My husband was not at The Canopy at Warner Robins for very long, however all of the categories listed about would receive all 5s. We would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

Wish it could be a little cheaper but is a VERY nice facility. The friendliness and camaraderie is what our family likes the best. My Daddy even worked with a couple of the residents. They encourage socializing strongly and he flourishing there with less stress, new friends and 3 good meals a day while still having his own apartment. Best of both worlds.

This community has all the wonderful new amenities that one would love to see a family member enjoy. However it’s the caring and attentive staff that makes a community and Indigo has just that! I have turned a corner where I was Not met with a smiling face! Take a tour and see for yourself!

The staff at Superior Residences of Panama City Beach are very kind and caring. The facility is welcoming , bright and airy. Communication with the family is excellent and I can contact them at any time with any and all questions and concerns. The meals are probably very good, but I don't have first hand experience. My mom says that the food is "ok ... no complaints." Based on our experiences so far, I would definitely recommend Superior Residences of Panama City Beach to others. However, it is pricey especially when on a budget.

Overall quite pleased with all the above items. Very pleased with the reception we received. They were very knowledgeable of all subject matter we discussed and concerned with.

We needed ALF after a fall at home and a hospital stay. [name removed] worked hard to help make it happen in a smooth, timely manner, including coming to my place of work twice to help with paperwork She has gone above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. [name removed] and [name removed] were super helpful with the move in process and tours, even giving us take out meals so we could sample the food. [name removed], the day time med tech, went out of her way to help with the process of medication dispensing and making sure I knew that my loved one’s medication had been given. The food is wonderful. We cannot say enough positive thus far. I have far more peace of mind knowing my loved one is safe.

My loved one is currently a resident at Gaither Suites At West Park and overall her experience at this facility has been very good. I appreciate the staff's timeliness in responding to questions or concerns. It would be helpful if the staff wore name tags to be able to better identify them. The only complaint my loved one has had is with the food. It's often bland. Overall, I would recommend Gaither Suites at West Park to family and friends.

I just would like to give a huge shout out to the young lady that works in the kitchen. Her name is [name removed] she does an amazing job when it comes to the residents and if I could take her home I would. She’s such a great person inside and out and I just want to tell her thank you for all of her hard work.

What a lovely community. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. [name removed], the Executive Director, did a great job providing an overview of services. I would definitely consider putting a loved one at Heron House!

All the workers are great at the canopy. However lately one has been standing out to us and that is [name removed]. She goes above and beyond. She cares so much for all the residents. She is always making sure that my friend who lives there, feels special and loved.

The Canopy is warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. The decor is very modern and chic, absolutely stunning! The staff is very involved and truly cares about their residents. The food is very artful and looks delicious. Tour the community, you won't be disappointed.

Having coordinated care for loved ones with the Heron Club Team you can truly feel they care and will go above and beyond. They have been accommodating with all of our loved ones needs and helping make an easy transition.

[name removed] is such an amazing director. So sweet and so family oriented. Not only does she treat her residents like family she treats her staff like family. She is highly respected and such an amazing leader!

[name removed] is so very nice and very attentive of the needs Im looking for. She is very kind, caring, and puts others needs before hers. She makes sure to accommodate the needs of her staff and her residents to have the best possible building.

Very clean ,staff was very friendly. residence seem to be very well taken care of. staff had no issues answering any questions asked. [name removed] was the outstanding host really seem to care about the residence.

I toured the facility with [name removed]. Her vibe immediately put me at ease. She was personable, patient and very attentive. When the time comes, finding the right facility for my Mom is a priority. I left feeling as though our needs would be met by everyone, and that [name removed] would see to it.

While looking day and night for a place for my mother, I had some difficult times with the places offered in my area. The cleanliness, organization, staffing, room completion, and overall running of the buildings. Thats all something I realized I needed to look harder for so my mother could be happy. That’s when I came across Herion club at prestancia, the experience was beyond all of my expectations and all boxes were checked, the rooms were clean and complete, the building was clean, the staff was amazing and very kind and helpful. [name removed] is the person I liked the most as she was an absolutely positive and problem solving team leader. I appreciate the building and all that they stand for.

The first thing I noticed was the presentation of the grounds. It was very well kept and inviting. Upon entering the building I was pleased to see staff being kind to not only residents but to each other. They seemed to get along like friends truly do and that makes for a great atmosphere. It was clear their leader, [name removed] was supportive, dedicated, and driven to success.

I toured this space recently for my mom and the staff was so nice. [ name removed]at the front desk was very welcoming and the facility was very clean. The residents were eating lunch which looked like a good meal and some of them were playing games at their tables. Staff was walking around throughout the visit which was also reassuring.
