What we like the most about the community is that the staff is very patient and kind. Yes, we would recommend Ariel Pointe of Sachse Senior Living to other families based on the experience so far.

My sister loves it here. They are very good to her, which makes me feel better to know she's being taken care of! I would highly recommend this facility.

We like that it's not a huge community. It's small enough that everyone knows each other - residents and staff.

I worked with [name removed], who was very nice, and got me 4 referrals right away. I understand she had surgery a day or two after she sent me the referrals but didn't share she would be unavailable for several days. (I hope she's all good!) It would have been helpful to know that and who an alternate contact point would be. No complaints, just a suggestion. I have recommended A Place For Mom to several folks who may be in need of your services in the near future.

Everything is great! Food menu good, room size good, workers superb and keep an eye on my brother. Communication excellent and willing to chat about their perception about well being of my brother. Very welcoming to guests and visitors.

As a primary care provider for residents at The Bluff I am consistently impressed with the facility and staff. The residents' health is prioritized as is their over all well-being through actitives engagement and personalized attention. The excellent physical and occupational therapy on site supports both recovery and long term mobility and independence. The menu is diverse and heathy. The facility is beautiful well maintained. The staff is no beat and attentive.

Walking into the community feels like a home, clean bright, welcoming and comforting. The workers are all so helpful and loving. The staff is attentive to al details about what can improve. The residents in independent assisted living and memory care are all always engaged with activities and events. Every resident seem to be happy love and progressing. I recommend living here.

This is a beautiful community experience! The care, the facility the food the activities it is exemplary for those who take full advantage I participate in all that is avaliable! There is theater, a library, outdoor space, frequent live musicians and a staff who love the residents as their own family! I dream of having such an opportunity when it is my turn.

The staff is great. The activities are great. Mom is good with the food. The size of the apartment is good - great for one resident, but tight for a couple. I would absolutely recommend it to others, the single price point is a great stress reliever.

I'm so happy that I chose Arabella of Longview as my home ??. The staff is professional, but friendly. We are like family here. The only problem I might have is the percentage of rate increase! I love living here.

All the care givers are very good. It took a while to fill the open position of Memory Care Activities Coordinator but now they have a great person in the position. Food is good including afternoon snacks. Once a month they bring in musical entertainment for a Family Night dinner. My wife is content there.
