When my daughter and I first toured the Gardens we were very impressed with the friendly people. Now I’ve lived here a while. The staff, each one, is very caring and goes beyond to do the things for us to make it a very pleasant place to live. And the people look at out for each other and we have lots of time together. Yet we have our private lives.

I have lived at the Gardens 4 years and I love it here. They are so helpful here and they take us on the bus to Walmart and grocery stores and on outings. It is nice and clean here and have a good breakfast here. The people are nice and friendly to

I moved my dad into the Gardens, and it was the best decision I had ever made for him. The Gardens provided friendly staff from the day we toured. Upon first experience it was clean, the residents greeted us at the door as if we were family, and it was a very home like environment. On the tour of the community I realized my dad would have everything he would need living here, he would have transportation to doctors, and grocery shopping. Meals from area restaurants delivered delicious lunch and dinners from a menu of his choice. They provided daily activities within the community and out in the public. His apartment had a full kitchen he could cook in and he loved having a washer and dryer in his unit. There was a salon on site for his hair cuts, and a library to work a puzzle, get on the internet or check out a book. There was a fitness room too, but most of all his favorite was the Theater Room, where he could watch his favorite Royals or Chiefs games! I would highly recommend The Gardens at Jackson Creek to everyone!

I took care of a gentleman that lived here for almost 4 years. It really is a lovely place. There are lots of activities, but my favorite part is the transportation. He stopped driving about a year ago. They have a shuttle that would take him to doctor appointments and the grocery store a few times per week if he needed it. This helped me out a lot if I happened to be working and could not get there. There were lots of other men living there which was nice, they even had a monthly men's dinner out at different restaurants! The washer and dryers come in their apartments, so again that was very helpful for me to assist him with laundry. The last thing I will mention is I really appreciate the options they have. You are not forced to pay for anything you don't need. He lives on a monthly budget. He wasn't forced to pay for any meals unless he chose to order them. You can pay for housekeeping if you want it, but don't have to. Some places include those things whether you use them or not. The Gardens lets you decide what you need that fits your lifestyle and budget. The staff were also very knowledgeable and genuinely cared. We had a wonderful experience there. He had to move to another state, but otherwise he would still be there! I highly recommend it!

I have lived in this facility for 8 months. I am 71 years old. I moved here from my duplex because I wanted to be around other people. The apartments are spacious and easy to navigated as I am in a wheelchair. They provide washer and dryers in every apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. This facility has fulfilled every need I have had and some I didn't know I had. There are so many activities available to the residents. We have the availability of a driver to take us to doctor appointments. We go on outings every Wednesday. The Gardens provides transportation to Walmart, Price Chopper, HyVee and Aldi's every week. The staff is experienced, friendly and most of all compassionate. They truly understand the needs of people over the age of 55. I strongly recommend this facility to anyone wanting to stay young as they are getting older. I could not be happier.

I do not normally give 5-star ratings all across the board, but this community is just tremendous. I am thrilled with every aspect with this place. I can’t think of anything bad and those people there are my heroes with taking care of my parents. When my wife and I first visited the community, it was recommended through [Removed] (sales person), and we were greeted by [Removed] (main manager). She gave us the physical tour and I said all the community tours that I already been on were nice but none were beating this one. They had left a great first impression with me and even the tenants that were already there were telling us how good the place was. They actually told us in private and they would have told us if they had anything bad to say about it. This community is very clean and updated. The tenants are responsible for taking out their own trash; they have sections on every floor where they can dispose it. If you choose to, there is a service where someone will come by and take the trash while doing two to three small jobs (ex. Put away dishes, do laundry, etc.). They offer activities that are available every day. They send out calendars prior to each month letting families and tenants know what is happening. Also, there is a transportation service where they can take residents to Walmart, Ralphs, or other shopping areas or doctor’s appointments if need be. Everything that they would like to go would be in a eight to ten miles away. The food seems great too. They offer continental breakfast in the morning and they do not necessarily offer dinner. They have catered dinner; there are restaurants nearby and that get food from. They organize different restaurants on each day and when it’s brought in, it is like a boxed lunch type thing and they can eat it at the dining area or take it up to their room. The tenant’s rooms also have their own personal kitchen. All in all I would definitely recommend this community.

This is a outstanding community. The staff members are always caring and attentive. We like knowing seeing the community is clean and well maintained. The meals are a good healthy variety that she is happy with. We like knowing that she likes the activities. We have recommend this community for the great care and value that is received.

After evaluating the community during the tour I found I had to turndown this place. The obstacle for me was the location and eating arrangements. I appreciate the time for the tour and saw that it was a nice community. The staff were very friendly and generous to me.

My mom moved in recently and is really enjoying her new home. The staff is very caring and very friendly. She is happy with the meals that are offered. This community does offer alot of great activites that are very helpful for her. I would recommend this community to other families.

My mom liked this community when touring. It was nice and clean all through the facility. It seemed to have good interaction with the residents. My tour guide was focused and informative about the community. They were good.

The Gardens at Jackson Creek is a nice community and I enjoy living here. I have eaten at the continental breakfast they offer and the food is good. They offer a variety of activities such as movies, church and miniature golf. There is a walkway outside to enjoy. They offer transportation within a 15 mile radius. I would recommend this community.

My aunt is doing very well here at these senior apartments. She is happy with all they have done for her. The grounds are very well-kept, everything looks very nice and clean. The office staff is very responsive to her concerns. They are very considerate of her and her needs. Everything is working out well and I would recommend these apartments.

This is a very nice place. I would be happy taking my mom there. The lady who showed me around Amy was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately we cannot afford it.

The place is wonderful. My father has been there a couple of months and the staff is wonderful. They have a Home Health Agency inside the facility which provides services from 7am to 10pm. They always call or text us when they have any mishaps with my father. It is good to have this company onsite with the facility.

I like everything about The Garden at Jackson Creek. Their meals are good and just everything is. I have no complaints. The facility is clean and the staff here is very friendly. I am pleased.
