I really appreciated the last minute flexibility of the staff to be able to meet with me on such a tight turnaround. As we've continued in dialogue in trying to identify the ideal fit, they were accessible to answer any questions and was willing to accommodate a 2nd tour for additional family members. I also like the practical discussion of making sure the care provided meets both current and future needs.

Were able to find a place for my mother to be cared for graciously and with dignity. Yes I would recommend.

I found the people in charge to be very friendly, kind and accommodating. I am moving my family member there as a result.

We've had my mom on the assisted living side and she recently moved to memory care. We specifically chose Eden Vista bc they were able to offer both.Our experience with staff on the AL side has been phenomenal. They are friendly, engaging, and helpful. They clearly know and love the residents there. The room size is generous and it is very well-kept. They regularly encouraged my mom to participate in the activities. The rooms on the MC side are also quite large. The facility is beautiful and well-kept. There is a gorgeous courtyard that can be seen from my mom's room. We look forward to using the safe space to be outside. We are still getting to know the staff on the MC side. The staff to resident ratio, especially with their more complex needs, seems leaner than the AL side. It's entirely possible that this is related to staffing shortages as opposed to an allocation problem. They have been very responsive to any concerns that we have had. We visit quite often and have noticed the consistency of care regardless of when we visit.

My wife received hospice care here until she passed, and while I can’t speak to the food or activities, the level of cleanliness and care was outstanding—a definite 5 out of 5. I also toured the assisted living facility for myself in the future and was very impressed. It’s a beautiful, welcoming place with incredibly friendly staff and immaculate surroundings. While it’s not the cheapest option, in my opinion, it is absolutely worth it for the quality of care and environment. I would confidently recommend this facility.

Positive is how they reached out to us and assured us the smooth transition. Also, any request you asked once and it's done. A recent negative was a lack of follow through for an ACH payment set up that I did last month to pay rent on the apartment only to get a late bill because it wasn't set up. The best part about being at Eden Vista and that is never having to worry again about getting my brother to dialysis.

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly so we moved her to this facility where we know she will get better care than where she was.

Eden Vista is exactly the right size for mother-in-law. The facility is situated in a quiet neighborhood and is clean and cozy. It feels very homey and is the perfect size - not too small or too large. It has been the perfect choice.

They are a great facility very helpful and staff is great. I would recommend this facility to others.

Walking in the door, I was greeted by [name removed], who welcomed me with a kind and genuine smile. Her warmth immediately made me feel comfortable and set a positive tone for my visit. What made me particularly comfortable was that the building did not have any unpleasant odors, and the residents were not wandering around aimlessly with nothing to do. I observed the staff actively engaging the residents with activities. There was soft music playing, and all the residents seemed happy and involved in their day. The facility was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully organized, which immediately gave me confidence in the quality of care being provided. The nursing staff was compassionate, especially nurses [names removed], who demonstrated genuine patience and care with the residents. I also had the pleasure of meeting the Executive Director, [name removed], who was very nice, welcoming and very professional.

The place was well run. I like the dining area, very spacious, give a resort vibe. The studio which is what I was looking was well laid out. The bathroom was nicely spaced. There were plenty of common areas for different interests. The hallaays were wide.There was ample parking. The staff was very friendly.

The staff at Eden Vista are very kind. There are activities scheduled throughout the day to keep the residents busy, such as live entertainers, crafts and bingo. Family members are welcomed to sit in on the activities and can also play bingo with their loved ones. Residents are provided 3 meals a day and often have snacks. My Mom’s medication is managed by the nursing staff which takes the stress off of our family members keeping track of it. Overall, our Mom and family is very happy with the facilities and staff!

I did a pop-up tour at Eden Vista Rock Run. Staff was very accommodating. [name removed] was very attentive to my needs. I even received a pumpkin holiday pie and a cute Eden Vista coffee cup with goodies made by the cook. I was very impressed.

I was concerned when my friend had to move into assisted living, but I visit often and he’s doing really well. He’s usually in an activity or enjoying his clean apartment. The staff always greet me and call me by name. When I was there last I invited him out for a meal, but he wanted to eat in the dining room room. I think he’s actually put on some weight! I would recommend this community.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They treated me and my dad like family. The place was always clean and neat. I would recommend them to everyone.

Staff was always pleasant. Mom's room was nice and well kept. While Mom was not much of a social person, the staff showed patience getting her to come to meals. She enjoy the food for the most part. And had made a few friends. She was there only about 4 months before she died but I would say she was in better spirits and seemed to be eating and moving better than when she was living alone.

Everyone's needs are different, but our family is thrilled with Eden Vista after my Grandmother moved in several months ago. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and caring, and they cultivate such a rich, active life for the residents with daily activities and community building. Seeing the photos of everything my Grandma is participating in, like therapy dog visits, group outings to get ice cream, etc really warmed my heart. The staff here genuinely care about the residents and we feel lucky to have her there. I am her grandson and can't speak to the finances etc, but only as someone who cares about their loved one and the life they are living at this stage, and having toured several facilities and worried about this stage of her life, Eden Vista has been such a relief.

The Staff is wonderful. They go above and beyond to help answer questions, give guidance and provide updates on Mom. Her Care is top notch! We visited many locations before touring Eden Vista. As we walked around, spoke to the Staff and met Volunteers, we knew right away. Eden Vista is perfect for Mom. It's a Lovely Community with SO many warm hearted people that care.
