The staff is wonderful, helpful and supportive. There are many activities, games, holiday celebrations especially in the Assisted Living areas. The activities in the Memory Care areas are somewhat limited possibly due to the reduced abilities of the residents. Some of the resident rooms are small yet there are 1 and 2 bedroom units available. The lobbies and public spaces are beautifully furnished and wonderfully decorated for each holiday throughout the year. The facility is quite home like and comfortable. The only concern is the food served in the dining room. It is difficult to prepare tasty and or flavorful meals for so many residents with specific food requirements and restrictions. Each resident does have their own kitchenette in the room consisting of a refrigerator, microwave, sink and storage. If a resident prefers to prepare food. There is no stove nor oven in rooms. As mentioned before, Creekside is a great place to live and the staff is always so helpful.

They were always ready with a smile and willing to answer any questions or concerns.

My mom is so much happier and healthier. She eats better since the meals are healthy, tasty and included. She has an active social life now. She exercises more (but still against her will). She doesn't sleep all day (which she was doing at her house). She hasn't been sick even once in 3 months, and she was sick every other week at her house. She says she wishes she had moved there years ago.

It is the Boutique of Assisted Living and Memory Care. The people are great! I would recommend.

The home like feeling was the main reason we chose Pioneer Living. My mom was really happy after the visit and felt like it was the best fit. It's a great facility. Staff is attentive and they keep the residents engaged.

I was impressed by the very clean and well appointed facility. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The schedule of activities and programs seemed appropriate and robust for those living in a senior living community. The apartments I viewed were very nice and welcoming spaces. There are many and varied common areas in the facility for residents to use which is a plus. The dining area I saw was very pleasant and appealing. From what I saw and heard at Pioneer, it would be an excellent choice for anyone who has made the decision to move to a senior living community.

Very pleased with facility. It's homey and friendly appearing not at all institutional. Staff members are kind and well trained with elderly care. Everything is clean and smells clean. Food appears to be of good quality. It is served by very nice people. The residents sit together and eat and socialize. Staff members get to know the residents and I see an outpouring of kindness. Activity director keeps people occupied with games and crafts. I feel blessed to have found Creekside. I have great confidence in the care my Mom receives. There's a warm loving aura in the building and throughout the facility. I think most people would be grateful for the services offered at Creekside. I know it's been a Godsend for us.

I realize it takes time for a new resident to become comfortable and feel safe. I would absolutely recommend Creekside on Whipps Mill Road to help others looking!

Like several of the places, it was very welcoming with lots of amenities, but unique to pioneer the villas separate from the main building that feel more like a home to an independent senior

Indigo, on the other hand, is totally different than the previous facility we were at. They have gone out of their way to insure that [name removed] is happy and all his needs are met. They are very professional but also very friendly. Each staff members is very attentive to the needs of the patient. The director is absolutely fabulous. On his own, he went out of his way to supply an unusual beverage that they had never had there before just to keep [name removed] happy. You can't ask for more than that. On top of that , their hallways are carpeted which makes the halls very quiet and the lay out of the rooms are such that when the door is open you only see and hallway and a little kitchenette so the private living room/bedroom is more or less hidden. I would rate this facility A+.

All the people at Indigo are great and have been very helpful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have two very nice dining room. Food is good. They trying to do a balance meal. Everyone is enjoy Bingo. Over all I feel I made the right choice.

Actually visit the facility in person look at the size and quality of the rooms. Pay particular attention to how staff interacts with the residents. Working in a memory unit can be challenging and it's easy for staff to lose patience with residents. I've been pleased with 95% of the staff and give them credit to remain positive and friendly.

We were looking for an assisted living community for my mother. We liked the community at Westhill but ultimately decided to go elsewhere due to location and earlier availability. We referred to Westhill by A place for Mom and would like to thank them for the referral.

Compared to other facilities, my mother has been in up to this point I give everything a five except for the food and the outside sitting area that is available to them. It's very loud out there next to the AC equipment and there's only two chairs.

1-7 are 5.. 8 would be a 4 (respite care price). What we like the most about the community is the friendliness of the staff with the residents.. high activity level with residents and making them feel special.

I would give them a 5 across the board. [name removed], the administrator, went above and beyond to facilitate the admission.

5 on all except not sure about last. It's more expensive for a reason! The independent residents interact and help assisted living residents. Friendly faces treat all as family. Call each other by name in passing.

My uncle plans to move into Westhill Assisted Living by the end of the month. I toured numerous facilities in the area but ultimately chose Westhill due to the friendliness of both residents and staff, the cleanliness of the community, and the clear, consistent communication from the team. Special thanks to [name removed] for setting up the tours, answering our many questions, and making the process smooth from the start. It feels like a great fit for my active uncle, who’s looking forward to the prepared meals, social outings, and the pool once the weather warms up. Overall, Westhill stood out as a welcoming and well-managed community.

Great place for my 91 year old mother. She has the right amount of assistance she needs while still encouraging her independence. Everyone is great from the initial meet and greet, the staff, med techs, the meals (special shout out), activities and just over all care and concern for residents
