So far, no complaints. Everyone from staff to residents are so friendly and helpful!! The place is well kept and so much for residents to do. Very accommodating!!

The management at Wellington Village is exceptional! Our current Community Manager [name removed] very detailed oriented and leaves nothing undone. Besides taking care of any issues that can arise, big or small, he keeps our Community fun to live here! I have enjoyed living at Wellington nearly four years and it gets better every year. there is an probably an opening being renovated currently just waiting for you.. I liked the amount of space in the apartment and it was close to my sister. And was impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the furnishings in the com spaces. I enjoy the activities and everyone is friendly and have made new friends.

The Wellington Village is close to lots of shopping, pretty grounds, attractive building, large community room, secured building, library, pretty quiet. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families.

Wellington Village gets all 5 stars! I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. My parents were in terrible situation trying to get here from Florida and [name removed] and her group made it all happen.

Everything is what I was hoping to find when I got here. They have washer and dryers available, they have an elevator so you don't have to use stairs. There was a little glitch with animals, I was told that animals were allowed but when I moved in there were some residents that were very against animals. Dogs are allowed everywhere in the facility except for the community room. There are a lot of people moving in with pets now so that has been great. I would recommend to others looking.

What drew our family to the Wellington was the location, it is only a few miles away from the rest of the family. On the financial side of it, it is one of the least expensive retirement village in the area. Our loved ones apartment is very spacious, it is actually bigger then the home they lived in for 30+ years. They absolutely love it, they are thrilled and happy to be there. The activities are still delayed due to the covid restrictions, however they are starting to bring some back like bingo.

we have only lived at englewood vista for eight months. we find that most everyone is very friendly and recently my husband and i both were down he is disabled and i was in the hospital twice within a 1 month period of time everyone there was more than happy to pitch in a help us. I personally have never lived anywhere else that i have been as happy as i am at Englewood Vista in Gladstone

My aunt is doing very well here at these senior apartments. She is happy with all they have done for her. The grounds are very well-kept, everything looks very nice and clean. The office staff is very responsive to her concerns. They are very considerate of her and her needs. Everything is working out well and I would recommend these apartments.

Everything is going good. We don't have any issues at all. The staff is friendly and it's nice and clean. She has settled in and likes it. It's a nice place and she is happy there.

From the first time we stopped in for a tour, got through the application process and got my Dad moved in...everyone from the staff to the residents was extremely helpful, kind and supportive. My Dad loves the facility and the independence it gives him. He has just the right amount of socialization for him. And his apartment was perfect on move in day...just like new. I recommend this facility highly.

Has Beauty shop; alot of activities; free transportation to doctors within area; free transportation to grocery store; nice clean friendly facility. Also Clay Co. pays all but $15 for Life Alert system. If interested will need SS benefit letter of current year; Fitness Ctr; Has laundry connections for electric in each apt.

So far she seems to be doing very well there. It was very clean, the apartment was ready for her and neat. I haven't heard any complaints since she moved in. She is all moved in and settled. I would rate them pretty highly so far.

The facility is wonderful and clean. Community room with a kitchen, gym, laundry room. The grounds are nice too. Maintenance is great and responsive when needed. Only needed one time.

I would recommend to others. It was friendly, clean and a good value. The tour was thorough and informative. We picked this community, for our loved one because of the affordability and value.

My mother and I toured this facility. It was nice but my mom is just not interested.

I really like the apartment my grandmother has moved in at this community. It has a lovely kitchen that is the perfect size for her and lots of room so she was able to bring all of her belongings with her comfortably. They have a great activity center where all of the residents go often to enjoy different games including her favorite bingo. Overall things are going well and we are pleased.

They do not offer any care services at this facility. It's more of a low income housing facility for seniors. Being what it is there I think they could offer a few more activities.

I think that overall the Englewood Vista is a really good place for my loved one to be at. The only complaint I have is all the paperwork she had to go through, it was a little overwhelming. Other than that though, I think they do good job.
