This place is warm and inviting. It had all the amenities for a wonderful life. It also has all of the medical and OT/PT support in one place.

The facility was nice. The tour seemed to cover everything and the staff was friendly. Location convenient to shopping areas.

My father has been at Sunflower Springs Lake Wylie since they opened a little over a year ago. Its a new clean facility with good lighting and bright colors. I think this along with numerous scheduled activities makes a big difference in keeping the residents spirits high. I always see the management team jumping in and helping out with all facets of the daily work load. This is my Dads third facility in 4 years and by far the best. [Name Removed[ (Executive Director) and [Name Removed] (Director of Sales) despite the titles are available and make every effort to speak to me on almost every visit. My Dad as a retired military lifer has a unique personality but the team here has not only managed to work well with him but always say how much they enjoy him being there. I would recommend Sunflower Springs Lake Wylie for a clean comfortable location with caring management and staff!

I truly feel like the facility is a hidden gym that not many people know about. The staff go above and beyond constantly to make sure the patient's are well taken care of.

I had the opportunity to visit this community and was truly impressed. It is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and made the environment feel warm and inviting. I especially loved seeing all the amenities and the activities the residents were enjoying—it was great to see everyone so engaged and happy. You can really tell the residents are well cared for and enjoying their time here. Highly recommend checking it out!

[name removed]our guide was wonderful. She introduced us to some of the residents along the way and is a very happy and positive person. We enjoyed meeting some of the residents who made us feel right at home. The only question that gave us negative vibes was, How is the food? We are very food conscious. Currently there are many foods that are not good and healthy for anyone to eat. We would imagine that the right food would be on everyone’s diet! Cereal for breakfast isn’t a healthy start for the day. Would it be possible for us to try a meal in the dining room? The location is perfect for us, close to our friends.

This was definitely a possibility. Very nice environment. Liked that RNs were at the nursing stations.

Friendly, exceptionally clean and modern design. Beautiful outdoor space. Safe and secure with amenities that more than meet the needs of their residence.

Everything from the staff, food, house and money was all top notch. Price for what you get is amazing. The staff that has been there for lunch, dinner and cleaning have been very nice and helpful so far. The cleaning lady that comes to the house is very accommodating with her scheduling.

[name removed] was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the questions we asked. The facility is spotless and everyone was kind. Rooms were beautiful and overpass was nice.

The staff is very caring, food excellent, room is cleaned every week and size is very good. Plenty of room to have sofa, recliner, tv, small table. Excellent care!

We were mostly impressed with the way the residents were treated and how they had good communication, food, and activities for them. The campus is beautiful and the Studio unit was what my sister was looking for. We have a few more to see in the Villages area but you are top of the list.

I am very pleased about Carriage Hill! It has been a great place for my husband, he is adjusting well.

My mother loves this place and so do I. It’s extremely clean. All of the staff are so kind. The activities director Helena is incredible. The administrator Jennifer has been great working with us on a couple behavioral issues I had with my mom. My mom says everyone feels like family there. My mind is at ease knowing she has community here. When she was staying with us she seemed to be going down hill but we saw a huge improvement after the first few months living here. She has her own routine and social support.

This facility was on the smaller side but I found it to be charming. Everyone was very friendly and the residents seemed happy. I would recommend this one.

It was great. [Name Removed] was so kind. Place was clean. Seemed to have a laid back atmosphere and willing to individualize care as needed. Cozy and not overwhelming. We actually picked this place for my sisters care.

Executive Director appears very competent and extremely pleasant. Overall, facility looked good. Need to compare others.

5 For each and every category! We are so fortunate to have found a "unicorn" of assisted living for my parents!! We toured 4 facilities and this one definitely felt warm, inviting, and brimming with activity. Two of the facilities felt like they were waiting for Death to come take them. The staff is wonderful--very supportive and pleasant. My father has said the environment and overall feel is "like a cruise, where everyone is happy and there's always something going on." What really stuck out to me when we toured was that 4 different couples approached my parents and welcomed them.
