All 5s. The staff is so caring and they communicate so well. The facility does not seem like a sterile place, like so many assisted living facilities do.

It's a wonderful facility. Clean. Well managed. Activities are provided for the residents and families.

What we like the most about the community is that it seems small and carrying. Like family. Everyone knows your name and is so helpful

I would rate our experience in having my brother at Creekside on Whips Mill Road as a 5. The staff were caring, observant, responsive, and extremely competent. They provided my brother with excellent care and they kept me well informed of his status. After several months in their care, my brother improved so much both mentally and physically that we were able to move him to a more independent setting. I would highly recommend Creekside on Whips Mill Road, and would definitely use them again.

We've been very pleased with Village Veranda - the staff is very caring and considerate. The Memory Care Unit is well laid out and comfortable.

Ease in working with everyone from top management to care givers. I also like that there is in- house PT. Everyone makes you feel welcome and I see smiles everywhere- staff to residents!

I can't express how happy we are with the experience that my mom has had there. They have handled all of her ups and downs with grace and dignity. Thank you all for the job you do. I know you don't get enough. Thanks and appreciation.

The staff are all very nice as well as the facility. The food is good, and other provided services are good (laundry, cleaning, etc. ) My mom really likes it there and has slowly begun to take advantage of activities and entertainment they provide. This is our first experience with an assisted living facility so we don't have anything to compare it to. There has been quite a bit of turnover, which may be normal for these types of places. My only complaint is the medication cost and management. They have contracted with a pharmacy and encourage residents to use it because all of the medicine comes in these packets so the nurses do not have to open bottles. This pharmacy is very expensive compared to her mail in pharmacy with her insurance company. Of course she has numerous prescriptions due to her condition. I was told before she moved in that we could use our own pharmacy. When I asked them recently if we could switch to her own pharmacy they told me there would be a[amount removed] a month charge because the nurses would have to open bottles to administer her prescriptions. I am going to talk to them again because the pharmacy costs Ciel uses is about 3-4 times higher. We would highly recommend Ciel Assisted Living.

The entire staff at the Landing are phenomenal! [name removed], Activities Director has really done an excellent job lately in keeping the residents entertained. [name removed]goes above & beyond to ensure the residents are active & entertained! In the year that my father has been there as a resident, I have become very pleased with all of the improvements. Thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of my dad.

Westhill Newnan Crossing, Newnan , [name removed] was very welcoming to my 91 yr old mother. The staff were so warm and caring. I knew right away that the facility was going to take care of my mother. I knew my mother would be happy with her room and the activities planned every day. My mother had lived in a Senior Living facility in her hometown a year before COVID. Once Covid hit, she was eating 3 meals in her room. The residents couldn’t socialize. My husband and I felt it was important for my mother to have people to talk to so we convinced her to move in with us in Georgia. After five years living with us, she caught COVID. She had a mild case but it made her extremely weak. After a week in the hospital and another week in rehabilitation, we were looking for a nursing home with Memory Care. A Place For Mom sent me to several nursing care facilities in Newnan. They each had a wide range of prices. After visiting several, I walked into Westhill Newnan Crossing.

The staff was always helpful. For memory care yes we would recommend Seagrass Valley to other families based on the experience so far.

Activities are terrific. Food is improving and they say they are working on it. It isn't bad but should be better. I love living here and have made lots of friends. Staff has made several good changes.

Warm family feeling. A comfortable, friendly atmosphere. Welcoming! The meals were just ok. Need to add choices of rice/ potatoes/ homemade bread with meals.

Very active always something going on. I would recommend to others.

At the Pointe you are welcomed by all, the staff is the most friendly people I have ever met. They smile and greet you by name or if they don't know it they will ask for it and then welcome you. And that not just for the new residents but for all. They do have lots of activities and outings (trips) to stores, banks and restaurants they do offer 3 meals a day, in the dining room. The food is delicious and they give you more than enough to last you. The Pointe also has a pool, theater, laundry room, one on each floor and of course, games including Bingo.

The facilities and pricing are a number 5! They ARE certainly struggling with Staff though, lots of turnover and lots of cell phone use during work hours. Seems like the Staff is not capable or cares about their work or their customer. I imagine that's everywhere though.

Nursing staff at Sunflower were sweet and patient. They came to mom and dad's room 3 times a day to walk them to the dining hall so they would not get lost. Staff also assisted with showers for both. Cannot say enough about the day time nursing staff. Mom and dad both used the hair salon at Sunflower. Prices were incredible and hair dresser/barber was terrific. She would come to the room to get mom and dad. They did not participate in activities, however they did enjoy the movie theater with reclining seats. Snacks were provided as well. We found service at the dining hall rather slow. However the staff were very kind and friendly. Food was generally good. There were always two to three choices at each meal. Overall, the facility is newer and really lovely inside. By far the nicest one we saw.

A Place for Mom is an invaluable resource for people who need help sourcing out nursing homes/ assisted living centers/memory care facilities etc. for their loved ones. I was a bit reluctant to use A Place for Mom. The agent who helped me, though, was kind and understanding. I was eventually directed to Sunflower Springs-Trinity. Sunflower Springs-Trinity is a great facility! My Mom has been in the memory care portion of this assisted living facility now for one year. My mom has been thriving and well taken care of there. I give all the glory to my Lord and Savior Jesus.

They care and love your love one like they would one of there own and always have great food do things with them if i had to do it over it would be Creekside on Whipps Mill they are wonderful the family of [name removed]
