We are so grateful for how warmly they welcomed Mimi and made her feel as though she had been there for years. They did such a wonderful job helping her settle in and making the transition comfortable. The staff is always so friendly, caring, and helpful whenever we visit. Her room is consistently clean and well cared for, which gives us great peace of mind. We truly appreciate everything they do to make Mimi feel at home.

Our overall experience with Trevi has been excellent. The staff are very friendly, and have gone above and beyond (at times) to communicate with us about my dad's situation (has had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's). At my last visit (May), I would say that the lunch portions seemed significantly reduced from our first visit (February). But, the service seemed faster, which was a plus. We have been thoroughly pleased with the services at Trevi for the low price and we would recommend the community to others!

Sunflower Springs was an exceptional facility in comparison to the other 2 facilities we had my mother at over the past 10 years. She was met with a caring staff that constantly went above and beyond.

I was very impressed with this facility. The facility is very well maintained and is spacious. The activities are available to all residents and the outdoor spaces are beautiful. I would highly recommend Sunflower Springs.

Activities, food, staff and cleanliness all top notch. Many compliments of family that visited. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

[name removed] was lovely. She gave a great tour and spent a lot of time answering all our questions. Loved how many activities they offer.

We had her in memory care, and her condition is not as progressed as the other residents. She hated it. I spoke to the staff, and we got her moved to the other side of the property to assisted living. She is much happier. The food is great most of the time. It’s nutritious and high quality; Mom just has the palate of a child, so she doesn’t enjoy anything ethnic. The staff has been helpful to me and seems to take good care of Mom.

There are many different size apartments with different costs. One of the best perks is the washer and dryer in each apartment and the building is only 3 years old

After extensive looking, I decided to rent at the Point. The staff was friendly, informative and helpful. I ate there twice and am convinced that my special dietary needs will be met. The food seemed nutricious and was tasty. The rooms have plenty of electrical outlets and are well laid out. I call it independent living with meals and there are also relationships with outside nursing and medical services. I rate it highly, especially considering other facilities.

I can't say enough about the Memory Care at Arbor Landing! Staff was terrific, treated the residents as well as their family members with love, respect and laughter! The facility was clean, food quite tasty most days, activities were wonderful, got folks interacting with each other. Was great how the staff had residents outside weather permitting! Administrating staff very understanding working with families! Highly recommended!

An exceptionally friendly staff and appears to truly care. The place is kept super clean and smells fresh. The architecture of the place and multiple windows and lighting provide a bright atmosphere. It's like a beachy feeling. The courtyard is spot on for a tranquil place to sit outside. My mom loves it there.

Westhill Newnan Crossing is a bright spot when transitioning a loved one to Assisted Living. They make each resident feel special which helps the resident adjust to their new environment. The individual care plans & communication with the family keep everyone on the same page. The facility & staff are top notch. It eases my mind knowing my mom is gettting the care & assistance she needs.

I will tell you that every time I talk to my mom or I see my mom, she is so happy and so thankful and grateful for being at sunflower Springs of Indian land. She has made great friendships with the residents and the staff. She feels needed and wanted and loved by both residents and staff. She enjoys the activities provided by the facility and has initiated a few on her own. She says the food is very good. I don't go there very often, but when I am I am treated very nicely as well. It's a beautiful facility that is near many restaurants, doctor's offices, churches and stores for the residents to enjoy. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families!

The staff at Anthem Lakes are extremely nice and caring. I chose this place due to the size of the 2-bedroom/2 bath apartment. Most other places near me did not provide two bathrooms or even 2 bedrooms. The food in my opinion is very good. The soups especially. I would like to see more security/staff in the evenings as it is assisted living not independent. But this may be the standard everywhere. Was a bit shocked at the Community fee, much higher than others around that had pools, common areas, etc. But concessions were made. It is not as modern as others but is extremely clean and well kept. I very confident my parents are well looked after.

All items mentioned would rate a 5. It is a great place and after she acclimated, she loves it.

5 on all. They have been fantastic! My husband is there once a week so he has a pulse on things. My mother-in-law is very happy there! The place has been recently refreshed and is well cared for. I tried the food myself and thought it was good. Lots of activities and a wide variety. My mother-in-law has a single studio and it's the perfect size. It has a small kitchenette with a sink and fridge, a walk-in closet, large bathroom with a walk in shower that has a seat, and a small balcony. Staff are all friendly and very helpful. Residents are amazing. Everyone was very gracious when my mother-in-law arrived. She tried to keep to herself at the beginning because it's such a big adjustment but people would knock on her door and were constantly encouraging her to get involved. We feel very fortunate that this place was available at the right time.

Apartment size was great. The staff, both administrative and caregivers were helpful and willing to answer any questions. The place was always clean. I wish there were more activities. Quite often the caregivers had everyone sitting in front of the television

The rooms were very good size. In the living space in the main area was always clean bright and airy. The staff was amazing and very caring. There were always interesting activities for my father to engage in and people to help him if he got confused. He loved watching football, so they rearranged the seating area around one of the larger TVs to accommodate his wheelchair and let him sit in a La-Z-Boy style chair instead of on the couch. It was very sweet of them.

My mom just moved in but so far we are very happy! The apt is huge! Overall areas are spotless, food is restaurant quality with friendly waitstaff. Management goes out of their way to help. Residents are also organized with volunteers to help new people feel welcome. They want people to participate in the huge number of activities and events that are happening.

I give the Heron 5 stars. It's a beautiful facility, the staff is so friendly and helpful. It's spotless and [name removed] says the food is good. Her room size is good and the bathroom is placed so she has some privacy. I would recommend it to anyone.
