The overall experience of working with [name removed] the Sales Director at Trevi was a 5. She was very patient and kind. She set up visits for mom to meet with residents and have lunch several times before mom made her decision. She answered a ton of questions for us. We looked at many floor plans before deciding on the apt and visited 5 or 6 times.

From the first appointment with employees on selecting a space, options available, meals, medication controls, activity offerings to processing information to move my Mother in. She has been there a year now and I have no complaints on staff or rules. My Mother is very happy and tells me often that she does not want to go back to her "house".

I've been here a year this month! The staff is not only good at what they do but they are a very caring group of people! I've needed some extra help, and they are there for us in any way possible! Our price point is pretty much the same in facilities such as ours. I'm in a villa a bit separate from the main facility, but is a short walk from everything! There is always something going on in different areas to keep one busy if one wants to be! I exercise each day, do a meditation session, play volleyball, go to a Bible study on Sunday just to name a few things I do! People are very friendly, so it's a good environment for making new friends! Murrells Inlet is handy to shopping, the beach and good restaurants! Transportation is available to go anywhere! I'm closer to family so very important to me especially since I'm alone after losing my sweet husband two years ago! I guess that's about it! I do like it here as well!

I have found Trevi Vibrant Senior Living to be absolutely exceptional in every aspect. My sorority sister has been a member of the Trevi Community since [date removed]. She is thoroughly enjoying participating in their numerous activities, interacting with the other community members, and is extremely happy.

Staff [name removed] and [name removed] very friendly and accommodating.

The facility is new, clean, well managed, and the food is outstanding. The staff are personable and caring. They engage with the residents to keep them informed and involved in activities. We highly recommend Seagrass Village and are so happy that we moved our mom here. My mom tells me every day about what she had for lunch and how much she enjoyed it. She's even told me that the hamburger she was served was so big, she couldn't eat it all. The staff does an outstanding job making sure she's participating in the activities. Mom has played the piano all of her life and really misses her baby grand. The activities director came and took mom over to the independent living portion of the facility so she could play the piano. Mom was so excited to play again and actually had a group that gathered to hear her play. It's little things like this that we take for granted, but the staff doesn't.

My experience with Sunflower Springs was a fantastic experience very kind, courteous staff. We had some great help from [name removed] one of the best staff members anyone could have to help us out organize and make sure things were perfect

My overall experience with Westhills Newnan Crossing was excellent.

We have been here 4 weeks and everyone has been so nice, kind and helpful. I would share with anyone about the great facilities at Seagrass. The outside is beautiful with palm trees, lights and every fast to walk around.

The executive director and the resident director were always accessible if I had any concerns. Support staff was always friendly and willing to do whatever was necessary to give my mom comfort.

We visited this community and it is beautiful! Residents that we saw in the hallways were happy and on their way to an activity. Everyone that we met had a smile from the concierge to the sales lady. It felt like they had known us forever!

All staff are friendly and kind to residents and families. All needs seem to be met consistently.

The administration seems so friendly and interested in us when we first placed Dad there. Now I get the feeling that we are just a bother. This is not how the nurses and on-the- floor staff are. They are great.

What stood out in our experience was the friendliness of the staff. We were all family by the time my mother moved from assisted living to memory care and then passed away. It gave me so much comfort to know they were there when I couldn't be there. On the day mom passed it was like having family there with us to mourn Mom's loss.

I would give them a 5, staff all know residents names and provide special extra services for those who need them, like a lifelike baby doll or a box of large Legos for someone who needs to build things.

They were super accommodating during the moving in process. Everyone is very friendly, staff is very helpful as well. Building is clean and bright . Dining is good, Variety of selections on menu, and staff is very patient. Some adjusting as numbers of residents has increased quite a bit in the last few months. Overall a good choice !!

In willow grove, where I used to be, the food service was terrible, also the food unappealing resulted in residents not eating and getting sick. Had a studio apt that had me staring at 4 walls. For [removed] dollars more, I got 1 bedroom with full kitchen and laundry in apt. Reception desk is available 24/7. This place is filling up fast, just from word of mouth alone!! 9 people from willow grove found a home here.
