My loved one is currently a resident at Creekside on Whipps Mill Road and everything has been great for her so far. The experience has been positive.

The individual that toured us at Seagrass was just outstanding. Answered all questions an showed all of Seagrass to me.

She always complains about the food. Breakfast usually is the meal she likes the least. I know she would sometimes like cereal with milk. I don't think she lets the staff know that she doesn't like the breakfast choices

The move in process was good. The meals are good quality, but occasionally not so good. Generally, my loved one is happy with the meals. We would and do recommend this facility to others.

Honestly, 5s across the board. The place is still amazing and takes such good care of the residents. When my dad wasn't doing well, the staff checked on him regularly. They offered any help they could. The staff know all of their residents (and most of the families!). It feels like home, not a facility.

I've had several interactions with the staff by phone and they've all been friendly and responsive. It was less expensive than the other places we toured but also the cleanest and most organized.

It has been a good choice all around. I picked Inspirations because, it was narrowed down to 2 and they offered a 15% discount. It was good timing so I jumped on it. I would recommend to others. I would like a Sunday service made available on a regular basis whether in person or televised...

It's not perfect but there's nowhere else I'd rather be. We picked this community because we put down a deposit. My daughter wanted to move in. She went with me when I took the tour.

The staff has been wonderful but when being in the facility, as a visitor, after concierge is gone, it would be nice to know how to locate someone if needed. We are happy that the facility also allows our daughter to stay occasionally overnight as this provides a level of additional comfort for mom.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The activities are plentiful. The value for the cost is more than adequate. I am unsure if one needed more care if it would be available. I don't have any experience dealing with this aspect however for the care/assistance my father needs it is more than sufficient. The best thing is that most everything is included in the room charge. Assistance with bathing, moving through out the facility, having food delivered to room and medication management is included.

Starting to do the renovations at Summer Vista. Great educational experience on the tour. Much needed information on assisted living & what the building had to offer. The stuff seems to really like take care of the residence at this location. Blocked.

My husband [name removed] has dementia and several physical problems. He has been at Indigo for 2 1/2 months after preceding care for two years in hospital, plus two other assisted living situations. Since his welcome to Indigo his mental outlook has improved, and his social contacts. He has increased interest in certain activities offered, including a night trip on the Indigo bus to enjoy Christmas lights and decorations in the surrounding area. And he's become a great fan of Bingo. He looks forward to his meals and has said to me "Think I'm gonna gain weight here." I can understand - I join him for a meal now and then. Our family members are not nearby, but they visit fairly often since they have a vacation home in the same beach community where I am presently living. They have been so pleased and encouraged on their visits when they see the changes in [name removed]. Our daughter simply says, "it's like night and day, Mom."

I would say that I had a satisfactory experience. I met some family members of other patients that were pleased as well. The community just seemed more appealing to me, and I think I was right!

There are a few members of the staff with attitudes. I believe that there is a tolerance that can be exceeded when dealing with old, in firmed, and feeble people. I might add this extends to the people who care about the residents. The pervasive behavior is that of annoyance and intrusion. Also, unresponsive attention to patient perceived problems.

We moved my mom over to Harbison Shoes about 5 months ago. She is so much better. She talks to me and loves the staff. They are great at keeping me informed about her. Best place mom has been since having to be in a facility.

I felt relieved. They were able to take care of my mom when I no longer could do so. They gave me the peace of mind that I could focus on spending time with her while they took care of her medical needs. I would recommend Trinity Hills and their nursing staff wholeheartedly. They were superb and kind. I picked this facility because of the location, services provided, cost, and it was highly recommended in my research of many facilities I visited.

My loved one is currently a resident at Superior Residences of Clermont and everything has been great. I would recommend this facility to others, in fact, I already have!

Do not be attached to your parent's clothes because they don't come back from the laundry. Things get lost even if you label them. For the most part we loved the staff. We did have a few that would not listen to our problems or concerns. We found we had two choices either push it or just let it go! If it was for my father's health we would push, but missing clothes or property was not worth the hassle. My father was well treated here and that was my main concern.

We are very happy with Indigo. My parents are together for now and they have a point system for extra care for my Mom. Eventually my Mom might need to go to Memory Care. We are hoping to keep my parents together for as long as possible! The staff is really trying to help my Dad and give him some breaks. They also counsel him on how to care for my Mom and how to talk to her so she doesn't get upset or how to calm her down when she does get upset. My family is also very helpful. Someone is there often. We all take turns.

My in-laws say that the food is good, but not home. I like that it is a lovely dining room but the few times I have eaten there the food was lukewarm and you had to send back to heat more. The in-laws also say that they serve chicken "a lot". However the executive director [name removed] encourages people to tell him what could be improved. Staff is fantastic!! Place is spotless. Everything is really well done. [name removed] the Director of Marketing and Sales, was an enormous help!! She is a gem.
