All the care givers are very good. It took a while to fill the open position of Memory Care Activities Coordinator but now they have a great person in the position. Food is good including afternoon snacks. Once a month they bring in musical entertainment for a Family Night dinner. My wife is content there.

The staff was very nice and caring. Also the food and dining experience was great. In addition the facility itself was very nice.

A very comfortable atmosphere. The staff is truly concerned about the welfare of the residents. They are appreciated!! I love that the physical therapist and the social directors work to include the residents by encouraging them to leave the comfort of their room.

The Avenues at Fort Bend has the most caring group of people I’ve ever met. It absolutely amazes me that so much care, goodness, and love can be found in one place. I’ve been coming to visiting a family friend 3-5 times a week for almost a year, and every time I’m here I see the staff being wonderful to the residents. They have so many activities that keep the residents genuinely happy and entertained. I think that’s the best take away from this place…the residents are happy and feel loved.

We were greeted in a a warm and welcoming manor. We were taken to the facilities of our choice. The appointment were made for is and the information provided helped us make out choice in rapid time.

It is independent living 3 delicious meals included and pet friendly. I highly recommend this facility. The staff is amazing. The other residents are happy and my mother is so glad that she made this move at [age removed]

I love that I can do on walks. I am a part of every activity provided. I love the sewing group, family nights, Rummy, exercise classes and all games! I have lived here for almost 1 year and I just love it here and I am currently a Resident Ambassador!

A welcoming community full of smiles, activities, and helpful hands. Daily Meals in the dining room with friends and family. Staff is available at any time to assist with our needs. Love the home feeling.

We loved working with Ridglea while our Nana was there. I would rate 5 for all. Ridglea was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The activities and family events were great for Nana

The food is always a problem with people having different diets, the kitchen services the whole place. There is a salad bar now that will help. Maintenance is a problem, guys are good but things like ac and plumbing are a problem area. Just like the other problems at nursing places. The maintenance guys are good, but busy.! Independent living is good. I do not know about the nursing facility.

A great place to be if you need it. Beautiful place, good food, and everyone is friendly and helpful.

Went for a walk in tour with my mom and spoke a kind lady [name removed]a she gave me and mom a tour and was very kind we went to the dinning room that just got remolded and was spectacular the activities to have some great my mom loves bingo. She explained about the outings they go to and they got a brand new bus. Wow I’ll bring my mom again. Definitely she really loved this place so far. I highly recommend it. When I came here I thought it would be a small place but my 2 bedroom apartment is perfect for me. I have 2 balconies and a big kitchen and lots of space. I like bingo and I have friends here. I’m very happy. Staff is perfect.

Moving to VVIL is the best decision I have made for myself. The staff is caring, friendly, accommodating, helpful and all the good things. During our renovations, they have taken on so much yet always make me feel I am important. The staff smile, greet you, get concerned about you. I wish I had more time to participate in VV activities and outings. (I still work). I love my little apartment. It is cozy and welcoming. I love that I am still able to have my granddaughters visit and stay over every now and then. The staff and other residents make them feel very welcomed. Staff are always ready and willing to help, whether it's moving something, putting something together, deliver meals and packages. I've offered some suggestions that have been considered and implemented. This is a great community that I plan to become more involved in.

My grandma [name removed] loves living at Valley View. When I visit she is always at an activity. She says that she is no longer lonely and she doesn’t have to cook. The staff is really nice and good to her. I’m glad that she is happy.
