This adult community is awesome. The staff are great... friendly... caring.... respectful... and treat the residents like family. I love Eden Vista!! They are always eager to assist with my mom!!!

My parents are there in assisted living. It is just what they needed. There are activities if you want or if you just want to watch tv that is fine as well. The best part is that it is a small community so they can take care of the individuals. If needs change it is comforting knowing that they have skilled and memory care there as well. [name removed] at the front desk is an angel. She handles just about everything and is always happy to see guests and great the residents.

Everyone is so very caring. Each care taker knows every residents name. It’s immaculately clean. The dining room is lovely- tablecloths, background music, great service and the food is really wonderful. [name removed], the main chef, always comes out to see how everyone is doing and if they liked the food or have any suggestions. Mary the receptionist is exceptional. She’s always there to help out. There are activities for the residents almost every day. My mom went there for rehab and liked it so much, she decided she wanted to live there. I highly recommend Eden Vista in Prospect Heights.

Maple Ridge has been a big improvement. I spend less time worrying about [name removed] care. There is always room for improvement, but overall I'm pleased and I would recommend this community to other families

The care my mother got from the staff at the residence was outstanding. We were in a situation that we had to get mom into assisted living fast. The team went way above and beyond to accommodate us by getting the room ready including taking work home to get all the necessary paper work done. The room was very spacious compared to other places we toured. It was bright and we were encouraged to decorate to make mom feel at home and within a week of living there, she indeed did refer to it as home. All staff is so courteous and caring. [name removed] was very helpful in guiding us to next steps as mom's health slipped away. The care mom received made our family feel good about her last days and confident that we made the right choice with The Residence. Thank you to all the staff.

We sent our Grandma here after a fall, rehab was amazing, nursing was on top of it. Great follow up with appointments with the surgeon. The staff fought with the insurance company to provide more days with our grandma.

This facility offers a variety of care to fit resident’s needs. I like how the community is smaller so everyone knows each other. The building is clean and easy to navigate. The staff is excellent and they go above and beyond residents’ needs to ensure everyone feels at home.

My mom likes it. We picked it because of the location and it was close to my house.

I would definitely recommend maple ridge to others.

When we arrived we were located in a small unit. My wife required extra care so another bed was required. They moved us into a larger unit for NO additional charge! They acquired a bed for my wife which she used daily to allow circulation for her bottom to help a healing process. A night nurse was always available to provide assistance when needed. We are hoping to stay here till the end of life!

The memory care unit is a great place to have your loved one go if they’re qualified for memory care. Starting from the DON of the memory care is an amazing addition to the facility, She takes care of the residents like they are her own parents! It’s rare to find people now a days that still put their hearts into there jobs! The staff working direct patient care is amazing with the residents! They act with great respect towards the residents. Being an aide is far from easy! The kitchen staff is amazing too!! The residents throughout the week have a plethora of activities to do throughout the days! I highly recommend looking into this memory care for your loved ones!

This is by far one of the best places to have your loved ones. They take amazing care of the residents living here and the memory care director goes above and beyond for them. The amount of activities on a daily basis keeps your loved ones occupied all day.

The staff is very nice and the facility is very well kept. All the staff members have been good. The Health Aide company provided care 20 hours a week which I am working on having increased. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

We recently moved our mother into The Residence. I cannot say enough good things about how much we appreciate the staff, the beautiful/well kept grounds, the whole facility is so beautiful and clean. The staff made the process so easy, [names removed] are wonderful!! ALL of the staff we met were so welcoming and helpful, we know our mother is in good hands. Thank you for all that you do and for making a difficult decision and situation a less stressful one. Would recommend The Residence to anyone!

I would rate all of the above as 5's. I'm very happy with the care she is receiving. It is family orientated and the staff is wonderful with my mom. There are once a month family nights. They have a variety of activities for my mom and they also do activities off campus for the more mobile patients. Which my mom is.

I would say I had a very good experience with everyone that was involved and again I thank you all so much.Everyone was very kind.

We had a very good experience with Eden Vista Stow. [name removed] was great to work with and the staff went out of their way to make sure our mom stay was comfortable. It was a very clean environment and her laundry was done regularly. She enjoyed going to the dining hall for her meals, which was prepared by an excellent chef. I cannot say enough about the nurses and caregivers that provided excellent care. Her family is most grateful for them.

My dad was there. [name removed] took care of me and my dad. She went above the call of duty. She worked hard for my dad to get there. The whole staff the nurses and front desk the activity lady the food the room I could go on and on. My Dad had excellent care. I owe it all to [name removed]. I could have done it without her. I can't thank Shannon and everyone else. They treat us like family. That's how she took care of us like her own family. She took care of everything and I had no worries with dad here! The experience was everything they promised to make my dad and family happy.

Mission creek was wonderful. Not certain who it is now since director of nurses left. Met all our needs. Would give them 5+ stars.

My husband never complained about the food. I would recommend the facility to others.
