Beautiful facility, court yards are gorgeous and staff go above and beyond. Every resident I encountered was happy, healthy, clean and engaged I will be choosing Hampton Manor for my grandma and grandpa

I had to place a friend in Assisted Living.Hampton Manor has only 77 residents so small enough to help indivuals when needed.Staff is caring and have been so very helpful.They keep me informed and care.they have activities to keep residents busy and engaged.

Hampton Manor of Woodhaven is working well. The staff are very professional and courteous. It's very nice to see my mom being treated very well. I would definitely recommend Hampton Manor to others!

Toured a few local facilities and was disappointed. Then I found Hampton Manor and fell in love. My grandmother since living at this facility has not had one complaint. She LOVES the food and all of the care workers. So happy I found her this place Thank You Hampton Manor

Every staff member was very helpful at all times. There was never a time when they did not get back to me about a problem. My husband was not an easy person to deal with in the last month. They went above and beyond to help me with his care. The cleaning staff was always busy cleaning something or somewhere. My husband was kept clean, even when he didn't want to cooperate. The management was always kind and helpful to me and my family at all times. They made this painful experience very much easier to deal with through every stage.

Staff: Since the facility is still building clientele, staff is limited. Admin is available and friendly. My dad is in the Memory Care unit and they could use a few more workers. Some teams are great and dad is well cared for, others not as good and dad is not cleaned up or groomed well. Maintenance: you would think for a brand new facility that everything would be great, but its obvious it was not built with the best plans or materials.: Bathroom toilet roles immediately broke off the wall. There are no ADA ramps by the entrance to the building. Cleaning: They have struggled to keep a regular cleaning staff in place. Mostly good, but sometimes the rooms aren't very clean. I would recommend the facility. For all its start up issues, it's a friendly, caring place for dad. He has daily interaction with others from his unit. He's not left to watching TV in his room alone. The price is high, but comparable to similar facilities in the area. All in all, its a great place for Dad.

This was a lovely community; however, it was out of reach financially for us.

What I like about Hampton Manor of Hamburg is it's new and clean. The rooms are big bigger than some of the other places we looked at. You get a sizable room for the money compared to the prices and sizes of other places in Ann Arbor with way smaller rooms. Mom really likes the food, and they do try to get mom out to activities, although she's not as social as some of the other residents. They do a lot of activities and field trips and post on Facebook. They have a movie room and a library. The one thing I don't like is get rid of the library (no one uses it) and put a work out room to promote exercise (nu step bikes) but maybe it's a liability?? They have memory care I believe the rooms will be more hospital style one room. They have family get together dinners during holidays.

Hamptom Manor of Hamburg was our favorite out of the places we toured. It was a very pleasant and nice place. But my loved one couldn't go there because they wouldn't use VA prescriptions - you had to use their pharmacy. Otherwise, it was our first choice. I liked everything about it.

Please do not hesitate in visiting Hampton Manor. It's a wonderful place for your loved ones where they will be well cared for, appreciated, and accepted. They support the needs of family members as well, and they have been absolutely amazing. Everything is kept immaculate. The staff has smiles on their faces and are so friendly when you walk in. Everybody remembers my mom's name. They go above and beyond to make it a family home environment and make sure everyone is included, including family. Family is welcome at any time and encouraged to come for activities and events.

I've referred a couple people to Hampton Manor already. They are just wonderful, they're the most caring people I've ever experienced. In a very difficult situation, they took amazing care of my mom. My mom was happy there and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This was a nice community. It felt a little more upscale than we need for our loved one.

I thought Hampton Manor of Hamburg was very nice. It was brand new - less than two years old. The only reason we didn't go with them was we preferred a different location.

This is a good community for your loved one. I have no problems other than food. In my opinion the food is not that great but other than that everything else is good.

Pretty facility. Mom can get outside in courtyards. Staff watch everything from how well entertainers are received, to how much the resident eats. Watched resident be seated and noticed she had water, no ice. Aide fixed it without asking. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families. Every employer has a chance of hiring someone lazy, ill-tempered, etc. This team goes above and beyond. Talk to residents directly, knows their preferences, so nice

The staff is very friendly and personal. All of the residents have alert buttons when ever they need help or just want someone to talk to. They have a full time house keeper that, from what I see, is very proficient. Communication is wide open and very involved with residents and families. The move in was so easy, and they worked with us on furniture. My mom can be very picky about her meals, and what I've experienced, the Chefs ask her what she's in the mood for and they make it for her. I would highly recommend this place for any of my friends and family. Plus, they have an indoor theater, spa room, salon and library.

What a Beautiful community!! The music, the smiles, and love that you feel here is one of a kind!! I have been around the community at Hampton Manor and they are still new and developing. They are all hard at work.The management team and clinical team truly care about providing the best for their residents. It is one of the best places around the area and I highly recommend sending your loved one to their Assisted Living Facility.

I would tell others that you should check it out. The community is raising the care level on my loved one, with little communication, and this is disappointing. They have lots of activities for the residents. The activities director is amazing. I'm really impressed with all the things they have the residents doing.
