They have worked w/ us PATIENTLY until my mother's house gets sold - we are still TRYING to get this resolved QUICKLY as possible!!!! We don't have ANY complaints as far as the facility goes! It's the BEST FIT for our mother in diff ways! The staff has been remarkable! I love how they give my mom some "special" attention w/ doing her hair etc & I noticed they do the OTHER patients that way also.. That means SO MUCH to me!!! I feel she's getting the best care possible

My wife and I recently took Creekside assisted-living and it was a beautiful facility. The sales lady answered all of our questions. We met the management team and they were very pleasant. Staff looked happy. The food looked good and the rooms were clean. We will definitely be moving my mother into this facilities soon.

Creekside at three rivers is a beautiful facility, the staff and management team are superb! Highly recommend anyone wanting to move a loved one in. Food is great and the memory care is very clean and smells great. The sales lady is super friendly and very knowledgeable..

We love Indigo! We are so thankful for the loving staff for taking care of our mom. She feels at home at Indigo and we do too. Indigo was an answer to many prayers and we are so thankful!

I can't say enough good things about Sanders Glen. The staff was so welcoming and made the transition to assisted living as easy as it could be for my mom. It's definitely not the fanciest place in town, but my mother didn't want fancy. It was very clean, the food was good, and the staff was first rate. As she often told me, these people aren't staff to her, they are her friends. Even though she didn't often engage in the activities offered, there was plenty to do for the person so inclined. I think the people are the most important asset any facility like this can have, and the people here were wonderful.

It far exceeds what most of its competitors offer. The staff is warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The dining experience makes residence feel like they're in a restaurant with great menu options. The aesthetics are modern fresh and and vibrant. The apartments are spacious, well appointed And modern.

5 for all, we have been pleased with Creekside. We liked it because of the helpful staff. If we need something they try & help. She likes the food they serve. There always something she can do everday if she wants to-like bingo, trivia, movies, etc.

Things we like the best, is there are always people out and about. My mom really loves the activities, but also how the have puzzles in the hallways, because it encourages interaction. She really loves the chairs located everywhere. She just isn't always happy with the food, but it's great compared to the retirement community She was at on California.

Safe all around good place to live. Friendly residents. The apartment sizes and amenities are good as far as I know.

The facility is gorgeous and always decorated and always smells good. The staff is extremely friendly. Especially a vein in marketing and the Director and [name removed] at the front counter. I love all those people. The size of his room is good for him. It's small like a dorm room and sometimes he wishes he had a room where the bedroom was separate from the living area, but I don't know that anything like that is available with the same price.

My mother has lived at The Glen for about a year now. She always tells me how much fun she has at the Activities and how she makes so many new friends. However, her biggest compliments are always to the maintenance team. It is very easy and convenient for her to voice her issues, and they address them very quickly. The team is very friendly, [name removed] and [name removed] treat mother with compassion and understanding.

What we like the most about Harpers Station is that it is beautiful, engaging, caring, clean, friendly and safe. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

It's been a really great spot for my father in law. So thankful for your help! I like the layout and the small size. I also really like that they have physical therapy in the building and get my father in law working out every day. The staff is very nice and knows everyone.

Staff is amazing, facility is clean and inviting. Efforts to engage the residents is ongoing and daily. Residents are friendly and are quick to include new residents. Love this decision and so does my mother. She took about two weeks to adapt and is now thriving in this environment.

Everyone has been kind and truly caring. It doesn't seem to be artificial. The care has been very good. It is sometimes hard for me to call and get hold of someone on the weekend but my parents wear a call button and it is answered soon, if they push it. There are many activities and a good variety. We especially like that they can return to Creekside after a hospital visit. PT and OT are available there if ordered by their provider. The food has a nice variety and is good. It's not home cooking but that's to be expected. All our questions have been answered readily. It is also very clean and doesn't smell bad. It's nicely decorated too. My parents could take their own furniture for their little apartment and they are glad to have their own things.

My mom is very happy there. It's a wonderful place. I'm so glad we found it. I live out of the state and don't know a lot of specifics. I just know that my mom is happy, which is an enormous relief because she hated the place where she was for a month before she went to harpers. She likes the other residents, she says they are friendly and kind, and the facility is new and beautiful (i saw it in person). My mom has no complaints.

There is a bit of a turn over of staff here at Partin Place as a new company just recently purchased it but what I've seen so far has been great! It is so much better than the facility we were at previously. The room sizes in memory care are adequate, the bathroom here is much larger.

All 5, except for food, I am actually not that aware of what they serve. I only saw one meal served there and it was okay. I did walk through the dining room and saw that they had normal looking meals. Nothing extravagant or extraordinary so I would say a 4, but again that's because of lack of knowledge. The staff there is so nice and kind. The cleanliness is great!

5 for every one - it's truly exemplary My MIL is in the assisted living area. There are about 65 (?) units with varying levels of care ( she's a two) and you can add services as you need them. The staff is just lovely and very responsive to our needs. The facility is only about 5 years old and the bathrooms have zero clearance roll-in showers which is great! We have a medium 1 bedroom which is perfect for her as a single but the separate living/dining area would probably be okay for a couple. Kitchenette is a bit small but enough since she takes all her meals in the dining room. Lovely walkout to a small patio that will be perfect when the nice weather gets here.
