They have been wonderful! We get great communication from leadership, caring aides, regular activities for the residents families (like bbqs). My mother in law is very happy there.

We are currently residents at Vitality Living Upland Park and the overall experience here has been great for us, so far. The staff is caring. The cleanliness and activities are great. It's an overall great value and is perfect for us. I would recommend Vitality Living Upland Park to others.

The Landing is a beautiful facility and they were very accommodating on an emergency basis which helped a lot and the people were very friendly. We are unsure of the activities because our loved one was unable to participate. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

We needed a home for my FIL that he would be comfortable in and have lots of activities. He had no desire to do activities but now that he’s been there a few months, we can never find him because he’s busy! The staff is great and we truly appreciate everything they do. I highly recommend Summer Vista!

We have been residents at Magnolia Bridge at Murrells Inlet for 2 plus months and everything here has been top notch. We enjoy all of the people who work here. We especially enjoy the fact that they call you by your name, it makes you feel special!

The location was great and very close to my house. This facility came recommended by a friend. It was just what she needed at the time.

We were one of the first in a new facility, it was clean, the food was great the staff was wonderful. Value was a little high but the staff and care was the value for us. Our loved one passed away not long ago but she was loved by the care givers and that was our peace .

The staff at Colonnade Northdale are fast with their response time and friendly.

Nice facility with pleasant staff. We had a great experience transitioning my mom there from her own single family house. It's very convenient and safe.

Everyone at Seagrass Village, both staff and residents, were very friendly and made extra efforts to help Mother adjust. Her apartment was beautiful, with a lovely private balcony. She was very excited about the arts and crafts activities offered

I spent 2 weeks under The Beacon at Gulf Breeze. The staff did exactly what they said they were going to do for us. They were in stand by mode to assist us as we transitioned for another assisted living facility that didn't not live up to what we asked for and did not explain fully how their facility functions. Partly our flaunt for not reading more carefully their bylaws. I have already recommended The Beacon to others as I hear or am asked for my thoughts. We are sadden that we lost our loved one shortly have we moved in because of health issues that began at the previous facility. I give the Beacon a 10!!! [name removed] and [name removed] were the main ones in explaining and helping but, I must say that each and everyone involved with the daily routine were very friendly and helpful in their field or in finding the person who would be the one to take care of the matter. The facility itself was very clean and neat. The hallways had plenty of space and seating so the residents could stop and rest. Everyone greeted you and asked if I needed anything. I can't say enough positive things about The Beacon of Gulf Breeze. Oh and the fact that they had nurses on hand 24hours a day plus office staff had nurses license to assist if needed. No other place had that.

They are a great staff and beautiful settings . Communication is great. Did is great. Very attentive. They go above and beyond. You can tell the staff love their jobs.

Definitely a 5 in all categories. Staff is always responsive to my questions, attentive to my mother's concerns and wishes, and the food is very good. My mom is encouraged to participate in activities but as a whole, she prefers the company of the staff.

The facility's combination of beautiful surroundings, engaging activities, and a warm, caring staff truly sets it apart as a senior living community that feels like home.

I would give 5 on all. They took very good care of Glenn and we had a great experience all around. Anytime we went out, there was always staff (usually several) out engaging with the residents, helping them, checking in things. You could tell staff truly liked the residents and cared about them. When he was in Denver, the staff were usually sitting around a table on their phones or laptops and I felt for a couple of them was just a job. I've forgotten his name but the maintenance guy at Aspens is wonderful too, he loves his people. My husband could be challenging at times as he had bad delusions and was always on the move. Everyone treated him with respect and kindness.

What has made it such a great experience so far is the friendliness of the staff and the abundance of different activities and entertainment they have. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend the Superior Residences of Panama City Beach community.

I would highly recommend Village Veranda. The staff is amazing from the application process through accommodating its residents with their transition and any concerns thereafter. I'm grateful for their care and concerns and can think of no place for my mom. My mom tells me every day how happy she is with her studio apartment, the staff, the food and everything Village Veranda.

There are no surprises, up front pricing, met all expectations, they will take care of any emergency situations The rooms are not the most updated, but comfortable for the price.

The staff members at Sunflower Springs are very friendly. They also have plenty of different activities for the residents to participate in if they want to. There is far more so than the assisted living we moved mom to. Based on our experience with Sunflower Springs we would recommend them to other families.

Seagrass "The Grand and Villas" are totally independent. I highly recommend it. All the residents and staff are friendly. So many activities, you have to prioritize! I have not regretted one moment of my year here!! I rated the food 3 because we have seen a difference since food prices have increased. In the "Villas", meals are not apart of the fees. But a good plan is available for those that don't want to cook for themselves.
