All the staff are very kind ,excellent service , very clean and beautiful place, they have many activities food is very tasty

Staff is wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. I give Gaither 5. Activities are well planned out and there is always something going on.

They have treated [name removed] and us very well. I don't have anything bad to say about anyone there. They have worked hard to help us adjust to the circumstances. Would recommend the community to anyone who is looking for a memory care or assisted living facility.

They are renovating. The new owners I think they are under staffed. When it comes to the activities, there is always something going on. The new manager raised rates after they told me we would have a forever rate

Staff us great and always have activities. Food is good. The facility is clean. The apartment size is adequate and fits plenty of her furniture.

This place has been a Godsend for our family. We needed a place for our dad to move to that would offer 3 hot meals a day that was clean and has an understanding and compassionate staff and this place checked all our boxes. The facility is so clean and well maintained and looks just like a beach resort. The entire staff professional and call each residents by name. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

The facility is kept very clean and well maintained. Very staff member is always polite, friendly, and helpful. The food is good quality and tasty. The breakfast and lunch menu are basically the same, but the dinner menu changes daily. If I have and questions or concerns, the administration will make sure any problem is addressed. So far I am satisfied and happy with the choice we made.

So far Magnolia Bridge is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is immaculate!

5 based on the experience of a smooth admission and a happy person who gets to live there. Staff and [name removed]made the process so much easier and he solved every problem we had to make it seamless. Also, the community was a good fit for my stepmom. She has a great little apartment and feels safe and independent. Also, location was important for me.

My experience has been great. The people are very caring and I love it. I was skeptical and so far they have proved me wrong. The activities are great. Always something to do but they don't force you to come.

Visited a family friend that has been living in the community a little over 2 months transformation on how they look now being in the community with activities and friends warms my heart. The staff treat him so well absolutely a blessing.

All 5s. The staff is so caring and they communicate so well. The facility does not seem like a sterile place, like so many assisted living facilities do.

No complaints. They do all they can for him. It is a very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Everyone there is very friendly. The care there seems very good. My experiences with admin and staff have been good. I have not had the food myself, but I have helped serve it and have seen a few different dishes and it all looks very good. My father has no complaints. Minor issue is having specific meal plans for diabetics, etc. which they do not have. My father doesn't participate in the activities but they seem fun for most. Memory Care is expensive. It would be great if it was cheaper, but compared to the peace of mind for his safety and 24/7 care, it is worth it.

It's a wonderful facility. Clean. Well managed. Activities are provided for the residents and families.

I would rate our experience in having my brother at Creekside on Whips Mill Road as a 5. The staff were caring, observant, responsive, and extremely competent. They provided my brother with excellent care and they kept me well informed of his status. After several months in their care, my brother improved so much both mentally and physically that we were able to move him to a more independent setting. I would highly recommend Creekside on Whips Mill Road, and would definitely use them again.

We've been very pleased with Village Veranda - the staff is very caring and considerate. The Memory Care Unit is well laid out and comfortable.

Ease in working with everyone from top management to care givers. I also like that there is in- house PT. Everyone makes you feel welcome and I see smiles everywhere- staff to residents!
