We chose Ciel because it was the combination of a clean, good smelling facility and really friendly, helpful staff.

We chose this community because the location is great. The size of the community is good. They offered specials at move in, and they have new facilities.

We needed a caring place for our mother. She has Alzheimer's and needed a safe and caring environment. We found that at Harbison Shores Memory Care. Every member of the staff is supportive, loving and available.

The staff Harbison Shores is very attentive to this client needs. They are very friendly and they get to know the client needs and their individual personalities. We have lived after places and the care was not good at all. The staff here gets above and beyond their call of duty.

My mother and her cat moved to Harbison Shores about a month in a half ago. Mother made the decision to move to assisted living herself, and we were very blessed that Care Patrol helped us find Harbison Shores shortly after she made the decision. Mother keeps telling us how content she is to be Harbison Shores and how safe she feels, and the car has settled in nicely as well. The staff and leadership team have all been lovely to work with. We have very much appreciated how responsive they all are to our requests and emails, and how kind they are to the residents. The wooded setting and outdoor areas are calming and beautiful, and Mother's apartment is perfect. Having Mother at Harbison Shores has lifted many anxieties from all our shoulders!

Unfortunately [name removed] passed away last November. Magnolia Bridge was great while he was there. The staff were very nice and kind to him.

Aspens was good. Aspens was able to effectively and professionally manage dad from the get-go, where others had never been able to. They were knowledgeable and capable. [name removed] was always available and helpful to dad and to us.

Harbison Shores is a well-ran, clean, and friendly community. The management and staff always desire what is best for the residents and families. This is a very healthy community that has a very inviting and family-oriented vibe. In short, this is a very stable a great place.

Brookdale was one of 5 facilities I looked at after I worked with “A Place For Mom”. Looked at ratings, level of care, $ and location. Once I visited the locations I felt so good about Brookdale. They made an impossible decision easy and seamless. Once we got him moved in, we found a caring and happy environment. He has been well taken care of and seems to be happy ( as happy as one can be leaving home). They have been wonderful to work with on a daily basis and helped make any adjustments we needed. I would highly recommend the facility and staff. This was one of the most difficult decisions I’ve ever made for my husband of 52 years. But, his physical condition made it necessary and I finally knew I could not give him what he needed at home and this what’s best for him. Angels work there!!!!!

I have been very pleased with Harbison Shores. My mother has been here for 2 years now and she is very well taken care of. The director Elaine is amazing and runs a tight ship. Place is clean and well maintained.

Meals are a little challenging at times and not as flexible or diabetic friendly as we'd like. I think quality of care could be a 5, but they do have some challenges with rotating new staff. Their lead nurse is absolutely awesome. The off hours folks are a little more hit or miss. Otherwise, we like the staff, the place is well maintained and reasonably priced for the overall quality. We would recommend it.

The care services gets a 5+. They have gone above and beyond taking care of my mother's needs and integrating her into their facility. When it comes to the activities, they provide a variety of activities for the residents to participate in. Yes, we would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience

Indigo has been the perfect fit for my relative. He and everyone I've seen there seem content and well taken care of. It is a very nice facility. I would recommend to others.

A place for mom was very helpful in giving me the options I wanted. They gave me places to call in the tri-state Cinci area which is where my mom lives. I didn’t have to do a lot of research trying to find assisted living places as they did the work for me. Thanks

What we like the most about The Pointe at Ocean Boulevard is the friendliness of the staff, the activities that are provided for the residents and the food. The community is in a very convenient location for doctors and shopping.

What we like the most about The Villas is their outdoor space and gathering space with the fireplace, sofas, and TV under the arbor. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend them to other families!
