My family & I highly recommend Charter Senior Living of Poplar Creek for your loved one. The friendly atmosphere is warm & welcoming! The staff is very professional, highly knowledgeable, & genuinely cares about each resident. Very importantly, the staff has an in depth understanding of the advanced phase of life the elders are in, so each resident truly gets the care they need. It's impressive! Along with the wonderful care, the meals are delicious, the activities are numerous & engaging, & the field trips are very popular! An aspect we greatly appreciate at Charter is the wonderful sense of community among the residents. They really enjoy each other! Charter Senior Living with its remarkable staff & fun loving community is a gem!

My Father has received wonderful care and has made so many friends. Staff is very attentive and genuinely care for the resident. Security is great. I like how people need to check in and out for visits.

I highly recommend Charter Senior Living for elderly loved ones. The entire staff took great care of my dad and made him feel welcome from day one. The facility is clean and the staff is very caring, helpful and friendly. The caretakers were especially kind to my dad, who was a 2 person assist due to his back surgeries and limited mobility. My dad really liked that they offered mass on Sunday’s at the facility as well as a hair salon so he could get his hair cut with leaving. The receptionists are all kind and helpfully as well. While I was exploring options, Anna helped me with everything I needed to get my dad moved from Kentucky into Charter in Hoffman Estates. She went way beyond my expectations in helping transition my dad to a new place.

Charter Senior Living is the perfect community for your family. Their whole team is highly trained and they make you feel right at home. They have fun outings they take their residents. My dad really enjoyed seeing the Christmas light show this week. I highly recommended Charter.

The staff is friendly and caring. Very personable. Housekeeping, including laundry, has been top notch. The move in process went smoothly. Both parents say food is wonderful. They go out of their way to make special meals for my Dad, as he is Celiac. I would (and have) recommend this facility. I experienced a wonderful Thanksgiving meal with them and look forward to Christmas dinner.

My loved one is currently a resident at Trustwell Living at Rock Run Place Assisted Living and everything has been very good for him at this facility so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. I would recommend this facility to others.

Joined my dad and sister for the Thanksgiving meal. The food was amazing and you could feel the love in the room from the staff to the entertainment to the food - all was beautiful.

Sunrise of Barrington is a lovely facility with a home-like atmosphere. For remembrance care, they do their best with their patients. All of their care is individualized.Sunrise of Barrington was able to accept my parent quickly and for less money than other facilities .

My mother is currently a resident at The Heights Assisted Living and things have been mostly very good for her so far. The move in process was easy. The night staff and the Executive Director are amazing to work with and care a lot. The housekeeping lacks a little (we have found mom's toilet quite dirty). My mom loves the meals. I would absolutely recommend The Heights Assisted Living for anyone. I'm so glad that we found this place!

Our loved one was previously a resident at The Heights Assisted Living and we really loved this facility! We wish we could have gotten our loved one here earlier. She was only a resident here for a short time before she passed. The Director at this facility was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and made sure that everything was taken care of. She even brought a TV from her house so that we wouldn't have to make another trip. We cannot say enough about the cleanliness and how organized it was there. We would definitely recommend The Heights Assisted Living to others!

My loved one is currently a resident at Charter Senior Living Poplar Creek and overall the experience has been very good. The staff all seems to be pretty decent and the housekeeping is good. Communication with the family is good. The move in process was easy. The food could be better. I'm told they are small portions and some being quite bland. Besides that, I would recommend Charter Senior Living Poplar Creek to others.

5 for all, however our loved one did have some belongings go missing so we aren't sure if it was theft or truly just a loss. However, the memory center space is nice; staff engaging. Outer patio area w/ lovely seating and green space area.

The tour director at Clifden Court was very informative and helpful with details that we didn’t even think of. I thought that the community felt like home which was very important for my mom. I also like that if my mom experiences changes or gets memory issues in the future, they have a special community just for memory care. This is the perfect Senior Living setting for my mom to age in place.

The staff was always friendly and helpful at Dimensions Living Prospect Heights. Communication with the family was adequate. Better communication between staff for different shifts could improve. When we would tell a nurse about a procedure for our loved one that needed to be done, it was not always passed down to the next nurse. Otherwise, our experience here was very good. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

My mother is currently a resident at Willow Falls. Honestly, my mother and I have both been very happy and impressed with this facility. The staff is very professional and sincere where you feel that your mother is valued. It's an affordable place with a high quality of service. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

Our family and loved one had a great experience at Mission Creek. Our loved one enjoys the meals offered. The staff take very good care of our loved one. There are times on the weekends the community doesn't smell the best. Mission Creek has a lot of great activities for the residents, and they are good at getting the residents involved with the activities.

Overall, we were very pleased with the total experience during this difficult time. The hospice group they are linked with, Accord, also did an excellent job. Of course, it is very expensive, but I realize that it is what it is. And fortunately we had the funds, at this time, to do this.

My Mom has been at Clifden Court Franklin since October and is loving the activities in the West building organized by [name removed] the life enrichment coordinator . She has way of getting her out and social !! My mom says she’s my friend, very loving and nicknamed her “the little one”

The whole staff was easy to work with. Mom enjoyed the meals! What stood out to me at this facility was the ease of working with the staff getting paperwork ready. There were activities everyday. The weekly trip was going out to eat at a nearby restaurant. Mom enjoyed the employees! Said attitudes were good. I personally would recommend!
