With the activities - I don't know what activities they had because is wasn't there to see what all he was doing and it was not communicated with me. The director [name removed] and [name removed] went above and beyond to care for and make sure my dad was comfortable, well taken care of and happy.

5 on all categories except if we asked out loved one about the activities she would maybe say a 3 or 5. Sometimes the activities were not up to par as the previous facility our loved one was in. No details but that is the only thin she ever mentioned. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

The staff are very caring...they treat the residents as family...they communicate with the resident's family often. It is very expensive, but the staff are just so wonderful! It's worth it.

5's all around! We're very happy with The Village at Southlake! The entire experience has been a Godsend. [name removed] is so friendly and helpful. And the other staff, especially maintenance, have been great in helping with some adjustments to make the perfect living situation for my dad and the dogs.

The current staff are nice and they know the folks there. Food is good and a good selection. The facility is clean. The nursing staff are attentive. The activities and outings have been done well. The only thing I would suggest at this time is to update the check in/out process. A lot of facilities have a computer check in and some with taking pictures. People handwrite in the checkin/out. Overall we are pleased with the facility. We have other family in other facilities now and we would still choose Ceil (Langford).

Vitality Living is an outstanding facility. Overall it is just a really nice, well run community. Great team! We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

This is a great facility! It is under new ownership and now called Fields of Florence. It is a fairly new facility, clean, and has a small memory care unit. Those were just a few reasons we decided to go with this facility over others. I would recommend them to others looking.

My Mom seems to really be enjoying your life such we moved her to Sea Grass Village a couple months ago. She is getting excellent care from the Nursing staff. The activities program staff provide all sorts of fun activities each day to keep her entertained. The dining staff have been very attentive and provide three well balanced meals a day. The cleaning staff have kept her room clean. In fact the whole building looks wonderful and smells good. I can tell that the Residents at Sea Grass Village are well taken care of and enjoying their lives by the happy expressions on their faces each time we visit my Mom.

All of the staff are friendly. The activities gets a 5 but our loved one is unable to participate in them. It would have helped if he had full nursing care but it was not available at that time. Over all we were very satisfied. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

Everything has been great at Harpers Station Gainesville! The facility is so bright, clean and friendly!

I would and do highly recommend Harper's Station. Dad was very happy there. His and my only issue was phone service. It was constantly going down for hours to days at a time. Dad was one of the first residents there so it may have been resolved by now.

This place is excellent for care. Is it perfect? No.But pretty close. Any issues are resolved in a friendly,helpful manner. Friendly staff that genuinely care about residents. Again. Not perfect but so glad we found Creekside! No intention of moving on at this time.Highly recommend.

I toured 5 different facilities and this was hands down the best fit for my mother. This facility is very clean and well-maintained, without any foul odors or disinfectant scent masking bad smells. The resident apartments are roomier than most I saw at other facilities, and include a huge closet-bathroom combo that is easily accessible for a wheel chair. All my mother’s furniture we brought with her fit perfectly, making a very cozy and functional living space. The staff is always exceptionally friendly when I visit and I have not noticed much turnover. The activities director is wonderful and seems to do a fantastic job offering a variety fun activities for the residents. I have not eaten a meal at Ciel yet, but my mother isn’t complaining about the quality and turned me down when I recently offered to buy her snacks to keep in her room. They are changing meal time from come & go to assigned dinner times: 4pm or 5pm, which seems to me early, but it’s necessary for staffing.

My father was only in Sunflower Springs for a month. I do think Sunflower was a very nice facility while he was there.

I would recommend the community to a friend.

Marketing Manager was very Nice to approach us and give us our tour. The building was very Clean and had a wonderful smell. She was very informant on our options, I know we made the best decision

The place & people was very nice. Additional comment: it was just too far away from her friends. They were all older ladies who just couldn't drive that far .

They are continually improving. I could not have picked a better place to live as a senior retiree. I love this place and all of the residents and staff here. Activities are crucial. We have writing classes, art classes, water aerobics, chair volleyball tournaments, a music group, card games, mahjong, a walking group, local travel outings, Bingo games, relaxing in the Bistro or on that Bistro Patio, Birthday celebrations, live musical entertainment and so much more. The staff here is awesome and always ready with hugs.

They were very friendly and well my mom was not easy to deal with in those last days but they showed so much compassion and knowledge. Plus they sent hospice to Mom which was such a help. It was not an easy time but they were so helpful
