She obviously would have preferred less expensive but she was so well taken care of. They had a lot of activities when she chose to participate. Even had activities that got the community there which I think helped a lot. We would definitely recommend and I do frequently to people who ask me. The staff were very caring for my loved one.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. My dad really liked living there. I always felt like he was taken good care of while he was there. My dad didn't play bingo or craft. So I think adding different things to include more things would be helpful.

This is my dad's first experience in assisted living and he would tell you that it is not home, but n he will also say that the staff is friendly, professional and treats him with dignity and respect. The Sales Specialist greeted my dad on his move in day with two of his favorite things Sprite and canned whipping cream. The Sale Specialist took the time and interest in my dad to make him feel welcome and continues to check on my dad. The Wellness Director has worked diligently to ensure that all of the medications that my dad was prescribed by his primary care doctor, the hospital, the rehabilitation facility doctor have been reviewed and he is receiving the medications that he needs. All of the staff who have worked with my dad has demonstrated kindness and understanding of his condition and limitations. The Director has been impressive with her level 4 of involvement. It's clear she is committed to ensuring that this facility meets the needs of all residents. I recognize that Elk Creek is the best place for my dad to succeed in this stage of his life.

The day to day staff was so kind and patient. My dad was only there for 5 weeks before he passed so the long term cost would have been high. My parents were fine with that and for us the cost was well worth the comfort of knowing care was so good. They fed residents meals based on preferences which shocked me but was wonderful. Could not have been happier (if you can be with a parent having to be there) with the place. My dad was only there for 5 weeks or so but it brought all of us a great piece of mind.

Five stars is not enough in rating West Fork. The staff is wonderful and very helpful to the residents and visitors. The food is excellent. My mother is extremely happy, content and safe there. I would highly recommend West Fork to anyone seeking an assisted living residence for a family member.

Honestly we have had nothing but great experiences my mother used to sit at home talking to no one but since moving here to the Legacy Oaks Memory care she has gained energy and making so many new friends.

Living here at Legacy Oaks is very enjoyable. Legacy Oaks is a great looking building and well maintained. The apartment we live in is exceptionally nice and large with a full kitchen set up. The staff is top notch and is really helpful. We enjoy daily activities and the entertainment provide several times a week. We benefit from meals served in the dinning area and not having to cook for ourselves.

I went in person to get a tour and [name removed] sat down with me and explained the services and the pricing. I was able to put both my parents in a one bedroom at a very good price. The people are very nice to my parents. The food in the dining hall is very good and there are options to choose from each meal. I have been frustrated that my parents don't always go down to eat, but if they don't, food is taken to their room. My parents have been there a couple of months already. My mom is starting to go out and do some of the activities. It seems like there's always something going on.

We just moved my Dad to the Grandview to the Cottage memory care. He loves his new room, raves about the people who take care of him, and raves about the food every time I see him! It is true; we feel he is being treated with compassion. The place is pretty and clean. I like to sit with him outside on the patio to visit and watch the birds. They have lots of fun activities for seniors to do. Everyone has been so nice and helpful, and we are pleased with his new home.

The meals and dining services gets a 5++++. The best thing about Valley View Senior Living is the food the food the food! They absolutely have the best quality and variety of food to choose from

I have come to visit at diff times and days and the staff is always busy. I feel confident in the floor supervisor to handle meds and food allergies. Only a couple times have I needed to bring something to their attention. The staff does keep a close watch on the memory care side of who comes and goes to protect the seniors. My mom was very agitated at first but now has settled into a routine and I finally can get a full night's sleep at home with her in 24 hr care there. Because of COVID resurgence most activities have been curtailed. I have a to-do box in Mom's room for her when she is bored. The blinds let lots of light into a big bedroom. The director was very helpful in the transition.

I don't think I have ever seen such a large group of caring staff. My wife passed after being here for a few months. The staff constantly greeted me by my name and truly cared how I was doing.

This is a community that is very friendly. And has lots of things to do and keep you busy. Several choices for living spaces.

Ariel Pointe of Sachse Senior Living is a nice comfortable place. It is a quiet atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

The staff has been extremely helpful, provide good communication and they always answer my questions. They provide good care and keep facility clean. I am very happy that we selected Cambridge Courts.

Ledgestone has been just what we needed for my 98 year old Dad. It’s safe and clean. The apartment is perfect. The staff friendly and helpful. The food is very good. I don’t mind eating there and he loves it (but he is not super picky). He loves the servers and they like him. I would highly recommend Ledgestone for anyone needing an independent living facility.

I feel, as an employee of this company, even though it hasn't been long, I have a good perspective of the level of care the residents receive at Double Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care. I have witnessed the care staff go the extra mile for each senior they come in contact with. From providing for their basic needs to giving compassionate encouragement to lift the soul. The management team and staff are amazing. The Dining staff are just fantastic, they meet each residents need and their wants, knowing each person by name. The administration staff is beyond belief. Even though they may have stacks of paperwork on their desk and deadlines that need to be met, they drop everything to give a caring hand to all in need. I can truly say I love my job at Double Creek, and I wouldn't want to work any place Double Creek we are reminded that residents are our #1 priority, no matter what is happening in the building or at home.

I would recommend the facility to a friend. We picked this community because, Clear Fork was the best location for us.

Clear Fork Senior Living was great. They were caring, attentive and flexible. I would highly recommend them
