I would highly recommend your services. I had to handle placing my mom by myself but it didn't feel that way with the help I received from a place for mom. it was great to have someone to chat with going through a hard and very tough time placing mom. [name removed] was extremely helpful, as I visited the different memory care facilities [name removed] would call and we would chat about what I liked and didn't like with the tours, it was nice to have someone there. I didn't feel so alone.

I certainly would recommend. It is set up like a real home. Nurses and Aids cook the meals which are so good. You can sleep as late as you want and they will fix what she wants for breakfast. The workers are so compassionate and seem to love the residents.

Feel safe in the community. Very friendly atmosphere. We reach out and take care of others in the community when needed. A lot of activities available to our residents. Very accessible to friends and family.

Very sweet staff. The meals are great. They Re allowed to sleep late if they want and feed them breakfast when they do get up. Very pretty facilities. They stay in touch with family when any meds are changed.

I'm very pleased with the care my mom is getting, they are a sister memory care to Homeplace in Midway. The location of Bridgepointe works best for me to see my mom more frequently. The staff have all been wonderful, Bridgepointe is a good fit for my family.

They wash my windows. Serve noon meal. They cook and deliver my noon meal. I live in a 1400 ft home. There are trees walking trails if I so wish. They have a great maintenance staff. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families.

We have been very impressed with our experience at Village Manor. The facility is clean, doesn’t have an odor. The staff have been friendly and the food is decent. We have peace of mind that they do have higher levels of care if needed.

This is the best place we could have chosen for my parents. They genuinely care so much for their residents and have so many on campus activities for residents to participate in. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a facility for a loved one or yourself.

Great facility! It is clean, well maintained & the residents are taken good care of. We loved the fact that there is a nurse 24/7 to help with medications & any needs even in the assisted living area.

Love the ground they are well kept with no trash to be pound spacious apt extra wide door ways. It is comforting knowing all I have to do is called and someone is there to help. Love the serenity and the peace of mind. I have found here!

Following a broken hip, my mom's dementia rapidly progressed until she required memory care. I looked everywhere and fell in love with the Homeplace. The homey layout, home cooked meals, gardens and neighborhood-like design are truly unique and just wonderful. I cannot overstate the quality of the care my mom receives. The Homeplace team members are simply outstanding. They have gotten to know my mom so well and are very in tune with her health and moods. They treat her with dignity and love. My mom has quality of life. I am so grateful to the team at the Homeplace for giving my mom a true home and our family peace of mind.

Mom really likes the food that is served. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The director is easy to access and work with. This is a smaller assisted living facility which makes it better in my view.

My parents entered the Homeplace at Midway after an extensive search for a comprehensive care facility that didn’t feel like a nursing home. We started in AL but within months one parent had advanced enough to enter skilled nursing (Parkinson’s). Homeplace was intentional and accommodating to ensure my parents spent as much time together as possible. About a year later, Mom’s dementia would require memory care. Throughout these transitions and the passing of our dad, The Homeplace has gone above and beyond to care for our family and ensure the respect and safety of our parents. We are extremely fortunate to have found them.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. Always willing to go the extra mile! Most employee have been there a long time. Very clean; food is good too! Good Values.

This is a safe, beautiful, and friendly community! It is truly a hidden gem. We are blessed to be here.

I have lived in this community for almost 20years. This is a lovely setting, with fountains in our small ponds and tree partially surrounding the property. I hope to be able to stay here for many more years.

Our only complaint is the constant goose dropping which cover the side walks and streets! You always have to watch where you walk. Hard for people using walkers! We desperately need to control the number of geese here!
