I had the opportunity to experience Village Veranda and I would love to share my thoughts. The facility offers an abundance of services for seniors, including assistance with daily activities, medication management, and social engagement. The care staff are very compassionate, attentive, and professional. The dining experience was very enjoyable, regarding the staff and a delicious meal! I would highly recommend Village Veranda to anyone looking for a compassionate, high-quality care facility!

I toured the community and everyone was so friendly! There was live music when I got there, and everyone seemed to be enjoying it. Everything was very clean. I loved the apartment and screened porch.

The whole staff and corporation are just the most professional anyone could ask for. We moved my father from an ALF in The Villages and the difference was night and day. Sunflower and the staff will always have a place in our hearts. Thank you all for being so caring and understanding of your tenants.

I would highly recommend Sunflower Springs. My mother transferred from an ALF in Sun City to here at Sunflower Springs. Lucy made the move very easy and it went flawlessly. My mom was already receiving her meds that night. The food quality and cleanliness are miles above where my mom was at before. She is extremely happy we made the switch.

Village Veranda is great. We moved my mother in [date removed], and they have meet every expectation. [name removed] their Executive Director is so thoughtful, [name removed], the Nursing Director is always available to answer my questions, and [name removed], their Maintenance Manager, has helped us more than once. [name removed], their Sales person, did not steer us wrong and actually took the time to help, not sell me! You can truly feel the joy as soon as you walk in the doors! I wish we had done this sooner.

Staff is awesome, for sure!! Need more staff on the weekends. Care points were tough to follow though. Billing very tough to follow! I believe if you were basically renting or leasing the unit you should run this from the first of every month that's how it should be run. I'm not really sure the purpose as to why you do not bill the first of the month.

Everyone was so nice and caring to is. And they were so very good to Mom [name removed], especially right at the end of life. I highly recommend.

The staff and facility is awesome. Friendly polite professional and very welcoming. We would recommend Sunflower Springs to anyone looking for a little help in their later years. Everyone one went above and beyond to support not only the resident but family members as well. Our family had an incredible warm welcome.

My aunt [name removed] at Harbison Shores for 2 1/2 years and my aunt loved it here. All of the staff took very good care of her and the family could tell they truly loved her.

Overall, I was happy with my mom's care. Like all facilities, they struggled at times with staffing. Some of the ratings of 4 were because I wasn't there enough to fully observe all the daily activities. They were great about adjusting her care and feeding as her condition deteriorated.

It's a great place. They have worked with us so well even when we were under duress. My dad has passed buy my mom is still there. They help me deal with her issues and are supportive of me as well as her. Not everything is just perfect but is anything perfect? No. And when you throw a bunch of folks who have memory and mobility issues who have been displaced from their homes, there is bound to be a little friction.

All 5 stars! We are extremely pleased with the experience at Superior Residences of Clermont. They have a great staff who really truly care for their residents.

My mother still resides at Creekside and we couldn't be happier. The staff is kind and considerate. The food is good which is a big deal to my mother. We did recommend to a friend and his Mother in Law [name removed] has moved in.

I chose The Village at Southlake because it has a complete kitchen, and the handicap features in the bathroom. It also has a washer, dryer and a separate water heater.

Ciel's entire staff has provided the help, understanding & challenges on the transfer from Home Life to Helpful Life. They have explained their expectations and needs to ease our process. My Mother lived in her home for 70 years but realized that an Assisted Living lifestyle was the next step for her. The help with her medications, bathing, dressing, 3 meals a day and "on call" help, if she needs it, calms her. The many offerings for daily companions with exercise, games, puzzles and musical entertainment have really added to her outlook. We are fortunate to have found Ciel.

Needed quick spot. They had one open when hospital wanted us gone. Creekside were able to make very quick temporary accommodations for us while we waited for another care home spot that could provide the full medical needs. In the interim Creekside, was very supportive to help us with an outside nursing cash pay service to manage ostomy needs of our family member while at Creekside for 2 weeks and we are grateful for Creekside helping us in that transition.

Seagrass village was awesome. She only lived there 6 weeks until she got moved to memory care at The Landing, their Sister property. It was understaffed, not well managed, small and had little to offer residents. Seagrass is a Beautiful and clean facility, with excellent food, staff and plenty of activities. Convenient location.

We picked this community because of the longevity of the staff location and would work with with Medicaid if you private pay for a while. They have great value.

My experience here has been wonderful! The staff here is helpful in every way possible! I couldn’t be happier! I love my villa which couldn’t be more perfect for my puppy and me! As I get older, I moved here to be closer to family! Lastly, the weather is a factor for me as I left a part of the country where the winters could be vicious!
