Eden Senior Care

I did a pop-up tour at Eden Vista Rock Run. Staff was very accommodating. [name removed] was very attentive to my needs. I even received a pumpkin holiday pie and a cute Eden Vista coffee cup with goodies made by the cook. I was very impressed.

I was concerned when my friend had to move into assisted living, but I visit often and he’s doing really well. He’s usually in an activity or enjoying his clean apartment. The staff always greet me and call me by name. When I was there last I invited him out for a meal, but he wanted to eat in the dining room room. I think he’s actually put on some weight! I would recommend this community.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They treated me and my dad like family. The place was always clean and neat. I would recommend them to everyone.

Staff was always pleasant. Mom's room was nice and well kept. While Mom was not much of a social person, the staff showed patience getting her to come to meals. She enjoy the food for the most part. And had made a few friends. She was there only about 4 months before she died but I would say she was in better spirits and seemed to be eating and moving better than when she was living alone.

Everyone's needs are different, but our family is thrilled with Eden Vista after my Grandmother moved in several months ago. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and caring, and they cultivate such a rich, active life for the residents with daily activities and community building. Seeing the photos of everything my Grandma is participating in, like therapy dog visits, group outings to get ice cream, etc really warmed my heart. The staff here genuinely care about the residents and we feel lucky to have her there. I am her grandson and can't speak to the finances etc, but only as someone who cares about their loved one and the life they are living at this stage, and having toured several facilities and worried about this stage of her life, Eden Vista has been such a relief.

The Staff is wonderful. They go above and beyond to help answer questions, give guidance and provide updates on Mom. Her Care is top notch! We visited many locations before touring Eden Vista. As we walked around, spoke to the Staff and met Volunteers, we knew right away. Eden Vista is perfect for Mom. It's a Lovely Community with SO many warm hearted people that care. Thank You for Everything!

my dad passed before we moved him in there. We had a great experience up until then. Very helpful and a lovely facility. Beyond that, I can't comment much. Yes I would recommend this community to other families

The staff is great. [names removed] and all the nursing staff are great. My mother is doing great there. Plenty of activities to keep her busy.

They are wonderful!! They had a spot available. They had what we were looking for. The staff and residents are very friendly, helpful, and nice.

After touring Willow Falls, there was no need to look at any additional places as this facility offered everything my mother-in-law would need. All of the staff that we encountered were joyful. My mother-in-law moved in two months ago and absolutely loves it there.

The facilities are clean and well kept. The staff is amazing and make sure all residents are well cared for. They have regular activities planned for the residents. Above all else, the nurses, aides and administrators are wonderful. I'm very happy with our decision to move my mom into Cardinal Court.

We are very happy with Willow Falls. They are taking good care of her. We love the atmosphere and the fact that her room looks like a little apartment with her furniture in there. We are there every other day and talk to the nurses with any questions

My mom was not happy with the food. The people who live there were very nice and tried hard to get my mom to do stuff, but she didn't want to be there. She passed away on [date removed].

I was searching for an assisted living facility for my Godfather when his health took a turn and he couldn't live alone anymore. Veronica sat with me and talked about my loved one's needs, both from a health and daily living standpoint as well as what he liked to do. She also went through options of care at Eden Vista Hoffman Estates as his health needs changed. I felt like I was in good hands and that Eden Vista was a company that valued trust, transparency, and integrity. [name removed]gave me an in-depth tour of all areas of the facility. I spoke to a few residents while sitting in the lobby and they loved living there. The personal and professional care given at Eden Vista Hoffman Estates is the the best!
