My parents did not participate much, but there were a lot of things they could have participated in if they chose to. The only reason I downgraded on staff was there were some discrepancies on the use of Mom And Dad's food points. They actually exhausted Dad's points and rather than reverting to Mom's points which just start charging my dad extra because he would consistently place the orders over the phone. So that was just an admin faux paw and it was hard for me to get it straightened out. It was eventually straightened out. I imagine Arabella has trained their staff to use both spouses points before they start charging, but that is one thing I would want to alert new residents to. Generally speaking, the staff were all good. To clarify, mom and dad were in independent living. So as for care, they didn't really tap into that. I must say that the independent living accommodations and facility are beautiful and we were overall very pleased with it and had wished that Mom And Dad could've been there sooner and enjoyed it more to the full.

I would recommend to others. Overall, I was pleased with Ariel Pointe. They worked hard to get him in to assisted living and then move him to memory care. My brother has recently passed away.

I needed a memory facility ASAP, I knew of a resident in assisted living at Arabella, I scheduled a visit and signed the papers. I picked them because of a recommendation from a friend.

Long Creek is a very impressive facility. First of all the atmosphere is very friendly with gorgeous artwork all over!! My sister’s apartment is a good size with all utilities included. I love all of the staff I’ve gotten to know and they are very accommodating. The meals are delicious!! I’m very impressed and I know my sister is well taken care of.

So happy to have found Tech Ridge Oaks. My father and stepmother have been in independent living for the past few years but they are needing more care owing to mobility limitations. While vetting several different assisted living facilities for them, I was extremely pleased with the interim manager's enthusiasm and helpfulness, and the site director was actually the nurse who went out to assess them in their current home. I am so grateful they both are so invested in their clients and future clients. My father frantically backed out on the day he was planning to sign the contract, and they were able to provide compassion and care for my father while I pulled my hair out. In the end, he realized he had made a mistake the next morning and he happily signed his contract yesterday. I feel so much more comfortable now, knowing that he will be taken care of physically and emotionally. Thank you, Tech Ridge!

My mom is approaching 1 year of living here. The staff at the ridglea have treated her right. They are open, honest, and willing to listen to feedback and improve. The place is clean and by far the cleanest when we toured around Fort Worth. I am glad my mom is there, able to socialize and live knowing that any sort of help is literally a button press away. Whenever there is an issue everyone is quick to action and even quicker to communicate to me and my family. I’m very glad we chose this place for her.

A Place For Mom provided great advice and helped us find the best option for my mother-in-law, who turned 96 earlier this year. Your representative was thoughtful and had great expertice. She guided us through the process, which was enormously helpful.

No place is perfect. But this facility is very good. We have had only minor issues. Not really worthy of any complaint. Staff getting used to our loved onr and her getting used to the staff. Food is wonderful with a full menu and what is on the menu as special. Just like a regular restaurant. Facility is clean and staff friendly.

Our mom [name removed] was at Midtowne in Midlothian and it was fantastic!!! But also [fee removed] each month. What we liked the most about Midtowne was the engaged leadership & caring hearts amongst staff. Teamwork amongst staff. Manage & communication w/ incoming hospice staff, but need weekend activities (hence the low rating)

My brother passed away, and my sister and I feel like staff at Cambridge Court on second floor #[removed] were so nice caring attentive to my brother [name removed] to the very end. We are so grateful for their care.

The independent living was great. My husband had to go to Memory Care and I wouldn't recommend that to anyone. We moved from there in November 2022 because of the Memory Care facility. I moved in with my daughter and move [name removed] to [community removed] and it was great until they made changes to the operation and staff. Arabella was great when we were both well and living in independent living.

The Grand Senior Living has very caring staff, wonderful activities director with fun entertainment planned. The nurses provided good care, and were attentive and compassionate.

Their new director was really great to work with. We picked this community because your recommendations we all good. I personally visited each one. My impression of West Fork was top of the list. I thought it was a place I would be comfortable.

Everyone here is so sweet and caring. They worked with me on a very tight timeline to get my spouse in and settled upon his release from a hospital stay. Unfortunately my spouse passed away within a few days of moving in, but I am so glad he was here to receive the care he needed.

The grands are beautiful and during the tour the staff was more than wonderful and all answers to my many questions were at tip away. Could not for a better experience.

My mom really likes Double Creek assisted living! Staff is extremely helpful and concerned about my mom's wellbeing. Everything is working out great.

Our experience with the Bluffs was very positive, their staff was very dedicated to their residents (my father in law), his care was exceptional. The meals were good but they sometimes ran out of an item and would have to substitute something else which is generally fine but he (my father in law) was not good at substitutions. Caring, dedicated staff, exceptional nursing director, quality programs, immaculate facility, safe and loving environment for residents.

I like about bout everything I've experienced in this community. The food is quite good and the company is some fun. Living in a building apart from the main building is to my liking. Over all grade A.

She obviously would have preferred less expensive but she was so well taken care of. They had a lot of activities when she chose to participate. Even had activities that got the community there which I think helped a lot. We would definitely recommend and I do frequently to people who ask me. The staff were very caring for my loved one.
