Good Place, nice people, good location, homey environment Would be #1 if dogs were allowed in memory care

The facility is beautifully maintained, and they offer a lot of activities. My mom is in memory care, and the staff are very caring and patient with her. They get to know each person and try to do what it takes to make them comfortable

What has made this such a positive experience has been Mom's increased activity levels, her overall affect levels are up, her outlook on life is favorable, she had friends, she laughs more, and she speaks well of her "home." They could improve on the food by adding more flavor and healthier choices.

They were very helpful getting him moved in quickly and he seems happy there. Staff was wonderful and it is VERY clean and they really go out of their way to make it feel like home.

We were impressed and chose Trinity. They were very helpful and are continuing to help. Good reviews and later learned a friend used them and felt the same way.

Found lovely place. first impression, was cheerful setting, clean busy very comfortable look. I like the shelf at each apartment door for the opportunity for each resident to add a personal touch as well as adding to the general decor.

The monthly calendar of events that my dad received helped us encourage him about getting involved. The meals taken in the dining room with other residents. Plus, since my dad has recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, the staff keeping us updated on some of his "comings and goings" and how he is adjusting has been such a relief.

Both my parents are here and I am very happy with the facility. The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond to make my parents feel at home and safe.

I like the facility services, can't really speak to community services. I would recommend Creekside Memory Care to others.

I was very pleased with the facility and staff. There is every amenity you can think of on the grounds. Great to see separate sections depending on the level of care needed.

It's visibly clean, the executive director is hands-on, food is top notch with a good menu, they have three activity coordinators

You could not have done any better when you had[Name Removed] do our tour!! She is extraordinary at her job! From the tour, to the explanations of included & extra amenities, to the residents ([Names removed]…best lunch companions ????) she placed us with for the fabulous lunch…what a wonderful experience today.

[Name Removed] was very polite and informative the entire time. She took her time explaining everything and was brutally honest when necessary depending on questions I asked. Everyone I encountered both residents and staff seemed pleasant and friendly.

From the moment we walked in to tour the facility for my mom my husband, and I were greeted with friendliness by both the staff and the residence. The facility is clean, organized, and full of a variety of activities! My mom was a little apprehensive about moving into assisted living from independent living. But she raves about it every time I talk to her. She says this is the best decision and the best place! I feel like there is a good mix of men and women. My mom enjoys daily exercise, and any bingo opportunity she gets! Our reason for moving her into assisted living was because taking care of herself physically was getting to be too much. She's a very social person and the isolation that this created affected her mental quality of life as well. Sunflower Springs of Indian Land has provided her the quality of life that she's been missing and longing for, for some time. I feel like I've got my mom back!

I was surprised how nice of a facility it was, the people were all happy and the staff were pleasant, [Name Removed] was the one how did our tour and she has been great to work with she has been a big help with us getting everything going to get my Mom registered into the facility.

5 on all.....I love that my mother is there. You couldn't ask for better people to take care of my mother. They treat her like family with such utmost respect and care. I couldn't ask for more.

The staff and the facilities were great! I am (was) looking for a place for my mother and this was the 2nd that we looked into. Arriving at Seagrass it is a very nice place from the outside. You are greeted immediately coming into the building by a friendly worker at the reception desk. The tour of inside and outside living facilities was great. My mother loved it and the pricing was much better than we were expecting. We still toure d two other places that day but she already made her mind up this was the place. Beautiful facilities, friendly staff, affordable pricing...excellent find for a place for my mom.

New condition, price, location, activities. I would recommend to others.

I would give the facility a 5+ on each. Activities, cleanliness, again the friendliness of the staff. If you aren't in the dining hall for either breakfast, lunch or dinner they check on you to make sure you are doing OK.

So far, how they take care of my mom. I was scared that because it was so much less money that the attention to her (keeping her clean, clothes changed and matching, room straighten) would be less. Again, so far it has been better than the very expensive place I moved her from. The place seems clean and the care givers seem to really seem to do what they are hired to do. I've already reached out to some people that were not content at the other facility to keep them in the loop on how it goes here. I've had bronchitis and my husband had to have emergency surgery just since I moved my mom and I've had no calls with any issues. The director is very responsive when I've reached out to check on mom.
