service. The property is visually appealing and appeared clean and welcoming.

The tour was a good experience. I was able to get an up close look at the different apartments ith their different layouts. I even was invited to lunch and the meal was delicious. Also met the activites director who told me all about what they offer.

Beautiful apartments but the community areas seemed cramped. Apartment was spacious and light but the community rooms felt cramped. The grounds were beautiful.

Double Creek has been fine other than a few things that are mostly unexpected and unavoidable - staff turn over which in turn lent itself to other issues. All pretty minor and the management was quick to find replacements and they kept everything running as best they could. Apartment is spacious, food is good and my father is enjoying living there. Dad is content and happy, that's all that matters.

I toured the memory care section of Flying Horse with my mom and sister for my dad. Everything was clean, open and friendly. It felt homey and like just the right place for my dad with activities and a real community feel.

The staff is very friendly & caring. Allowing my mother to do as much or little as she can.

We love the atmosphere and the people. We have confidence our loved one will be well cared for. We toured twice and decided this was the right place for us.
