All is excellent. It is highly rated. They have high quality care. I would recommend this facility to others who are needing memory care for their loved one.

My mom was not happy with the food. The people who live there were very nice and tried hard to get my mom to do stuff, but she didn't want to be there. She passed away on [date removed].

I was searching for an assisted living facility for my Godfather when his health took a turn and he couldn't live alone anymore. I reached out to Eden Vista Hoffman Estates due to their proximity to Ascension St. Alexius Hospital and the high reviews I found online. [name removed], the Director of Sale and Marketing, met with me the following day due to the urgency of the situation. Veronica sat with me and talked about my loved one's needs, both from a health and daily living standpoint as well as what he liked to do. She also went through options of care at Eden Vista Hoffman Estates as his health needs changed. I felt like I was in good hands and that Eden Vista was a company that valued trust, transparency, and integrity. [name removed]gave me an in-depth tour of all areas of the facility. I spoke to a few residents while sitting in the lobby and they loved living there. The personal and professional care given at Eden Vista Hoffman Estates is the the best!

My aunt has lived at Eden Vista Rock Run since 2022. She seems happy with the services offered. The staff is friendly and caring. Questions are answered promptly. I believe she receives good care. The current owners, Eden Vista seem to be better organized than the previous two owners were. I would recommend Eden Vista Rock Run for people needing assisted living care.

My mom is well cared for and It is comforting to know they are there for her 24-7. The staff has always been helpful and polite to our family and friends that have been there to see her. And it is very important to me that she is receiving her medication on time.

The staff was great, specially the head of nursing staff in mom unit, and her one aid, all were good, but they went beyond.

Outstanding rehab staff and schedule. Personal caregivers doing a great job taking care of Mom. Friendly staff across the board. Clean and comfortable environment. I think what stands out is that all aspects of their services are well done. From medical care, meals, recreation, rehab and personal care, each discipline is managed well.

The head, nurse, [name removed], and Mom’s nurse [name removed] have taken very good care of Mom. [name removed] is able to get Mom to eat when I can’t. [name removed] has kept me apprised of all the new orders given by the doctor. [name removed] was very polite when I requested an x-ray for Mom.She explained that my sister had power of attorney and she had to make the request. Either she or [name removed] contacted my sister and the the x-ray was done within a couple of hours. I was impressed with the compassion and patience that Mom’s CNA’s demonstrated. This includes: [names removed], the activities Director ,is fantastic. her high energy keeps some residents awake who would otherwise be sleeping. when residents are playing a game [name removed] helps as many of them as she can. A few of the residents sometimes get angry with each other. [name removed] is able to separate them and calm them down so the excitement doesn’t extend to other residents The facility is well-maintained and that contributes to a serene atmosphere.

[name removed] and [name removed] are so kind and helpful. They helped in every step of the way in getting my friend settled in. The receptionist, [name removed] is always so welcoming. They are all so professional and personal, it made her transition very smooth. The maintenance people and the other residents are so friendly.

I have recently recommended others to the Charleston and they have been very pleased as well so far. I would recommend to others and thanks for the guidance from A Place for Mom.

I wish the assistant director would get the monthly certification from the DON instead of me having to contact DON to fill out the form and have them send it to me. Ten days into the next month I have to contact them for the information, where I think they should be on top of it, and send it into the insurance within the first 2-3 days. Instead I have to do it to make sure the insurance company gets it in a time manner. Everything else was wonderful. It's a beautiful facility. The apartments are very nice. The staff is all very nice and helpful and caring. She loves the activities.

Eden Vista Madison is a great facility.

I like the cottage style set up and the activities they provide the Residents. Yes, I would recommend Maple Ridge to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

We picked this community for my dad. He moved in about 6 weeks ago and is very happy with his new surroundings. When the warmer weather comes we're excited to see around the grounds. I'm hoping he'll be more active.

They are very caring to family and patients. All. Of them from dietary to housekeeping The nurse line is a wonderful asset and they do call You back the administration is just as caring physical therapist are doing a great job as well my mother likes it too!!

Although my dad was only at Maple Ridge for a short time, our entire family was very happy with his care.. We felt the staff listened to all our concerns allowing dad to obtain proper care by everyone. The residents in my dad’s cottage made dad and all of us feel welcomed. Residents shared their positive experiences. We would recommend Maple Ridge for your loved ones care.

They are always there for me and my father. Whatever we need they are there for us and are very helpful and friendly. They answer all my questions and my concerns. Room sizes in memory care, they are big enough for two people with room to move around.
