I have been very pleased with Harbison Shores. My mother has been here for 2 years now and she is very well taken care of. The director Elaine is amazing and runs a tight ship. Place is clean and well maintained.

Meals are a little challenging at times and not as flexible or diabetic friendly as we'd like. I think quality of care could be a 5, but they do have some challenges with rotating new staff. Their lead nurse is absolutely awesome. The off hours folks are a little more hit or miss. Otherwise, we like the staff, the place is well maintained and reasonably priced for the overall quality. We would recommend it.

The care services gets a 5+. They have gone above and beyond taking care of my mother's needs and integrating her into their facility. When it comes to the activities, they provide a variety of activities for the residents to participate in. Yes, we would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience

Indigo has been the perfect fit for my relative. He and everyone I've seen there seem content and well taken care of. It is a very nice facility. I would recommend to others.

A place for mom was very helpful in giving me the options I wanted. They gave me places to call in the tri-state Cinci area which is where my mom lives. I didn’t have to do a lot of research trying to find assisted living places as they did the work for me. Thanks

What we like the most about The Pointe at Ocean Boulevard is the friendliness of the staff, the activities that are provided for the residents and the food. The community is in a very convenient location for doctors and shopping.

What we like the most about The Villas is their outdoor space and gathering space with the fireplace, sofas, and TV under the arbor. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend them to other families!

Creekside has been a great experience and great place for mom. From the FaceTime interview, to viewing the apartments available to moving in--the process was outstanding. To date, the food and daily care has been great. The weekly activities are fun and varied. Mom knows she is not in her happy place, but the staff tries everyday to see to her needs.

My brother has been here almost a year. Every time I visit the staff is friendly and eager to help with any questions. The place is well and clean. The atmosphere relaxing.

When my Dad reached the point of needing assistance with daily activities, finding the right place for him seemed to be an overwhelming task. He lived independently and very actively, even at the age of 94, so accepting the help of others wasn’t easy. We knew it would take a special place with just the right people in order for him to thrive. After touring several places, Fields of Florence stood out as the clear choice, and that decision was reinforced after we moved Dad into his apartment there. The care team, the support staff, and the administrators all exceeded our expectations. To a person they were caring, compassionate, accommodating and deeply engaged in getting to know my Dad and helping him get the most out of his new home. At a difficult time when my Dad was losing his independence, the Fields of Florence team managed to turn that loss into an uplifting and encouraging experience. We are very grateful to have found them.

I would have to say five for everyone of the categories except the last one which would be for the expense it is expensive I don't know how some people can do it. I'm getting assistance from the government so that makes it easier for me In the very beginning I have to be honest there was a lot of thievery going on. The cleaning staff we're stealing from the apartments the person in charge at the at the desk can't see what you call him right now he was going into rooms and stealing medication because he was on drugs. I lost a lot of my old medicine. But the last year or so it has been really great they have supplied cameras in the hallways so they can see who's going in and out of doors. People here friendly I just find a hard for me to mingle with them even promising your citizen I don't like being around seeing citizens. Other than what I had mentioned about the thievery in the beginning As far as events and outings stuff like that I really can't comment on because I don't participate in any of it but there are a lot of things to do if a person is interested And they have a happy hour or social couple of hours every day where you are entitled to have two free drinks alcoholic drinks Facility and staff are really good and friendly I have no complaints of the two years that I've been here There is a small inground pool and every apartment seems to have a balcony Food is good people left [community removed] because of the food and they are happy here. Probably half the people here were from [community removed]

The management at Seagrass Village Daphne is outstanding. The maintenance department deserves a huge pat on the back, they are very responsive.

I have only personally been there a couple of times. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was also very good and a varied menu. Not to familiar with the activities, but my sister has felt comfortable and at ease in the independent living section. I would recommend Magnolia Bridge to others looking.

The most awesome experience ever. The care they give my mother is top notch. By far the best decision I have made in my life. I cannot Say enough about the staff who always keeps me Very informed. So happy we are here.

My Dad has been a resident at Harbison Shores for over 5 years. The caregivers and staff are kind and compassionate and treat him with respect. Our family feels very fortunate that dad is well taken care of. We love Harbison Shores.
