Everything was at highest standards. My wife was cared for in every way and need the very best they could I rate all categories a strong five. Wife was bedfast on arrival. When I took her home she was walking with a walker and dressing herself. She could bathe with little help.

From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, everyone is smiling and happy! the front desk conceirge is wonderful and friendly, you can tell everyone there cares. It really feels like home. It was a bonus that they had entertainment going on when I visited.

The staff are all extremely caring and helpful. I really appreciate them. We chose Vineyard Bluffton because the facility was more up to date and better maintained. It also has a secure Memory Care unit with an electronic door.

The Glen is a great community and the only choice for senior living in the area. [name removed] in nursing has a very strong team who care so much about the well-being of all they service. The activities are fun and change based off of the residents' requests- when my grandma wanted a new card game, it was added to the calendar the next month. Kudos to the team at The Glen.

I would actually give it all 5. So far it has been a good experience with having both parents there & the staff is so good with both of them & their different issues. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

They have a wonderful staff of nurses who check on your loved one throughout the day and night. They also call to let you know if there are any concerns or medication changes! Dr on staff is excellent! Facility is very clean and Dining room is very clean and food is very good! I can rest easy knowing that my Dad is being well cared for.

I appreciate the prompt calls & updates from staff when something requires my attention & the transport service to doctor appointments is especially helpful.

Great , positive experience - the only negative I can give them is insufficient dining room staff (good food though) - long waits for service & food & frequently comes out cold by the time it is delivered

The staff is very friendly, and my mom has adjusted really fast. I live real close and I go often and they always have something going on for the residents. They have a bus and they take the residents to the bank, post office and different stores. It was perfect for my mom.

They try super hard to include my sister(and that isn't easy). I realize it is hard to please everyone, but I think pleasing the residents at mealtime should be a priority-the workers appear to get aggravated with the patients. Sometimes I notice that the menu looks more appealing than the actual meal. I have seen ice cream substituted for what is on the menu several times. Overall I am pleased.

Facility is very clean, staff is friendly, facility is beautiful with a really nice indoor pool.

My mom drinks decaf coffee. She has to for medical reasons but they will not serve it. I keep getting lots of promises but I never see it as an option and mom says she takes coffee with her to dinner so that she can have some. And the meals are her biggest complaint. She says nothing is really very good that it's just so-so and jumps on the opportunity to eat out. The biggest thing mom would say is friendly staff. She loves that everyone is always so friendly and willing to help she says

It is arranged and decorated like a home, so it feels warmer and less institutional. You are greeted by a staff person, there are snacks and beverages in the foyer area, music always playing, and a piano on the balcony.

The food is inconsistent and tends to be carb heavy. However, the staff is wonderful - everyone is friendly, helpful, and welcoming, although sometimes a little slow to respond. The facility is always clean and doesn't have that musty "old people odor" you can smell at other facilities. The residents seem happy, or at least content.

I would give it 5 in all categories. It does cost about $[removed] more per month than other places I considered but that may account for the fact that I am very satisfied with my decision. Their staff seems to really enjoy their work. The move-in coordinator, [name removed] , is awesome. The activities coordinators, [name removed] and [name removed] , are so energetic and fun. Their nurses [name removed] and [name removed] are kind and patient.

We toured quite a few communities before Indigo and the feeling when we walked in was more than amazing. We struggled with moving our mom but so glad God lead us "home." Everyone is so compassionate and loving. The smiles and warm hugs are plentiful. Indigo residents, employees and management are above all the rest.

What we like the most about Magnolia Bridge is that the staff is very friendly and helpful. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The facilities are immaculate! They were performing some minor updates when we moved in and were very conscious about the comfort of the residents.

The staff at the Village are outstanding. They all are helpful and willing to help the residents solve both small and large problems. In particular, the managers at the Village give their time, patience, love and affection to every single resident. Many residents enjoy playing cards, creating crafts and going on bus trips to various places including weekly shopping trips for their personal needs. I would recommend the Village at Southlake for any senior citizen who wants a comfortable and easy lifestyle plus good food. The Executive Director is outstanding by being a good leader who is well-liked by all her subordinates.

We are so happy with this facility. What stands out the most is the staff and their relationship with the residents. They know them all by name and take time every day to interact with them. The apartments are so beautiful and perfect for an independent person who still likes a kitchen to prepare some of their own food.
