We had reached a point with my dad living in our house that he needed to find a safer and more fun living situation. He is 87 and has declined a bit in the past year. This has left him less active and just watching tv more. We were not sure what to do so I reach out and you guys set us up with a number of places to visit. We ended up finding a place where he can meet people and have a dad e environment. Additionally my stress has reduced greatly. Thank you for your help!!

Once a month friends come for lunch. 6 - 7 of us. We all enjoy soup, sandwiches, salads, beverages, and delicious desserts! Yesterday, [name removed], the employee of the month was our server and he proved worthy. And a great time was had by all. Thanks Chef [name removed]!

It is a very professional and supportive environment. They do not have a convenient option for visitors to eat with the residents. Activities are very limited.

Responsiveness to maintenance & repair requests seems good. Had a delay in resident's request to change meal consistency (from small pieces to whole), hopefully that's been remedied

I moved my mother to Village Veranda 6 months ago. Everything has been great so far. The staff is lovely, and really care. The management team is very responsive to any questions or concerns I have. I would highly recommend Village Veranda to anybody looking for assisted living.

I do not live there, but have visited so what I like the most about the community is the overall cleanliness as well as the value for cost.

They are wonderful at superior. They have numerous activities they encourage the residents to participate. The staff is very caring of their residents and my dad has even gained some weight so the food must be good

They need a real chef. There was no attempt to please the residents and with almost 50% being diabetics, very little attempt to make diabetic meals. I'm diabetic and my sugars were sky high because of the amount of cheap white pasta with lots of salty sauces both of which are not good. When you asked for switches for double veggies in lieu of pasta, substitutions were not allowed. The weekends were the worst and were all quick food and leftovers.

Beautiful community nestled in Carrollwood, Tampa, Florida. Staff very attentive, spacious living areas. Highly recommend touring. Close to all major needs, neighborhood walking area and parks nearby.

Unlike many other facilities Creekside does not charge extra to assist residents by pushing their wheelchair, distributing meds and up until this year, bringing food to residents rooms incurred no additional charge. Creekside felt more "home-like" and less "hospital-like." The staff that I initially met [name removed in particular] seemed so welcoming. Since my father moved to Creekside at Three Rivers my mother has now joined him. They enjoy the multiple activities they may be involved and interacting with other residents. The only disappointment which continues to be a concern is the food and the cafeteria. When dad moved to Creekside the cafeteria wasn't always staffed too well but was open with a varied menu, although sometimes the menu was not his preference. There was, however, a small "order from" menu with items which could be ordered. This menu never changed yet it was an option other than the scheduled meal of the day. Unfortunately that menu is no longer offered and it is difficult for one to eat if the daily menu has items that one will not or cannot eat.

I cannot say enough about Pioneer Senior Living. The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and kind, always going above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home. The facilities are immaculately kept, creating a warm and inviting environment. The amenities, including the delicious food and engaging activities, truly enhance the living experience. I highly recommend Pioneer Senior Living to anyone looking for a caring and supportive community for their loved ones.

Facility is well maintained and the studio apartments are spacious. All staff are very friendly and the move in went smoothly. My mom is engaged regularly with other residents and looks forward to the activities. Overall I am pleased with my mom's interaction with other people and the fact that there is 24 hour oversight on the premises.

I had been looking for a nice place for our mother & when I toured this facility, I felt it was perfect for our mom-it's designed for wht's in the patients best interest - and having such a great & friendly staff just adds to tht scenario- I was truly amazed how well & how fast my mother adjusted to her new "apartment"! It is such a lovely facility & has different features to accommodate activities or having a lounge area just to relax- my mom is in the memory care unit & it appears to fit her needs perfectly- which is a huge relief to myself & my brothers- I would highly recommend this facility to others looking for a nice place for a loved one!

The staff and faculty are excellent! The fact that they have a NP 5 days a week, 8 hours a day was a huge selling point. It's a lovely facility with multiple activities one can engage in all day. The food is good, too. Highly recommend!

I have been very pleased with my choice of Ciel Senior Living of Collierville for my parents! The staff and Doctors and nurses have all been very informative and are always willing to assist my parents! They regularly check on my parents throughout the day and night and my parents can use there call buttons whenever they need anything! They provide laundry service once a week and they do not mix the laundry with other residents. Maid service is also provided once a week. They also change and wash their bedding weekly. They provide excellent care and have plenty of activities planned for each day. The food is excellent and the dining room is beautiful! They also have a beauty salon where my Mom and Dad are able to get haircuts. Everything you need is right there all you have to do is ask. They also have a private dining room that you can reserve if you want to have a family dinner. It is a wonderful place to be.

[name removed]is extremely helpful and friendly. The staff is so kind and always smiling and eager to help. The building is beautiful. Rooms are set up like a fancy hotel in the hallways. Had to make some modifications in the bathroom to accommodate my dad.

One of the best and cleanest establishments I’ve toured. Will for sure be putting my loved one there. The staff was amazing and so friendly. Was not pressured while doing my tour. the facility was top-notch out of all the places I toured. I don’t think you could find a better place around.

After searching many options and facilities I felt at ease when coming across sunflower and especially dealing with [name removed], it made the difference. Would highly recommend sunflower to those who are looking for a home away from home for their self or loved ones .
