I would give the facility a 5+ on each. Activities, cleanliness, again the friendliness of the staff. If you aren't in the dining hall for either breakfast, lunch or dinner they check on you to make sure you are doing OK.

So far, how they take care of my mom. I was scared that because it was so much less money that the attention to her (keeping her clean, clothes changed and matching, room straighten) would be less. Again, so far it has been better than the very expensive place I moved her from. The place seems clean and the care givers seem to really seem to do what they are hired to do. I've already reached out to some people that were not content at the other facility to keep them in the loop on how it goes here. I've had bronchitis and my husband had to have emergency surgery just since I moved my mom and I've had no calls with any issues. The director is very responsive when I've reached out to check on mom.

The big thing for me was how residents came up to me to tell me what s great place it was and the senior helpers were very kind and helpful.

The team is wonderful to work with—very communicative and genuinely caring. It’s clear they truly care about their residents and families.

I recently toured the facility and found it to be very clean, staff were very attentive. The residents appeared to be well cared for and happy. Activities were happening as I was touring. The residents were eating lunch upon my arrival and the food looked very appealing.

Staff was friendly and informative. Facility was nicely decorated and inviting. Offers several areas for residents to enjoy outside of their rooms.

Very friendly staff and residents, clean, mom is enjoying the food. Can't say enough good things about Gaither Suites at West Park!

The staff is attentive, food is good, medicine distribution is consistent, room cleaning and bathing are consistent.

Excellent tour. All questions answered. Very nice apartments that have full kitchens a laundry inside. Building is well kept.

Friendly people and have lots of activities for residents. Yes we would recommend Fields of Florence community to other families based on the experience.

Really enjoyed touring this facility and look forward to having my mom tour it. I enjoyed how new it is and the brightness.

Everyone was friendly and the management team was awesome with answering question very clean place. Room are nice food was good. The other residents are very friendly to.

We met [name removed]. She took us to assisted living and memory care. Showed us a few rooms. The cafeteria, the recreation room, chapel, salon, the outside path and entertainment area. Fields of Florence was very clean and nice. We were both very impressed. We aren’t ready for my wife to leave our house yet. I’m just visiting places and getting ideas and prices. But this is definitely towards the top of the list when we are ready. Thanks

It is a lockdown facility with that being said any locked door if you hold it long enough will open, but they're very attentive to make sure residents don't escape. The director is an LPN, but there is no LPN on staff other than the director. Since personnel come and go, any family member will need to keep up with their family's medication's to make sure they get what they're supposed to and that the proper medication is being updated to the med aids. I also found this to be true with any other facility as well.

All amazing. I couldn't contact my uncle by phone recently so I called [name removed]The person answering the phone knew him and told me the last time she had seen him. She went up to his apartment to check on him and make sure he was ok. (And he was!) We received detailed information on how [name removed]was preparing for and handling the recent ice storm we had. Management stayed overnight during the storm to make sure everything went smoothly incase they lost power.

Both her and I love Seagrass Village. The staff is very friendly and caring to the residents. They have plenty of activities and events for the residents to interact with each other and the staff

Very much what we’re looking for. Good selection of Garden apartments and Patio homes, all well kept and attractive. We were impressed with the staff, amenities and the location; convenient to everything. Our favorite in our search so far.

We had to move our MIL to memory care with hospice care. Prior to that the assisted living staff dis a great job in checking on her, referring her to the ER as needed, and communicated regularly. Even better now.

Just a great place to be. I’ll be moving my mom and dad there by the end of January I had such a great tour. The team seems very nice and friendly. their Memory Care universe was very beautiful. The staff very nice the uniforms were playing and put together. I cannot wait to be a part of this great community

Westhill is a very polite and clean place. I have never been in a facility like this before the staff are so welcome. The residents are so polite. The food is so delicious. A great Place to work and stay
